Il parcheggio è il pavimento; l'ingresso è il primo piano, ma facilmente accessibile attraverso le scale e gli ascensori. La ricezione era perfetta - sono arrivato presto e mi è stato offerto una stanza immediatamente o un breve aspettare per una stanza aggiornata. Le camere sono grandi, calde, confortevoli e elegante. Il caffè e il ristorante sono molto occupati e il ristorante di grano è delizioso. Molto raccomandato.

La migliore struttura di Launceston occidentale è un hotel di base, ma pulito, sicuro e confortevole, a buon prezzo, nel centro di Launceston, ben situato per i giardini botanici e il confine di scimmie, proprio nel centro della città, e non troppo lontano dal fiume. La stanza aveva tutto quello che avresti bisogno o aspettarti per questo prezzo, ma quello che mi ha sollevato il posto era il servizio. Su un volo molto ritardato non sono arrivato fino a mezzanotte, ma il pranzo della notte apparve rapidamente, mi ha aiutato a controllare, e non mi ha mai lamentato di essere trascinato al divano di fronte a mezzanotte.

Poiché abbiamo scelto quattro camere, le camere sono abbastanza grandi per andare a casa con i bambini.

STAY HERE!! Location / price / view / service / awesomeness!!! THE OWNER Lets start here! Tim, who is the owner and lives local is sensational and really makes the stay absolutely awesome!!! He has a yarn with all the guests at breakfast (which was included) and makes the effort to ask questions and get to know the guest :) wow - what a difference this makes to a stay! I never realised it until I met Tim - what I also loved was that you can tell he has REAL PRIDE in his business as he talks excitedly about the upgrades he is going through and this excitement for the business flows on to the staff that work for him who were all lovely, happy, friendly and helpful 1. I was upgraded upon checkin - my room was awesome! Top level great views! 2. I had a late checkout which was great as I had a late flight 3. Help with info on where to go and what to see - specifically Tim saying to come down and see him daily if I needed help on where to go 4. Shuttle service to airport help 5. Had an early check in at 12pm - Tim accomodated me as I had an early flight Tim even helped to organise the airport shuttle for me and called them up to secure a good price 😀 what service!! If only all owners took a page out of Tims book THE ROOM Wow! Loved it! Nice, clean with awesome views!! I was lucky to get upgraded and had top floor views over Launceston town and I couldnt wait to head back to the room after a day of exploring The bed was soooooooooooo comfortable and the BEST pillows ive ever experienced - I hope I can find 1 to buy for myself! So good! The shower… hello! What great pressure and hot water is fantastic! Mini fridge and microwave with cutlery if you want to have your own meals (which I did) so was perfect for me and one of main reasons I chose this accom BREAKFAST Amazingggggg fresh fruit!!! Chopped fruit around 8 options - this was the best part for me! Also choices of cereals and juices Toast - white / brown / raisin with jams honey peanut butters Black Coffee You can also upgrade and pay for a hot breakfast If you need parking there is free on the property Lift is quick and easy to use Bags kept at reception safe and sound when needed I have nothing negative to say at all about this accom but they have set the bar high in customer service for me Thanks Tim! Lovely to meet you and thanks for the awesome stay 😀 will be recommending Balmoral on York to all I know

Vengo qui con un amico O/S in viaggio a Tassie per 3 settimane, grande benvenuto, due suite da letto, grande, aveva tutto quello che ci serviva e più, abbastanza spazio per tutti noi, due TV due bagni, poi con spa, grande valore, è stato lasciato in giù con un biglietto di benvenuto fatto a una persona diversa da noi, e trovato cibo sul sedile, però il custode si scusava per il checkout, parcheggio auto solo $10 per notte vicino alla porta, deludente che il gilet d'acqua era vuoto alla reception senza occhiali, Tutto il giorno e ancora la mattina dopo, ma comunque, consiglia

The team at Peppers Seaport went out of their way to accommodate us. They organised an early check in as we had just got off the overnight Spirit of Tasmania. The room was wonderful and clean with a fantastic view over the harbour. The restaurant is located in Silos opposite and requires a short walk to get there.

I would like to give the reception staff Lisa and Karen 10 out of 10 for wonderful service. I was trying to get a bed for one night and rang the hotel as I'd booked on what I thought was their website - I'd booked the wrong night and couldn't change it. Lisa was the lady I spoke to and she very kindly sorted it for me in such a lovely manner. Then when I arrived Karen was on reception and the welcome was warm and friendly and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Personality plus, what an asset! The room was on the small side but comfortable, spotless and had a fabulous view of the city. It is also within walking distance of two theatres, bars and restaurants. A genuine pleasure to stay here, thank you ladies.

The Auldington is a lovely building in nice grounds. My room was clean, with lovely high ceilings and a comfortable (firm) bed. The bath was sensational! Original glass in the windows & lovely views. There were a few things which diminished the quality of my stay, reducing my review to 3 stars. The staff member who checked us in was extremely thorough – racing through everything anyone may ever need to know about staying. Unfortunately, the sheer volume of information he served up made it difficult to take any of it in. He then proceeded to lead us to our room, where he showed me how to open a door (turn the key & push) and then actually entered the room. I found this awkward & a little uncomfortable. There definitely needs to be improvements with some insulating / soundproofing. I could hear people walking on the floor above my room every morning and hear voices from the rooms around mine in the evenings. On my last night, I was in the bathroom & the whole room started vibrating and a low rumbling sound – it took me a minute to guess that there was a spa in a room nearby. There was also loud music in the bathroom, although it didn’t travel through to the main room with the door closed. But someone else’s music wasn’t quite the ambiance I was looking for. The biggest issue I had was with the air-conditioning. It seems as though the building has some kind of multi-head split system in operation, which means that every outflow has to be on the same mode for it to work. Apparently, one room didn’t get the memo & I was left for 5 hours sweating with no air conditioning because it suddenly stopped working. I find it incredible that this was seen as a sensible option to install – and then give every room a remote. While I was told not to change the remote on check-in, I could easily understand how that nugget could be lost in the sheer weight of information delivered at the time. I stayed for 3 nights in a City view room. The view was nice & certainly nicer than what it would be from the back of the building. Location wasn’t bad, but a little out of the way. It is quiet, which is good. On-site parking. There’s a lovely corner café close, which was a bonus for morning coffee. Would I stay again? Not in summer, not in winter (when heating or cooling is required). Perhaps in spring.
