Have stayed here 4 times in the last couple of years. Price paid is good value for setting, location, spa facilities but the rooms are definitely looking tired. Was upgraded once and there was a huge difference in the general cleanliness and decor of the room. General house and communal areas are stunning and grand but rooms under any ‘deals’ are quite basic and are very far from the reception and facilities so not so good if mobility could be an issue. Overall it ticks a lot of boxes for a familiar and convenient one night stay.

Hotel carino e eccellente valore se si può prenotare in tempo. Molto lussuoso per il prezzo che ho pagato. Un po 'su un membro per l'accesso al centro della città di Leeds, ma un sacco di bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze di Headingley. Il ristorante principale dell'hotel è molto in alto mercato, ma il pub The Stable è un'ottima offerta di soldi.

Can’t believe we’ve never used this place before! Far exceeded expectations and we’ll definitely be back. Loved it all. Makes far more sense than a regular hotel. We used it for a one night stopover but would love to have stayed longer.

No bar we left our room at 09.00am came back at 16/00 Hrs and we had to go to reception and ask that our room be made up very poor.
Would not stay again, and it was not cheap at almost £200 for 2 nights

MMelos831 night stay. Close to restaurants and bars. Great customer service. Clean room. Breakfast was nice lots to choose from. I don't eat pork and the staff cooked fresh vegetable sausages for myself and my partner.

Yyuanyuan.Ottimo hotel ma con una cattiva esperienza.Quando sono arrivato all'hotel alle 22:00 ho prenotato una suite per una notte tranquilla, ma alle 4:00 sono svegliato da un forte colpo alla porta, non so quanto tempo era lì, Mi sconvolgeva molto di vedere attraverso il peepole un uomo ubriaco in una camicia grigia sul pavimento, continuava a urlare e a strillare sulla porta accanto a una persona in una camicia rosa davanti alla mia porta, mi spaventavo molto e ho chiamato il desk in fretta e il desk lo sparò fuori. Ma sono stato danneggiato mentalmente, mi sono svegliato alle 4:00, mi sono svegliato colpito dalla porta, sono stato in hotel da sola come donna, e il mio stato mentale personale è stato gravemente danneggiato, ma l'hotel non mi ha dato nemmeno alcuna feedback, Questa notte è stata la peggiore notte del mio soggiorno.

UUtente ospiteGood location next to train station - due to ongoing building works at the train station it’s easiest/quicker to get to the hotel near the entry/exit closest to platform 16 (I ply found this out after walking the long way around 🤦♀️).
La camera rigenerata era bella.Il bagno era piccolo.Volevo andare a doccia la prossima volta.La temperatura era troppo calda, ma il personale ha fornito un ventilatore su richiesta.
Letto matrimoniale per un viaggiatore solitario. Non sarebbe stato troppo comodo per due.
Nessuna radio in camera o in TV che sarebbe stata bello.
Roba, mutandine, impianti per la fabbricazione di tè/caffee, ferro e capelli frigo forniti.
Colazione - buona selezione per le opzioni di colazione calda e fredda. Sarebbe bello avere un caffè migliore.
La zona di lobby recentemente ristrutturata era bella. L'odore del profumo si è svolta in camera da colazione e a volte era un po' eccessivamente potente. Ciò significa che l'ingresso del pavimento non puzza bene (si la caverà) perciò vedo perché è necessario.

Checked in night of 20/7 and was told one of our bookings couldn’t be found. No help, compassion, empathy…nothing. Finally a colleague did find out booking and we received the two cards for our rooms. In one of the rooms there was guests already staying in the room!!! We apologised and went to reception. Again the female colleague had no compassion, she said oh yeh we realised that room was already occupied after you left reception!! How did they not know that before assigning us the room?!??? The person whose sleep we interrupted also came down to complain! We finally got a room but then our other booked room was then invaded with another family trying to access the room. They had again assigned another family one of rooms!!! We went down to complain again!! Was told manager would be available in the morning to make a complaint to. Didn’t sleep well because we thought our room would be visited by unsuspecting guests again! Morning came, we went to reception and was told the manager was in a meeting and we had to wait for them. A lady then approached us at breakfast and stated that she was not a manager, she apologised for the same girls at reception telling us that she was a manager. We demanded a refund and was told a manager would contact us later on the day to discuss. As I am writing this report no one has attempted to call us whatsoever. Very unhappy with this service!

HHermanhuiPer me, Leeds è uno dei punti di transito, ci sono parcheggi fuori dall'hotel, molto conveniente. La stanza ha abbastanza riscaldamento. Poiché il tempo fuori è molto freddo e piovoso, mi sono completamente bagnato e volevo una bevanda calda per riscaldare. Il personale dell'hotel mi ha offerto una tazza di bevanda calda, che è molto pensabile.

Excellent location to train station. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and polite. Breakfast was very tasty. Lots of selection from conitendal to hot food. WWhiteJohnThis was definitely a mixed visit. On arrival we were checked in quite quickly receptionist was firmly enough although the reception desk itself seemed more like an information hub then a check in desk so the initial walk in was a bit confusing for me and my partner who don't stay in many hotels.. the one main thing that I noticed in the reception area is just through a set of double doors towards what would seem to be a fitness studio with an overlook of the pool had a chair with quite a nasty looking stain picture included. On arrival into the room things seemed clean tidy and presentable although there were a couple of things that could have been better for example one normal sized towel and 3 hand towels wasn't great and 2 towels would have been better, the toilet roll was very basic and clearly the cheaper stuff which you wouldn't so much expect when staying at a village hotel, there was a tile missing on the bathroom floor with a questionable amount of dust and dirt inside and around this hole and finally the doorframe seemed to be hanging off pictures of this are included. We had a look at the restraunt menu and it's safe to day if you don't fancy a burger, salad or chicken wings you will have to make other arrangements as we did by visiting the local residence 74 cafe about a mile away where we had a lovely time great food and a reasonable meal price. The bar is quite an open space and at first a bit confusing as there are some cinema chairs and big tvs but only playing the news. We had a drink I'm the evening this was probably priced for the venue but at £15 for a single vodka and lemonade and a double whisky we decided on only one when we found out that the bar closed for residents at 11pm which we found a bit early as other places stay open for residents. Room service would have been an option but from what I read this finished at 9.30pm and the is no in room phone to order such. Sleep was comfortable and sheets were clean it was just very hot as the window barely opens, there was no fan provided and no aircon. The TV also says its an Internet TV but upon attempt of connection no services were available. This morning the hotel seemed alot calmer and relaxed, we weren't sure of the breakfast procedures at all so we just sat down and were asked our room number but my partner got quite frustrated as she is autistic and no clear instructions were given it took us a while to source out breakfast and when we did we noticed it was very limited consisting of mushroom scrambled egg starnge potato circles beans tomatoes sausage and bacon. Honestly for me hash Brown's and black pudding are staples of English breakfast and should always be included when possible but unfortunately they were unavailable. I was going to ask a staff member but only one was seen briefly. There was also a High table next to us that was very dirty and when the staff member went to clean she simply sprayed it didn't wipe it and moved on, this didn't seem very hygienic. Breakfast was very average the addition of streaky bacon and chipolata sausages as opposed to tradition thick sausages and back bacon seemed very odd and definitely not our cup of tea! Coffee was not good atall however they do have a starbucks with is great because we do enjoy it. The night receptionist seemed to keeping a very close on me without speaking I found this quite lntimidating as a hotel guest and would have preferred him to ask me any concerns he had other than staring at me until I awkwardly said hello in which he just smiled and looked away briefly until I did then followed me with his eyes towards the stairs and no doubt watched me on camera until I entered my room. Overall a fair experience perfect I guess if you just need a quick room and have to extra money to burn but not ideal for us so probably wouldn't return.
