先説房間價位早定的很好！地方好找，但是前台不好找，在**裏不起眼，以為是**算賬的地方，然後女接待話不多，還好溝通順暢。可是走到房間打不開門，路過的工作人員也幫忙還是打不開，距離前台遠，工作人員通過對講機説確認護照後用他的卡也打不開，奇怪的是房間空調轟隆作響，然後保安過來，跟他説是不是有人住進來了，再確認，又找來工程師還是打不開，最後居然説電腦錯誤，然後説給換房間，卻遲遲等不來人，衹好再開車過去前台，看到工程師和前台一直在聊天，然後工程師陪同用鑰匙又打不開新房間，有趣的是前面的保安趕過來又能打開房間門了！這一折騰從22:30開始找前台到最後進房門足足耗費一個半小時，零點第二天了！搬行李時沒人幫忙，估計工作人員都覺得不可思議，可能想即便幫忙估計也不會給小費了吧！本來就是開夜車過來入住，人已經疲憊不堪。退房時還鑰匙居然又説是錯誤的，衹能再解釋一遍。管理真混亂，效率低下！房間沒有冰箱微波爐吹風機，看了下現在的價格快翻倍了，真好笑！服務給的2分是給保安的。已經很客觀評價了，否則一分不給！圖片就算了吧！

花了一個小時的時間，在前台辦事處住，等的時間很長，房間很普通，沒有冰箱，咖啡壺和微波爐這些的東西，不過價格真的很便宜，這是今年在美國住過的最便宜的房間，也算是物有所值吧，乾淨還是挺乾淨的，房間也挺大。

Staff responded within minutes for repairs both this time and the last visit. They fixed the bed and remote so cc was taken off. Great staff. Also escorted me to front desk after dark. Great customer service. Was very impressed.

Room did the trick, staff was helpful and the access to the river walk puts a community feel. The property is on the older side and one should anticipate this when staying. I was pleasantly surprised and the price was great!

Excellent customer service! The rooms were clean, but are a bit run down. Rooms could use a bit of decorating (no pictures) on the plain white walls. The TVs run a bit small, but worked well with cable included. Towels also seems pretty used up, but fortunately we brought our own towels. Other than that, property seems to have done some room upgrades, and their service make up for any discrepancies they may have in their rooms.

Liked everything, especially the price. Had 2 very minor room issues and workers were there in about 5 minutes.

Crashed here after a few nights of camping in the wind. The shower was hot and the room was clean and comfortable. I even gambled for the first time.

Friendly staff, nice clean hotel, big fluffy towels, hot tub very inviting and hot. For an aging property, this place is very clean and well maintained. Plus the price makes it a great buy.

The hotel was older, but very comfortable. The beds were a little on the soft side for what I like. The restaurant was great. The food had great flavor and a good selection to choose from. Unfortunately, they charge you extra if you want to refrigerator, which was one of the downsides.

For what you pay the rooms are a bargain they are clean and have bottle water, toiletries, and decent showers. The Bumbleberry restaurant is great and the portions are huge.
