We're excited that it finally re-opened. Here's our review: ROOM Our first room was okay, but the filter of aircon is dirty so we had the staff cleaned it. next, we would like to go out to swim but their SDB was not fixed in the cabinet so we dont think how was that ”SAFE” knowing that it can be removed. so we just let it pass. then going back after our dip in the pool, we took a shower, but voila! the drainage doesnt drain at all 😂 so we decided to request to transfer to another room. so on the next room, as you enter, you will smell that it was not used for a period of time. the carpet was dusty, you can feel it on your feet. in this room, aircon and bathroom are now okay. RESTAURANT Volcanic Grill - before it was so nice to lounge here because of the food, but during our stay, the food was limited and there is no meat to grill 😅 how was that called volcanic grill? we ordered other food, and tbh, it's delicious and big serving. Breakfast - Since it is a weekday, we expect that it is not buffet, the food are not the same as before but it is still sumptious. we enjoyed our breakfast. POOL Of course, the hotel has the best view of Mayon. Nothing else to say, just look at the photo. SERVICE The staff are all respectful. PRICE It is a bit pricey given, they should have lower the price first to gain clients.

Stayed here for 3 nights while we toured Bicol. For the first night it appeared that housekeeping simply but the bed covers back on and placed new towels but did not. Really clean the room. Small roach in the sink spotted. The public areas, breakfast buffet are fine but the rooms need some fixing up or renovation. The shower head had an uneven spray pattern and at times mixed by itself between hot and cold. Massage services are good, done in your room, schedule at front reception. Friday evenings have a buffet and dancing. Can take a tricycle to the SM mall a short distance away.

不知道是不是旅遊淡季，感覺服務不是很好。正常入住時間是14點，因為航班的關係，提前入住了。雖然酒店讓我們入住了，但是並沒有告知要額外收費，直到辦理退房的時候才多收了600比索。而且房間每一天都沒有打掃。

Pros: 1. La posizione è la migliore se si vuole essere vicino a tutti i negozi e facile accesso a cibo. 2. Il prezzo è ragionevole. 3. Non aspettare troppo per il prezzo che paga. 4. La pulizia della stanza è su richiesta. Per questo non hanno i segni di porta. Cons: 1. Se c'è una scelta tra una suite junior (rm. 4) e una suite esecutiva (rm. 5 e 6) e il prezzo è giusto, andate a prendere la suite esecutiva perché è più grande. 2. Ho visto un piccolo cazzo vivo nel bagno (rm.4) 3. Le teste di doccia con la pioggia e la mano hanno molte molte (rm. 4) 4. La testa di acqua bidet ha anche alcune molte molte (rm. 4) 5. La suite junior (rm. 4) è davvero piccola per un letto regina che prende in giro l'intera stanza. 6. Ho prenotato una suite junior per le prime 3 notti e 4 notti sono state prenotate sulla suite esecutiva. Non sono riusciti a dare la suite esecutiva a qualche mix-up nella loro prenotazione. Ho dovuto discutere con il manager (anche lei è la proprietaria) la signorina Elaine per vedere cosa faranno. In primo luogo, mi è stato promesso che la ripararà, ma il giorno del mio trasferimento alla suite esecutiva, mi vogliono solo restare nella suite junior. Dopo qualche giornata di ritorno con la signora Elain e un po' di argomento minore, mi hanno appena dato un 10% di sconto sul resto del mio soggiorno, anche se questo ha rovinato le mie aspettative di avere una stanza più grande, non voglio essere ingiusto.

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per 1 notte di soggiorno a Legaspi City. Oppun controllare la reception chiede 300 pesos per protocollo hotel non so per cosa ma non è indicato nella prenotazione e prenotiamo due camere per cui abbiamo pagato 600 centesimi pesos. La camera è così pulita l'unico problema è che non c'è chiusura sul bagno, il bidet non funziona bene anche il riscaldamento. Ma per qualcuno che cerca un hotel più economico questo hotel è ok per un solo soggiorno notturno per rilassarsi in generale è buono per me.

Se il bilancio è limitato, questo hotel è una buona scelta.La posizione è al terzo piano di Embarcadero de Legazpi, l'hotel Ellis offre un letto molto comodo.Puoi farti dormire tranquillo un giorno di notte.Il prezzo dell'hotel è molto economico rispetto all'hotel vicino. La stanza è un po'piccola, ma è ancora abbastanza pulita.Le esigenze fondamentali, come il ristorante, i negozi (per evitare che la farmacia) sono tutti a terra.
