Entire hotel smells like bleach (from pool). Front desk person mostly clueless, given a handicapped room when we were told our room wasn’t available!!! What?? We made a reservation almost a month prior and prepaid! Will never stay here again.

The hotel clerk was new and we ended up getting charged twice for our one night stay. The morning attendant said we would be refunded. Hopefully, I will see that on my credit card.

They didn’t have a room when we arrived. Never checked in. They say pet friendly but don’t mention they only have six pet friendly rooms .

My wife and I stayed in Las Vegas over night on our way to Denver. The hotel and our room was pretty clean and comfortable, the staff was quite friendly, but the bathroom was getting a bit worn out. On the negative side, there was only luke warm water available for my shower in the morning, but my wife had no issues the night before. Las Vegas is an ok area and we enjoyed eating at the Skillet restaurant.

We were looking for a nice stop along the highway that would also take our dog and not charge an outrageous pet fee. This was it! Surprisingly quiet considering how close it was to the highway. We were hoping to make it to Santa Fe, but there was nothing comparable there. This hotel had a great breakfast and positive employees who were nice to interact with.
