Hotel in zona Geekstuff, Laval

HOTEL: First, we arrived in daylight hours, checked in to our ”suite” , and were told to go to our room 126 (called Celestre on the web site). We had to walk down a very dimly lit hallway that was so dark, we thought we were were walking into a haunted house. We could not even read the room numbers unless you got about a foot away from the room doorways. Is this some sort of joke ?! There was a light at the end of the long hallway for a large wall photo, and only when we got to the end of the hallway could we see our room number. Did not get a feeling of being safe nor customer friendly. Once in the room, which was also dimly lit, we encountered several ”techy” light switches (designed for setting ambient lighting), some didn't work, others worked for coloured LED strip lights which were confusing to change colours and intensity. Lighting intensity made it more difficult to see what function the small print on the switches performed. Remote control for the TV would power on the TV, but would not change the channels, screen just kept showing the hotel advertisement. Remote control for the fireplace (although we did not need it) also failed to function Website photo of the room shows a wave type ( ~ ) lounger, not what was in the room, which was a prop up back lounger. The A/C unit had a very loud fan, and very poorly positioned right alongside the bed, which made sleeping with the unit on virtually impossible. Oh, did I mention that there was an ON/OFF light switch at the front door for selecting whether A/C or heating ( and I think it was in French only). Last but not least, the Spa's hotel is situated across the street from the Spa (a 5 lane undivided boulevard). I believe there's a limo if you want to wait for it, but don't count on the limo at Spa closing time (10 pm), it's parked so you have to walk across the boulevard in the night. We also got to experience this closing experience along with a major downpour, dressed in our bath robes and flip flops. SPA: Very nice and well equipped spa and bistro, Therapeutic massage with Mark Hindle was excellent, although more than twice the price of my home massage therapist. Therapist agreed to wear a mask on my request (I wore one throughout), but only because he was feeling under the weather and coughing a bit. I would go back to the spa, but forget the hotel, not worth the price.

It was a great experience, and I loved it.

Questo è un nuovo hotel, quindi tutto è nuovo, il servizio è buono, avere buon colazione. La gente che lavora al bar del colazione sembra cercare di fare troppo in modo di fare indovinare che ci sia qualcosa di più, ma sarebbe bello se potessero rilassarsi per far sì che i due gusti si aiutassero prima. Se avete domande, i funzionari del servizio frontale sono disponibili, ma sarebbe bello se potessero provare un sorriso a volte. Sono degli Stati Uniti e sono stato in giro per la gente tutta la mia vita, quindi sono grande a essere amichevole e cortese, non importa quanto male siete nell'umore, ma non mi aspetto che gli stranieri lo facciano.Mi piace il posto così lascio una 5 stelle.

Un des meilleurs motels lors de nos roadtrip ! : Personnel charmant et attentionné Motel situé en campagne dans un voir très calme , trop peut-être car on est à l'écart de tout et la voiture est indispensable ( par contre idéalement placé à 25mn de l'aéroport YUL par une autoroute bien roulante à l'écart des bouchons habituels de Montréal) Stations essence et restaurants à proximité La chambre est grande , rénovée récemment, bien équipée, propreté parfaite, literie Queen confortable Petit déjeuner complet de qualité, manquait juste fruits et yaourt .....dommage ! Terrasse extérieure très agréable avec un bassin et de la verdure Une étape parfait en arrivant tard ou repartant tôt de Yul

Le foto dell'hotel non sono accurate. Abbiamo prenotato nella stanza 513 perché volevamo una stanza con un letto da divano .....a utile! Il divano è stato spinto contro il radiatore ... in realtà, era in realtà toccato il radiatore. Era troppo caldo per sedersi con il calore che soffiava direttamente sul nostro viso. Il letto di divano era posizionato in modo tale che, quando si aprì, non era funzionale, perché nessuno poteva entrare o uscire dal letto principale, né il lato sinistro del letto principale. Indubbiamente una questione di sicurezza in caso di emergenza. Parla al direttore al check-out e dichiara che ”era in ogni camera ogni giorno”, quindi deve sapere che la camera è più piccola di quella citata. Quando abbiamo chiesto che la stanza fosse servita il terzo giorno, il personale ha chiesto se volevamo fare anche il letto. Certo! Supponiamo che volevano solo darci due bicchieri e una tovagliola pulita. Il servizio in ristorante era terribile! Lentamente e non attento. Le bottiglie vuote rimaste a tavola fino a quando non li chiese di essere rimossi, l'acqua non era mai riempita, il cibo era caldo o freddo. Il ristorante non era occupato quando abbiamo cenato, quindi non c'era scusa per i due dipendenti di offrire un servizio così povero. Il manager ha offerto di darci una notte libera quando ho detto che scriverei una denuncia ma noi abbiamo fortemente rifiutato. Non torneremo né lo consigliamo a nessuno! Se avete bisogno di una camera con un letto divano utile, non accettate la stanza 513 !

Easy to find. A safe area. This is a new hotel, very clean. Beds good. Water pressure good. Shower excellent. Elevators good. Continental breakfast good. Pool excellent (and they provide plushy pool towels). . Quiet hotel. Wifi good. Funky, stylish lighting, design, etc. A semi-industrial look but not cold and sterile. Quite fancy. There is an outdoor seating/social area. Staff was helpful (the Murphy bed must be unlocked and she came right up shortly after we asked them to do this.). No cots, but since the king bed is truly a king, we had enough sleep space. The ceilings in the room are 14-15 feet high, so a huge window, which is nice. (One caveat: the curtains do a good job blacking out morning light. But since they are so tall, it is impossible to fully cinch them closed against the walls, if you know what I mean. So a bit of light snuck in around the edges.) We paid around $220 U.S. on a summer Saturday, which was fair. Really enjoyed our one night here.

Façade du côté autoroute très bruyant, à l'arrière sûrement moins. Base de lit en tôle ??(faut pas frappé dessus surtout si quelqu'un dort). Une seule machine à glace pour tout l'hôtel. Pas de lait ou crème dans le frigo pour le café. Quelques petits ajustements encore, hôtel neuf et propre.

Un hotel con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. C'è un centro commerciale al piano terra. Il parcheggio è comodo. Puoi scegliere il parcheggio custodito o parcheggiare da solo. Ci vogliono più di dieci minuti a piedi dall'hotel al centro storico di Montreal e alla Cattedrale.

Nonostante una brutta esperienza iniziale sul telefono prima di accedere (ho chiesto di assicurarmi che il pagamento della carta di credito non fosse stato sconvolto e la persona sul telefono era piuttosto rude), sono molto soddisfatto della mia esperienza generale, Le strutture e l'amicizia del personale sono andate oltre e oltre le mie aspettative. Le camere sono molto spaziose con un sacco di magazzinaggio, ho anche molto goduto di avere utilità in cucina, la possibilità di utilizzare la lavatrice e asciugatrice in qualsiasi momento erano certamente un plus - lo stesso con il lavastoviglie. L'unica cosa che una era un po' fuori-spot è trovare dei capelli nel bagno, anche il fatto che non era davvero possibile riempire il tubo con un po' d'acqua calda (è una sorta di fuga dopo un po'). In generale, la mia esperienza è stata molto positiva e mi vedrei sicuramente prenotare una stanza di nuovo all'Hotel Saint Laurent

La stanza è OK. La stanza è molto fredda quando si ferma. Pensa che non c'è riscaldamento. Aprire il condizionamento del ventilatore senza riscaldamento. Il riscaldamento è sul bordo della finestra. Vuoi aspettare un'ora o due per riscaldare. L'agente Trip.com ha prepagato la stanza fissata per il renminbi.
