L'unica cosa negativa dell'hotel decente gli ascensori non funzionavano e l'aria condizionata non era abbastanza forte o addirittura accesa in alcune parti dell'hotel ha dovuto cambiare stanza poiché l'aria condizionata non funzionava

We had a great time for a short visit! The hotel was clean and nice to stay in. Our view was beautiful. Overall it was a short pleasant stay! We definitely will be coming back.

Very bad customer service and when arrived the room sink was very dirty .

Check in was easy. Attendant was nice Room was as expected. Good for the experience. All staff throughout our time at Harrah's were professional and helpful Great table games.

I haven’t been to Laughlin in 22 years and this property has not updated since then. The room was old and very worn out. The room never got cool enough and the tub and sink would fill up with slow draining. Pretty disappointed since it was the most expensive place to stay, lesson learned.

The text personnal assistant was great. It helped with numerous questions and some problems. Some carpet in the hotel hallways was duct taped down. 2 of the lamps in our room didn't work (one's outlet was behind the bed and not plugged in). Maintenance came and looked at the floor lamp. She jiggled and it came on. She said that's all you have to do.

Bed was comfy, bathroom was clean, everything worked, was pleasantly surprised to find a refrigerator in the room, wished I could’ve stayed longer.

Arcade games we’re all out service , 21 pool has a bar that isn’t in use and when not in use it’s still 21 .doesn’t make sense , a lot of places were blocked off . Wasn’t fun at all . No buffets and restaurants weren’t good .

The hotel room was upgraded to riverview and the carpet on the floor was black and dirty. Then had masking tape on the edge where carpet and tile meet. There was trash behind the bed. The staff were so sweet and kind. The audacity to charge upgrade fee $20 per night ... I thanked the staff because its no fault to them. The room was gross flooring, south tower #11040. The lighting was great and the people made a kind amd welcoming experience. Please do not charge these high rates for poor room quality.

Shower had leak, room had zero extra storage space, cheap room ok for one night but would not recommend for extended stay.

to smoky ,ashtrays were full & left on machines very unhealthy, rooms were clean & beds were clean .

The property and stay was all as expected. I didn't like that housekeeping knocks on all doors at 8:00am to 'see if anyone has checked out' - even with the DND sign, we could hear housekeeping knocking on all other doors.
