Las Condes: hotel con bar

Hotel Intercontinental Santiago is poorly rated average ~ 4.2. I was hesistant but decided to give them a try. Checked in was swift and pleasant, they also upgraded us to a bigger room due to husband’s status without us prompting. Room was old but very spacious. 2 toilets, silly new sink at main toilet is slope down (can we stop having people who doesn’t stay in hotel much to design the hotel rooms pls?). Flushing system of both toilets are weak. Still I guess this is Santiago, things are run down we can accept so long staff try. Lounge is far away from main building. You have to access via another building, level 3 with an excess code. Their happy hour (starts at 6pm) Chardonnay is terrible but the rest alcohol and food are doable. Why I still rave them 5 star? - All the staff are pleasant and they try hard. - Gym is directly accessible from main lift to level 18 - love it! - Swimming pool is warm and small but also directly accessible from main lift straight to level 19. Room has a fridge which is empty, so you can get some water, buy some wine or yoghurt and chill it. Swimming pool can be bigger, this place has space. Gym is not bad, they have only two treadmill, they really should purchase more, make it 3 or 4 treadmill as quite a few people are waiting for the treadmill at 6am and they have space for it. Breakfast has limiting food but is enough since you can order an omelette to your liking. Location is great - it is just 10min. walk to the big mall where you can change money and many good restaurants surrounding it. We enjoyed our stay here and happy to be back again.

Il letto dell'hotel è buono, dormire comodo e tranquillo

Situato a Las Condes, in una zona poco turistica ma piacevole. Molti ottimi ristoranti in zona; per il centro (area mercato central) ci vogliono 15 minuti in auto o taxi. La palazzina è moderna, così come gli interni e le camere. Incastrato tra condomini non gode di nessuna vista, peraltro il rumore dei vari impianti è piuttosto fastidioso. Camera piccola, una volta messi per terra i due trolly non ci si camminava più… Colazione scarsa. Costa relativamente poco, non offre tanto. Va bene per una notte.

El hotel es muy bonito y tranquilo. El personal es increíble y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Destacó sobre todo la amabilidad y atención de Eduardo. El restaurante es un imperdible ya que la comida está bien hecha y el desayuno vale la pena.

Good morning, first of all, I would like say good things about the Doubletree Hilton Vitacura, was a great hotel, good location and close to the Mall and good restaurants around. Me and my 2 sisters and my mother stayed from 28/05 until 04/06 in the hotel and we were very proud with the service, all the employees were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and affordable. Breakfast was the best part, which offered lots of options cold and hot buffet for everyone and specially for the waiter Leonardo and everyone else that gave us a good service and was very good. I would really love to thank everyone from the hotel Concierge, Breakfast Team, Housekeeping, Front Desk people and we had a wonderful time. I recommend this hotel and hope to see u guys next time.

Un buon hotel, ha soggiornato molte volte. L'ambiente di posizione è buono, più adatto per gli affari e i viaggi. Ogni volta che sono prenotati a Trip.com, devi commentare ogni volta?

Un piccolo hotel solido relativamente nuovo. Un paio di cose da tenere in mente: - molto bel servizio - parlare inglese, ma ci vorrà un po' di lavoro - le camere sono piccole - il colazione è molto solido, ben fatto e molte opzioni - la posizione è OK, Santiago è molto diffuso
