Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza piuttosto insicura e né la gestione dell'hotel né Hilton ne avevano curato abbastanza per rendere l'area sicura o correggerla. Questo vi dice molto su come si prende cura della proprietà e la sicurezza dei loro ospiti. Il parcheggio del Hampton Inn Salt Lake City/Layton’s parcheggio è estremamente insicuro. Il parcheggio non è mai stato neve plungata anche se non neve da diversi giorni. Non è solo un gigantesco pad di ghiaccio che copre la strada. Ho cercato di ottenere 4 bambini in 1/18 e tutti slippavano. Il mio 14 anni si è scivolato e si è caduto in un grosso pudello di ghiaccio e si è bagnato. Immagino che potrebbero accadere delle ferite se la strada non è stata pulita. Non ha neve per diversi giorni e gli altri parcheggi in edifici adiacenti sono tutti piovuti.

Upon arrival the night clerk Lisa was so pleasant. She inquired as to what we were traveling for as we reside in Oregon. I explained we had just dropped our daughter off in Phoenix for her first year of college. She could see that I was a bit emotional and asked if she could give me a hug. Such a kind gesture. The hotel was clean and the room we booked was very spacious and the price was reasonable. Would definitely stay here again.
