Posizione: Sulla sponda del Lago di Ginevra, il traffico è molto comodo, ci vogliono tre minuti a piedi per raggiungere direttamente la riva del lago, di fronte al lago c'è la Montagna delle Alpi, e ci sono montagne innevate quando ci vado ad aprile; Ambiente: c'è un parco giochi per bambini in riva al lago e ci sono punti fotografici relativamente famosi; l'ambiente interno è di prima classe, l'arredamento è molto buono e la camera con vista sul lago può sedersi sul balcone della vetrata e guardare il lago e montagne.

L'hotel è molto buono e il servizio è molto premuroso. Ho viaggiato in Svizzera e ho soggiornato in altri hotel. Si può dire che il servizio e l'esperienza di questo hotel sono molto buoni. Sono molto soddisfatto e prenoterò questo hotel la prossima volta.

Tutto del soggiorno è stato perfetto tranne 2-3 piccole cose. C'erano diversi dispenser di disinfettante ma erano quasi tutti vuoti, a pranzo la domenica mattina, il personale era sopraffatto, niente più tavoli apparecchiati quando ce n'erano molti disponibili, ci sono voluti diversi minuti prima che potessimo sederci, abbiamo chiesto un cucchiaino, non ne era rimasto nessuno...

The hotel has good hygiene conditions. The room has a relatively large space and a simple decoration style. However, the hair dryer in the bathroom is fixed to the wall and the switch is difficult to control, which makes it somewhat inconvenient to use. In addition, some of the curtains in the room fell off, which led to the dazzling sunshine in the morning and affected our sleep.

The hotel was a 3-5 minutes walk from the metro station, which is a 15 mins transfer ride from Lausanne's main train station. The location is very nice, with the Geneva Lake right across the road. An easy, straight line walk to the Olympic Park and museum. Coop downstairs for simple groceries. The breakfast was super good, quality food and cooking. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious choices, service was very nice too. The breakfast here was my favourite along the way. Watching the sunrise by window seats was a bonus. The street was very quiet, overall a tranquil feeling during my stay. A number of restaurants within 5 minutes walk as well. The room was nice, they offered a personal care kit which was very helpful. You also get a free chocolate 😌

Reception was very polite. Took the time to give advice and informations, even at late hour at night. I forgot things in the room, while I was staying there. They reacted after my call and ordered a delivery in short notice. Room had a nice view and very nice to work in. I would definitely book again.

在這裏要給家庭出遊重要的提示，即使在攜程訂房系統中選了小孩的訊息，但是本酒店所有房間衹要是兩張床或一張大床的房型，到酒店就會被要求小孩要加床收費80歐元每晚，一人一張床！因為人家説他們的預訂系統只有兩個大人的訊息，兩張床或者是大床房是不能包含第三個青年人（6歲以上）而且他們指的小孩免費是指baby，這是我們全程在瑞士境內經歷最糟心的酒店服務和高昂的額外收費，在前台爭論了大約一個小時，最後找他們酒店經理並立即聯繫攜程官方才得以協調解決，必須給攜程的快速響應和管家貼心服務點贊，問題解決非常給力，給我們接下來的其他酒店的情況增添了信心，此外，酒店衞生一般般吧，水是入住只有兩瓶（不是每天添加），水杯不給更換，家庭出遊不推薦！！！備註：本酒店不是攜程直營酒店，是中間有代理商的酒店，所以據瞭解是代理商的理解有誤

住過好多次了，位置非常理想，很不錯，下飛機直接坐火車到洛桑火車站，再轉Metro到Ouchy就到了，一樓的餐廳很不錯，另外別忘了試下他們家的冰淇淋🍦。給攜程的客服小姐姐點贊👍

房間潮濕且很臭，吹風機老，風力太小了 服務太差了，不給更換房間，拿空氣清新劑噴了兩下就完事兒了 把我的訂單搞錯了，讓我付了兩次錢，一定要仔細看賬單看房卡姓名啊

Très beau sejour au Movenpick Lausanne. Emplacement ideal, vue sur le lac Leman et les montagnes, parkings publics à proximité, restaurants et commerces ... Personnel très sympathique et dynamique.
