Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti e ci è davvero piaceto! La stanza era pulita e buona dimensione! Il personale era molto amichevole e c'era 24/7 servizio. Il colazione era delizioso, aveva una grande varietà e valeva il denaro! Anche le ore di colazione sono molto buone, perché si prolungano più durante il fine settimana, per permettere di dormire bene e non dover alzarsi presto.

Amo questo hotel. Il suo personale amico pulito è molto utile e buon servizio. Ho soggiornato qui con i miei 3 bambini e aveva una camera di famiglia. Doppio letto 2 letti singoli. Veramente comodi e bambini lo amavano anche. È vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro commerciale di Trinity. Ci rimarremo. hotel 5 stelle

Not a bad hotel all in all, and usually excellent value for money (I have stayed here on a few occasions recently as much cheaper than other hotels locally). The rooms are well equipped with iron, ironing board, kettle with tea and coffee and usually a desk fan of some sort. Personally, I prefer to be on the first floor as most ground floor rooms do have a musty/slightly damp smell which I do try to avoid. Great, friendly staff however.

UUtente ospiteMy daughter and I spend one weekend every December Christmas shopping, ‘cocktailing’, and eating in Leeds. We choose a different hotel every year in the city to use as our base. This year we chose Quebec’s and now we know we cannot go anywhere else in the future because this hotel easily tops everywhere we have stayed in the past eight years ( including the Hiltons and Plazas)! The building itself is rich in history which is lovingly preserved by the owners for us to enjoy. Rich oak panelling and stained glass windows make this such a unique hotel. The room was beautifully appointed with mini bar, coffee machine etc. The products in the bathroom are first class and the beds are superbly comfortable but best of all despite a ‘full house’ the hotel was so quiet. The staff are unbelievably friendly and we honestly felt, despite the five star ‘feel’ of the hotel, part of the family as the weekend came to an end. Their style of making us feel welcome was wonderful. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, it is quirky without any halt on style all glamour, it is a superbly romantic hotel and ideally located for central Leeds shopping and right in front of the station.

KK123The hotel is just opposite the train station, the location is good to eat any dishes and supermarket is very closed . Before we checked in , i requested connecting rooms but they said no connecting rooms. The hotel upgraded us to have executive rooms . It was appreciated.
But they didn’t clean and tidy and refilled new towels everyday, the 2 nd day. The room keeping manager attitude was very bad, blamed me to disturb her schedule, asked her Warden to do extra bedroom 😅😅😅😅.
The fact was that morning the toilet was blocked , tried to call at 1000 to ask somebody come up to check , since nobody appeared and warden was cleaning in next room. So I asked for assistance, the Warden is very nice and helpful, he informed her room keeping manager then cleaned and bumped my toilet
After that the room keeping manager came up and blamed to the Warden in next room , I was very frustrated then she walked to my room door and complained to me .
What kind of attitude she was .
I called to the receptionist asked somebody explained and apologized but no news . But till now no one contacted me from the hotel.
About the last day I need to took the earlier train to airport, I would like to get refund of 2 rooms breakfast but failed they said they can offer a padded breakfast to me .
They did on time but with no hot coffee as I requested.😓🤷♀️

CCaitlin WarriorAvrei voluto rimanere in questo hotel da quando ero bambino, quindi mi aspetto un po' di lusso comparativo dopo aver usato solo Travelodges e B&Bs. Potrebbe essere il mio divertente capelli colorati e i tatuaggi, ma la sicurezza ha chiesto di vedere la chiave della mia stanza ripetutamente durante il nostro soggiorno di una notte. Andato fuori a prendere un po' di shopping-show-keycard. Andato alla ricezione con una chiave-show-keycard. Popolato fuori brevemente- mostra la chiave. Torna dalla notte, mostra la chiave per entrare in hotel, mostra la chiave per avvicinarsi all'ascensore, e ancora una volta mentre aspetta l'ascensore. Era peggio della sicurezza dell'aeroporto di Manchester e mi ha fatto sentire molto sconveniente. Che vergogna, come il check-in era bello e ci fu dato una stanza con un bagno come richiesto, così ho avuto grandi speranze. Non mi disturberò in futuro, e resterò in un Travelodge, come è chiaramente più mio livello

UUtente ospiteL'hotel ha visto giorni migliori, ma la posizione e il prezzo sono molto buoni. Non posso davvero difettare la stanza che ero in, era pulito e confortevole. Nota che il segnale telefonico per O2 è molto cattivo (solo 3G) e si deve pagare £7 per l'accesso WiFi. Il parcheggio è anche 5 sterline per notte, ma in generale rimarrei ancora se dovessi essere in quella zona.

UUtente ospiteAnother lovely stay at the Crowne Plaza in Leeds. Always a warm welcome, rooms are well serviced and comfortable, and being on the edge of town, the location is much quieter but only a ten minute walk into the city centre and railway station. Staff are always cheerful and happy to help, check-in and check-out is always efficient and swift. Excellent on site car park. Breakfast is always a delight and the cooked to order omelettes are amazing! Tina and Gigi (and all of the other restaurant staff) go out of their way to make sure you have everything needed for a good start to the day. Overall, just a lovely hotel with lovely staff. Just what's needed when working away from home and definitely worthy of 4 stars.

Anche se era una stanza di club, e tutte le camere di club comprendono accesso gratuito alla palestra e alla piscina.
La signora in ricevimento di ginnastica si rifiuta di lasciarci entrare, anche se nel messaggio di posta elettronica si dice chiaramente che si tratta di una sala da club con accesso gratuito. La signora si rifiuta ancora e chiedeva soldi per usare la ginnastica e la piscina. Ho chiesto di gestire. Hanno detto perché ho prenotato attraverso trip.com (terza parte) non lo permetteva.
E' assolutamente ridicolo.

WWhiteJohnThis was definitely a mixed visit. On arrival we were checked in quite quickly receptionist was firmly enough although the reception desk itself seemed more like an information hub then a check in desk so the initial walk in was a bit confusing for me and my partner who don't stay in many hotels.. the one main thing that I noticed in the reception area is just through a set of double doors towards what would seem to be a fitness studio with an overlook of the pool had a chair with quite a nasty looking stain picture included. On arrival into the room things seemed clean tidy and presentable although there were a couple of things that could have been better for example one normal sized towel and 3 hand towels wasn't great and 2 towels would have been better, the toilet roll was very basic and clearly the cheaper stuff which you wouldn't so much expect when staying at a village hotel, there was a tile missing on the bathroom floor with a questionable amount of dust and dirt inside and around this hole and finally the doorframe seemed to be hanging off pictures of this are included. We had a look at the restraunt menu and it's safe to day if you don't fancy a burger, salad or chicken wings you will have to make other arrangements as we did by visiting the local residence 74 cafe about a mile away where we had a lovely time great food and a reasonable meal price. The bar is quite an open space and at first a bit confusing as there are some cinema chairs and big tvs but only playing the news. We had a drink I'm the evening this was probably priced for the venue but at £15 for a single vodka and lemonade and a double whisky we decided on only one when we found out that the bar closed for residents at 11pm which we found a bit early as other places stay open for residents. Room service would have been an option but from what I read this finished at 9.30pm and the is no in room phone to order such. Sleep was comfortable and sheets were clean it was just very hot as the window barely opens, there was no fan provided and no aircon. The TV also says its an Internet TV but upon attempt of connection no services were available. This morning the hotel seemed alot calmer and relaxed, we weren't sure of the breakfast procedures at all so we just sat down and were asked our room number but my partner got quite frustrated as she is autistic and no clear instructions were given it took us a while to source out breakfast and when we did we noticed it was very limited consisting of mushroom scrambled egg starnge potato circles beans tomatoes sausage and bacon. Honestly for me hash Brown's and black pudding are staples of English breakfast and should always be included when possible but unfortunately they were unavailable. I was going to ask a staff member but only one was seen briefly. There was also a High table next to us that was very dirty and when the staff member went to clean she simply sprayed it didn't wipe it and moved on, this didn't seem very hygienic. Breakfast was very average the addition of streaky bacon and chipolata sausages as opposed to tradition thick sausages and back bacon seemed very odd and definitely not our cup of tea! Coffee was not good atall however they do have a starbucks with is great because we do enjoy it. The night receptionist seemed to keeping a very close on me without speaking I found this quite lntimidating as a hotel guest and would have preferred him to ask me any concerns he had other than staring at me until I awkwardly said hello in which he just smiled and looked away briefly until I did then followed me with his eyes towards the stairs and no doubt watched me on camera until I entered my room. Overall a fair experience perfect I guess if you just need a quick room and have to extra money to burn but not ideal for us so probably wouldn't return.

Macey è stata servita nel bar che ci ha incontrato per un chat e era una ragazza così piacevole che ci ha accolto e ci ha dato un servizio fantastico tutta la sera. ***** L'hotel è di elevato livello di pulizia e la stanza si scioglie luss non sa cosa fosse. Questo è sicuramente un posto che consiglio e sicuramente ritornerò. Grazie a tutta la squadra.
