The floors needed to be shampooed. The hotel hallways smelled like cigarettes. The sheets and towels were uncomfortable. The shower head was worse than a best western. There wasn’t a coffee maker. The tv was large and new but wasn’t a smart TV to access any streaming services. And there wasn’t any room service or a booklet with hotel and restaurant info. For the price, I expected more. I could have payed the same price for a better hotel. It served its purpose though.

Quick check in and out. Everyone at this ****** was very friendly and helpful. I liked that they had a variety of restaurants. If you're going to play they have a lot of machines to pick from.

The only reasons I didn’t rate the hotel as excellent:
- the 2 queen beds were too soft for us.
- the bathroom was too small - not enough countertop space for our things, and no hook on the bathroom door to hang our bathrobes.

One of the few lodging options in North Las Vegas. Given the price of the room, it would have been nice to have an in-room coffee maker and microwave. Instead we had to pay $8 for a coffee at the ****** Starbucks. On site restaurants are good. I would recommend the Charcoal Room steakhouse for a nice special dinner.

I didn't like the fact that it didn't have room device or continental breakfast. We had to walk through ****** to get to elevators too hotel so you had to walk through cigarette smoke. Pool was outside around back of hotel you had to walk outside and around building them pool was closed. Asked for a desk chair and never got it. Had handicap room with no hood in bathroom to hang towels on and no no shelves in shower for shampoo n soap, the floor flooded from walk in shower. Staff was very nice
