All apartments provided by Appartement Omesberg 1 feature cable TV, a DVD player, and a modern bathroom. There is a kitchen and a seating area. A breakfast can be requested each morning.
The cross-country trail to the scenic Zugertal Valley is directly outside the Omesberg 1 apartments. The center of Lech is a 5-minute walk away.
The rate includes bed linen, towels, and final cleaning. Ski passes can be bought at the Appartement Omesberg’s reception.

Our family of 2 adults and 3 kids (ages 10, 8, and 7) spent a wonderful week in the chalet earlier this summer. Chalet: The chalet is beautifully designed with natural solid materials (lots of wood!). It feels cosy yet light and bright, it was very clean and comes complete with all mod-cons. It’s set over three floors, with the open plan living area on the ground floor, and the 3x bedrooms, bathrooms and sauna on the lower ground and first floors. The beds were really comfy. Lots of storage in the bedrooms too. Views and sounds from the chalet balcony are stunning - fresh mountain air and the sound of the flowing river beneath the chalet! There’s also a small BBQ plus table / chairs outside too, so you can sit and take it all in. The chalet was cleaned daily and a delicious breakfast was provided daily (a real highlight - beautifully set out on the dining table at our chosen time, including plenty of juices, pastries, cereals, fruit, meats, cheeses etc). The host offers other services too but we didn’t use these. Host: The host was incredibly warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful to our whole family - before our arrival, throughout our stay, and on leaving too! Location: Not only is the chalet is located within walking distance of the center of Lech (approx 10 mins), it is located just 5 mins from the outdoor forest swimming complex, and on the doorstep of some stunning hiking routes. Surrounding area: We’ve now visited Lech in summer and winter. Winter = fabulous ski resort; Summer = fabulous for hiking, biking, relaxing + really great kids daily program (archery, canyoning, climbing, etc). There are some wonderful restaurants too - both up in the mountains and at resort level. The resort has plenty to offer!

The location is more than wonderful directly on the banks of the river and overlooks the mountains from all rooms. The main balcony contains outdoor furniture, barbecue tools, heating appliances, wonderful home décor, comfortable rooms, a family sitting room, and an excellent and comfortable heating system. As for the services, they are similar to the services of five-star hotels, starting from the basics of cleaning And washing and serving breakfast, and this is another story, as it is more than wonderful and the quantity is excellent, and it is served inside the house with coffee, milk and fruits. .. .. The stuff is a peak in morals, politeness, and welcome, and the owner of the house is always asking about the comfort of the guests

Die Familie und Ihr Team um die Omesberg Hütt'n geben jeden Tag alles. Das morgendliche Buffet wird liebe voll bereit gestellt. Die Ausstattung der Chalets ist erste Klasse. Die Sauna rundet einen tollen Skitag perfekt ab. Wenn Wünsche da sind, werden diese Erfüllt. Einen solchen Ort will man gerne ein zweites / drittes mal besuchen. Weiter so!

Sehr angenehme und entspannte Atmosphäre, Unterkunft toll ausgestattet! Perfekte Betreuung durch die Gastgeberfamilie! Echter Wohlfühlfaktor! Betten sehr angenehm, eigene Sauna, tägliche Reinigung, Skibus fast vor der Türe, absolute Ruhelage.

Magnifique chalet très bien équipé et tout le comfort nécessaire pour un bon séjour. Hotes discrets et efficaces pour faciliter les activités du séjour. Très bel endroit, au calme mais proche du centre également. Je recommande sans hésitation!

Alles hat geklappt und das Chalet inkl. Sauna ist ausgezeichnet. Auch war der Hund willkommen und die Pisten & Wanderwege sind sehr nahe und doch liegt das Chalet am Ende einer Sackgasse sehr sehr ruhig. Die Gastgeber sind zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. 1A. FG Fam. D.H.

-Wie jedes Jahr haben wir uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Das ganze Team ist sehr bemüht, dass der Urlaub ein Genuss ist. Sehr schönes und komfortables Haus, mit viel Liebe hergerichtet. Tolle Lage am Ortsrand, direkt neben dem Lech, der einzige Geräuschpegel ist der Lech. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar, das Waldschwimmbad 5 Gehminuten entfernt war für die Kinder toll. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Üeppiges, leckeres Frühstück. Absolut empfehlenswert- man kann auch in den Bergen im Sommer sehr gut laufen und die Lechkarte macht das Reisen für Familien sehr attraktiv. Vielen Dank!
