Per la mia permanenza a Las Vegas di 4 notti ho scelto, prenotandolo con mesi d'anticipo, questo fantastico hotel. Scelto perché è Hilton e perché si trovava accanto all'Aria dove si teneva la conferenza a cui partecipavo. Conoscendo il marchio Waldorf Astoria sapevo che avrei trovato una proprietà di lusso con attenzione al cliente ma non mi sarei aspettato di trovare la perla che è questo hotel. Nonostante il lusso non sia qualcosa di nuovo a Las Vegas (la quantità di persone che hanno vagonate di soldi è altissima), ho apprezzato l'esclusività di questo hotel, nel senso che non avendo un casinò, è meno frequentato da scommettitori e soprattutto non ha un viavai di persone 24 ore su 24. Appena arrivati si entra in un piccolo androne dove... non c'è la reception! Questa si trova al 23esimo piano con una fantastica vista sulla *****. Tra l'altro al tramonto è veramente da vedere. Accanto c'è uno sky bar molto scenografico. La mia camera, enorme, al 22esimo piano, con vista sulla ***** è bellissima. Ampia vetrata con tende automatizzate, divano e grande scrivania. Accanto il letto matrimoniale con la TV. Completano il tutto un corridoio con bagno con una parte delle pareti in vetro zigrinato che lascia intravedere la bella vasca da bagno e completano il tutto un doppio lavandino e una ampia doccia più i sanitari. All'ingresso un altro piccolo corridoio di fronte ad un mobile dove riporre tutti i panni. La camera è silenziosa una volta spenta la ventilazione. Trovandosi vicino agli ascensori a volte se ne sente il rumore ma non mi ha mai dato fastidio di notte, sicuramente anche per il poco via vai. Non ho approfittato della colazione poiché era servita all'evento né piscina o palestra ma in generale l'hotel mi è veramente piaciuto parecchio.

The customer service at the Nomad is exceptional! From the front desk to the room attendants, it was like Walt Disney World for adults. We were strolling through the lobby and were fortunate to run into, Mr. Brewster. This gentleman aside from being wonderfully approachable, he was a delight to chat with. He asked how we were enjoying our stay and we shared a minute concern aside from everything else being amazing. He exceeded our expectations by providing us with an ear and a solution! Needless to say we felt seen, heard and truly appreciated! We're 2 friends from the St. Louis area having the best girls trio ever. Mr. Brewster and the Nomad has given us fond memories and we shall return!

Questo hotel è solo un isolato dal *****. Eravamo qui per un lavoro e un tempo libero. È possibile vedere il MGM dal Hampton Inn. L'arena di hockey dei cavalieri è lungo la strada. Il parcheggio è coperto e sicuro. Il personale del front desk era tutto sorridente e la check-in era veloce e tranquillo, anche se l'hotel era impegnato con affari. Le camere erano tutte tranquille, pulite, confortevoli letti e tranquille alle strade della notte. Il colazione gratuita era bellissimo. La grande voce di MARJORIE, che era responsabile della zona di colazione, mi ha persino presentato al tavolo che ero al dipartimento di affari per chiedermi se volevo più cibo prima di chiudere il colazione. Quanto attento era? ! Oggi mi piacerà la piscina, perché sarà circa 85 gradi. Se vuoi risparmiare qualche centesimo, per essere fuori dal ***** ma abbastanza vicino da camminare, consiglierei sicuramente questo hotel.

When we checked in, went to the room, there was a pink caulk like soap on the bathroom door area,the sink plug was not attached to the stopper, so I had to use my tweezers to pull it back out. Then when I dropped one of my shoes on the floor by the ac, there was someone else's clothing hook/tag on the floor. I was contacted on my phone by someone from the office about my stay, I did let them know but nothing was done about it. Then on Monday morning the elevators were very busy, we tried to find the stairs, they were emergency only from the 2nd floor. Finally we went down the back stairs to the basement floor by the gym,nasty ac units on the way smell like a nasty hell hole. Tried to speak to the housekeeper on how to get downstairs but she acted like she didn't speak english. If it wasn't for the location we would have left. We were going to the Football game.

Abbiamo goduto dell'atmosfera e del servizio all'hotel, ci siamo fermati al piano superiore della torre di New York, che offre una vista sulla strada della costa del hotel, ma non la famosa Vegas *****. L'isolamento sonoro dal corridoio potrebbe essere migliore - ci sono stati svegliati più volte da ospiti raffinati che tornavano nelle loro stanze all'inizio della mattina, la stanza stessa era pulita e grande, ma senza te' o caffè. Abbiamo anche visitato il Cirque du soleil del hotel, il concierge dell'hotel, il biglietto per l'hotel, che ti permette di pagare i prezzi scontati degli ospiti dell'hotel!

Tutto è stato facile ed efficiente. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la nostra prenotazione durante il check-in, ed è stato risolto a nostro favore in meno di 5 minuti. È stato un tocco fantastico fare il check-in a bordo strada dall'auto! Tutte le interazioni erano contactless. Completamente sicuro contro il COVID-19. Zero rumore di giorno e di notte, garantendo un sonno notturno perfetto. Certamente una scelta perfetta e con tariffe ragionevoli. Grazie per questo magnifico soggiorno.
