Hotel con piscina a Launceston

La migliore struttura di Launceston occidentale è un hotel di base, ma pulito, sicuro e confortevole, a buon prezzo, nel centro di Launceston, ben situato per i giardini botanici e il confine di scimmie, proprio nel centro della città, e non troppo lontano dal fiume. La stanza aveva tutto quello che avresti bisogno o aspettarti per questo prezzo, ma quello che mi ha sollevato il posto era il servizio. Su un volo molto ritardato non sono arrivato fino a mezzanotte, ma il pranzo della notte apparve rapidamente, mi ha aiutato a controllare, e non mi ha mai lamentato di essere trascinato al divano di fronte a mezzanotte.

Very minimal, shabby rooms of doubtful cleanliness, at maximal expense. Explicitly states that no service is offered, so to that extent at least the management is honest! But if you are staying two nights or more, you only get one night's worth of tea/coffee/milk/towels etc, even though you are paying for these items in the room charge. We had booked and paid for two rooms, but when I arrived the receptionist rudely said I could not check in 'because I did not have the same name as the person who booked', and I would jolly well have to wait until the person who booked arrived. (Actually, the person who booked was my daughter-in-law.) This is an extremely rude, discriminatory, and just plain stupid thing to say. For example, a husband and wife could have different names, and arrive separately. Also, I arrived at 3 pm, but what if my daughter-in-law arrived at 10 pm? The polite thing to do would be for the receptionist simply to ask if she could have a word with my daughter-in-law on the phone, or see a text message. Another point: the rudest, most aggressive utterance in the 'hospitality' industry is 'Can I help you?' spoken loudly through gritted teeth and rictus smile. The receptionist really ought to book a course at charm school. If - despite all - you are thinking of staying here, keep in mind that it is a very steep, long walk down to the city centre - and back up. The Coach House is not suitable for children, as the upper storey concrete walkways and steps are extremely dangerous for toddlers.

La struttura è molto confortevole, semplice, ma datata. Alcuni pavimenti inferiori hanno bagni più vecchi, doccia e bagno preziosi per la riparazione, ma i pavimenti superiori hanno nuovi bagni che sono più bello e più confortevole. Vicino alle attrazioni - Una visita deve essere il sito di Gorge Cataract situato a breve distanza dal Launceston CBD. Parcheggio auto sul sito conveniente.

Ho dovuto passare la notte a Launceston, lasciando la mattina dopo, pensando che il Pod Inn si fosse dimostrato perfetto per le mie esigenze, cominciando con un prezzo molto ragionevole. E'la mia prima permanenza in un po', e forse non sarà la mia ultima, anche se penso che stare più di due giorni provare l'amicizia. La mia qualità del sonno era grande, ma potevo immaginare che le cose potessero diventare un po' claustrofobiche dopo qualche notte. Altrimenti, il check-in era buono, tutto spiegato bene. Pod stesso era chiuso, comodo, spazioso per uno e mi piacevano le opzioni di illuminazione. Il rumore non era un problema, anche se forse ero fortunato a quel conto. La cucina era pulita se un po' piccola mentre la sala comune/area da pranzo era più spaziosa. La sala comune era pulita quando ho visitato, ma potevo immaginare che diventasse piuttosto grungo. Tuttavia, le docce erano davvero buone. Asciugamani forniti ma non sapone (o shampoo, ecc.).
