Il parcheggio è il pavimento; l'ingresso è il primo piano, ma facilmente accessibile attraverso le scale e gli ascensori. La ricezione era perfetta - sono arrivato presto e mi è stato offerto una stanza immediatamente o un breve aspettare per una stanza aggiornata. Le camere sono grandi, calde, confortevoli e elegante. The team at Peppers Seaport went out of their way to accommodate us. They organised an early check in as we had just got off the overnight Spirit of Tasmania. The room was wonderful and clean with a fantastic view over the harbour. The restaurant is located in Silos opposite and requires a short walk to get there.

Vengo qui con un amico O/S in viaggio a Tassie per 3 settimane, grande benvenuto, due suite da letto, grande, aveva tutto quello che ci serviva e più, abbastanza spazio per tutti noi, due TV due bagni, poi con spa, grande valore, è stato lasciato in giù con un biglietto di benvenuto fatto a una persona diversa da noi, e trovato cibo sul sedile, però il custode si scusava per il checkout, parcheggio auto solo $10 per notte vicino alla porta, deludente che il gilet d'acqua era vuoto alla reception senza occhiali, Tutto il giorno e ancora la mattina dopo, ma comunque, consiglia

Siamo entrati nel sporco e immediatamente abbiamo un odore di mangimi sporchi che si è schiacciato nel naso! Volevamo davvero gettare e alle 7:00 quando siamo arrivati non c'era nessuno nella ricetta per parlare o lamentarci. Il mio letto di cotone aveva un gomma che si masticava, e la gente era alzata fino alle 1:00 e la mattina alle 5:00, si comportava come se fosse l'ora del pranzo. La mattina dopo ci siamo lamentati all'ospite che non aveva assunto alcuna responsabilità, dicendo che nessuno si è mai lamentato. Non c'è alcuna compensazione, ma come possiamo provare l'odore disgustoso dell'edificio?

La migliore struttura di Launceston occidentale è un hotel di base, ma pulito, sicuro e confortevole, a buon prezzo, nel centro di Launceston, ben situato per i giardini botanici e il confine di scimmie, proprio nel centro della città, e non troppo lontano dal fiume. La stanza aveva tutto quello che avresti bisogno o aspettarti per questo prezzo, ma quello che mi ha sollevato il posto era il servizio. Su un volo molto ritardato non sono arrivato fino a mezzanotte, ma il pranzo della notte apparve rapidamente, mi ha aiutato a controllare, e non mi ha mai lamentato di essere trascinato al divano di fronte a mezzanotte.

Stayed on way to airport and had the afternoon exploring Launceston. Easy walk into town and plenty of parking. Large very clean room. Reception appears to have cutlery and microwaves to use if you wanted to use these facilities rather than going out.

I would like to give the reception staff Lisa and Karen 10 out of 10 for wonderful service. I was trying to get a bed for one night and rang the hotel as I'd booked on what I thought was their website - I'd booked the wrong night and couldn't change it. Lisa was the lady I spoke to and she very kindly sorted it for me in such a lovely manner. Then when I arrived Karen was on reception and the welcome was warm and friendly and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Personality plus, what an asset! The room was on the small side but comfortable, spotless and had a fabulous view of the city. It is also within walking distance of two theatres, bars and restaurants. A genuine pleasure to stay here, thank you ladies.

Appartiene al tipo di hotel, perché l'aereo è stato ordinato il mattino dopo, e le vecchie strutture dell'hotel sono meno, ma ci sono ventilatori di base. La posizione geografica è nel centro della città, ci sono più ristoranti intorno al caffè, meno di venti minuti dall'aeroporto, e è molto conveniente viaggiare a cena.Come hotel di centro-svolta può soddisfare le esigenze. Poiché abbiamo scelto quattro camere, le camere sono abbastanza grandi per andare a casa con i bambini.

The Auldington is a lovely building in nice grounds. My room was clean, with lovely high ceilings and a comfortable (firm) bed. The bath was sensational! Original glass in the windows & lovely views. There were a few things which diminished the quality of my stay, reducing my review to 3 stars. The staff member who checked us in was extremely thorough – racing through everything anyone may ever need to know about staying. Unfortunately, the sheer volume of information he served up made it difficult to take any of it in. He then proceeded to lead us to our room, where he showed me how to open a door (turn the key & push) and then actually entered the room. I found this awkward & a little uncomfortable. There definitely needs to be improvements with some insulating / soundproofing. I could hear people walking on the floor above my room every morning and hear voices from the rooms around mine in the evenings. On my last night, I was in the bathroom & the whole room started vibrating and a low rumbling sound – it took me a minute to guess that there was a spa in a room nearby. There was also loud music in the bathroom, although it didn’t travel through to the main room with the door closed. But someone else’s music wasn’t quite the ambiance I was looking for. The biggest issue I had was with the air-conditioning. It seems as though the building has some kind of multi-head split system in operation, which means that every outflow has to be on the same mode for it to work. Apparently, one room didn’t get the memo & I was left for 5 hours sweating with no air conditioning because it suddenly stopped working. I find it incredible that this was seen as a sensible option to install – and then give every room a remote. While I was told not to change the remote on check-in, I could easily understand how that nugget could be lost in the sheer weight of information delivered at the time. I stayed for 3 nights in a City view room. The view was nice & certainly nicer than what it would be from the back of the building. Location wasn’t bad, but a little out of the way. It is quiet, which is good. On-site parking. There’s a lovely corner café close, which was a bonus for morning coffee. Would I stay again? Not in summer, not in winter (when heating or cooling is required). Perhaps in spring.
