Luxury unit in the heart of the *****. Nice view, functional kitchen area, and nice furniture. Shower door leaked onto the floor, but minor setback. Overall - excellent.

The Staff was great but it was so much not good about the quality of the room the refrigerator and shower was not working and the carpet was not clean

Vince was amazing when checking us into the hotel, he was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He even helped us out when it a broken light was discovered in the room to avoid any incidental charges.
I greatly enjoy this hotel, the more relaxed environment (non-gaming), the views of the city and elegance of the hotel. The location is great with connections to the Cosmopolitan and the tram to the mall and other MGM properties - very convenient. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Lovely stay during the height of CES. Appreciate that it's smoke free and doesn't have the ******. Convenient to Aria, Bellagio, Cosmo and all the places I needed to be.

We have lived in Las Vegas for 30 years and we stay/vacation 2-5 time a year.
This property is not what it used to be.
Toilet runs consistently, sink faucet runs from handle, tub handle broken, dirty room, couch ripped in multiple spots, wood surfaces damaged everywhere; we could continue but no need.

Property is great for a smoke free stay. Quiet and comfortable rooms.
The checkin process is super slow. Takes a long time to service each guest.
And the express checkout didn’t work for us.

This hotel is really a good option for stay in Vegas, it is next to Aria. Rooms and services are really good, all staff is helpfull and have great attitude.

Hotel has a great central ***** location, room with amazing view of the fountains and the Sphere.
However we stayed in an owner suite so independent from the hotel. No cleaning service, we couldn’t get M Life rewards.
Room is a bit outdated, the carpet was worn out, the sofa bed was uncomfortable. Bathroom sink was clogged but after asking for service, someone came within the hour to fix it.
