Un hôtel magnifique, rapport qualité prix excellent ! La chambre était très confortable et l'emplacement parfait ! A refaire !

服務人員很棒，第一天剛好是說中文的大姐，非常用心幫我們，飯店位置非常便利，捷運，精品街，餐廳都很近。下次一定會再選擇這間飯店

Hotel nuovo, con camere spaziose, ben arredate e pulite. Detto questo segnalo con molto rammarico che, nonostante la mia camera fosse pronta, mi è stata negata la cortesia di poter fare check in con un'ora di anticipo sull'orario previsto, nonostante io avessi segnalato i miei successivi impegni lavorativi che mi impedivano di tornare per l'orario del check in. In compenso, mi sono stati chiesti 50 CHF per anticipare l'ingresso di mezz'ora!!!! Prima volta nella mia vita che mi trovo in una situazione simile e sicuramente anche l'ultima!

in Switzerland/Lausanne there are premium prices, but then one expects also premium conditions. Have stayed at Fassbind hotels before, but found the tidiness a little bit down. But my main disappointment was the broken bike (didn't spin properly and foot strap broken) in the gym. I select hotels with (good) gym and mainly look out for the bike to train. Was bit disappointed.

Included metro/bus/train ticket with our stay which made getting around very easy.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was in a great location. Easy access to the train and close to many restaurants and cafes. The view from the room was great too (the Lausanne Cathedreal). However, our room was dirty (coffee stains on the walls, cobwebs on the floors, etc.). The conditions were also not great (the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall, the shower always made the floor wet, it was hard to open the bathroom door, dents in the wall, etc.). The wifi was also spotty and slow. Larger fans were needed in the room, since there was no air conditioning. It was extremely hot during our stay.

Great location. There were two saunas on offer. The first was down by the fitness area- would recommend. The second is actually your room, with the lack of air-con giving you 24/7 opportunity to open those pores. There is a fan that acts as substitute to the A/C. It is as useful as those powder milk substitutes that you get in some hotels… oh wait.

Great location with easy access to Metro right outside of hotel. Nice view of cathedral located near city centre. Very modern room in a nice, old building.
