Hotel vicino alla stazione di The Middleton Railway a Leeds

La stanza è come descritta. Non così grande, ma abbastanza per due persone. Il bagno è piccolo e non ventilato La posizione è bella. Molto vicino al doc e al mercato Kirgate

Il check-in era pulito e confortevole, ma c'era un po' di rumore fuori, forse da un edificio adiacente. Il colazione era eccellente con molte scelte e cibo a disposizione. Non c'era sapone da bagno nel contenitore che significa che i puliziari non controllavano. A parte che il mio soggiorno era eccellente. Io consiglio l'hotel.

My friends and I meet up in Leeds annually every February as it is a fairly central location and a lively and enjoyable place to catch up and reminisce on stories of old. We booked the art hostel as it was reasonably priced and looked an interesting and quirky accommodation. Upon arriving we were met by a friendly young lady wearing her who checked us in and pointed us in the direction pyjamas at no extra cost. Our 8 bed room was made up of 4 bunk beds. Each bed was like an enclosed cabin with a window to climb through to get into bed. The room was clean and neat and came with a free pokemon card. When seeing the setup i thought the top bunk would be quite an unique change to the norm so I left my bag on the top bunk and left the hostel to endulge on what can only be described as a disgraceful day of debauched drunked nonsense in Leeds city centre, a short walk away from the hostel. I can't actually remember getting back to the hostel, nor can i remember negotiating the step ladders up to the top bunk. My only rather vague memory is the searing pain and the stomach churning thud as my head bounced off the unforgiving wooden floor of the room after I somehow managed to fall out of bed in my sleep. I've since been told that I picked myself up off the floor and composed myself on a chair by the window that I can only assume the staff have positioned for this very reason although I can't actually remember this. I awoke this morning in my comfortable and clean top bunk bed with what looks like a blue egg on my forehead above my right eye and dried blood slathered across my brow and matted into my shirt which it seems I had failed to remove before embarking upon an otherwise gloriously comfortable slumber. Im not sure if it was the hangover or the head injury that caused the feeling of blunt knives being rammed into my eye sockets. Whatever the cause, it was rather painful. To my surprise I got little sympathy from my six ”friends” and room mates for the night. The proceeded to laugh, empty the contents of my bag over the floor, throw my socks out of the window and generally tease me about my misfortune. All in all a wonderful experience and one id highly recommend to anyone. 5 stars

La posizione dell'hotel è buona. La stazione di uscita è isolata. L'hotel è vecchio, ma tutti gli aspetti del letto sono puliti Sono 𠮶 Sono in due camere con frd per booking e sono molto grande e sono turbato a notte

Il personale è molto buono, gentile e cordiale per interagire.Mi piace il colazione mattina e la birra notturna nella zona pub. L'acqua potabile è un problema nella camera da letto, poiché la bottiglia d'acqua o il fango non sono serviti o non sono disponibili nella stanza. La dimensione di ogni letto era molto piccola fino a quando non si erano svolti insieme e si erano usati come letto singolo.

Il servizio è stato grande per tutta la stanza. La cena è stata molto gentile, un po' lento ma amichevole personale. Il colazione era anche di buono standard.

Il personale dell'hotel è entusiasta, cordiale e ben attrezzato. E' decorato in stile classico. Il check-in era alle tre, ma siamo arrivati presto, verso le 11. Sono corso in hotel con una stanza rossa, quindi sono stato fortunato a fare il check-in in anticipo. ringraziamento

This was more on the lines of a down market hostel than a 2* hotel Our ”room” was a converted ”outhouse/garage” right in the back of a badly kept, rubbish strewn, dirty car park, full of overflowing bins, 2 fridges and a lawnmower . The numerous steps up to the reception, had loose, broke flags which were a trip hazard. The ”seating area” in the front of the main building was strewn with litter and beer cans. The room itself was clean, as was the linen. To get to the outbuilding, we had to exit a fire exit and walk through an unlit, unsafe pathway. Room had fridge but no light. The air extractor in the ensuite could not be switched off, so we all had to use earplugs in order to sleep. Shocking accommodation overall. The staff didn't care. This is not newly refurbished as described in the hotel details.

My daughter and I spend one weekend every December Christmas shopping, ‘cocktailing’, and eating in Leeds. We choose a different hotel every year in the city to use as our base. This year we chose Quebec’s and now we know we cannot go anywhere else in the future because this hotel easily tops everywhere we have stayed in the past eight years ( including the Hiltons and Plazas)! The building itself is rich in history which is lovingly preserved by the owners for us to enjoy. Rich oak panelling and stained glass windows make this such a unique hotel. The room was beautifully appointed with mini bar, coffee machine etc. The products in the bathroom are first class and the beds are superbly comfortable but best of all despite a ‘full house’ the hotel was so quiet. The staff are unbelievably friendly and we honestly felt, despite the five star ‘feel’ of the hotel, part of the family as the weekend came to an end. Their style of making us feel welcome was wonderful. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, it is quirky without any halt on style all glamour, it is a superbly romantic hotel and ideally located for central Leeds shopping and right in front of the station.

The past reviews reflected a good image of what you'll get. Please read them before booking. Overall it's not the worst option with a low cost. Soundproof is extremely bad. You can hear everything happens in the corridors or outside the windows. Especially bad in the middle of the night when you try to rest, and any noise will be amplified. It's very close to the night out area in the city centre. My stay was on the weekend which I heard drunken people outside the hotel and party people came back to their room at 3 am. It can be noisy but undeniable it's in the city centre and very close to the train station. One really bad thing is the room doesn't have a doorbell. I never thought about doorbells, but it turns out people will bang on the door when they try to knock. It's very disturbing when it's someone who is not considerate enough to other guests. The two rooms (at least) next to mine known each other and they constantly banging heavily on each other's door going in and out. I'd recommend bringing your own firestick or other devices as it says on their website, if you know you'll spend some time in the room. The TV is not smart and not big. Bringing your own device can provide better entertainment. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom although you can't adjust the temperature. There's AC in the room but temperature can be uneven at different corner of the room. A regular plug in hairdryer is provided in the room to replace the very old-style pull out hairdryer in the bathroom. Nice touch to provide sponge, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablet in the room. However I couldn't find any laundry detergent. Basic cutlery, pans and pots, knives etc are provided. A small kettle is inside the room. There's only one chair in a double room so you might struggle if you want to sit down and eat with the other guest at the same time. No small tea table next to the sofas to hold your drinks and teas. Not enough hanging space. Would be better to have a few hooks for winter jacket. The grab n go section in the hotel lobby is miserable and only have one option of pastry. Hot drink is from a normal one-press to cup machine. Only one guy of the receptionists who was on night shift the day I arrived is kind and provided decent service. All others didn't care.
