Ringraziamo Andy e Hazel del bar, Kigman del ristorante, Nel e Robert i bagnini, Rose della spa. Hanno reso il mio soggiorno molto piacevole in uno Sheraton scadente e deludente altrimenti non ancora pronto per l'apertura. L'hotel è stato aperto a settembre 2022, NON nel 2020 come fornito da Trip.com. Quindi è troppo nuovo e ha ancora bisogno di tempo per rodarsi. Ho prenotato la cosiddetta camera con vista sul cortile, ma in realtà è la camera con vista sul sito della COSTRUZIONE, che è solo un po' più economica della camera con vista sull'oceano. Questo è ovviamente un problema di gestione dell'hotel. Ho soggiornato in molti hotel di primo livello con lavori di costruzione in corso, e sono sinceri e offrono sconti sulla camera. Naturalmente molte parti dell'hotel sono ancora in fase di ristrutturazione. Ci sono due sensori proprio sopra il letto, che lampeggiano in verde e rosso di notte. Non sono riuscito a dormire bene con quello.

È troppo nuovo e non è ancora pronto. Non è adatto per il check-in degli ospiti perché odora di decorazione. Ci sono molti servizi e nessuna piscina. Il cibo è molto piccolo. C'è solo un ristorante e non molte scelte. L'ambiente è molto buono e la vista è infinita. I camerieri sono attenti e il servizio. Questo è degno di lode. Il prezzo e le strutture non sono coerenti. Costoso, lo spazio nella stanza è molto piccolo

Le strutture sono pulite e questa è la sistemazione peggiore. La pressione dell'acqua nella doccia era così debole che non potevo nemmeno lavarla e, anche se un ingegnere era andato a ripararla, la pressione dell'acqua nella doccia era ridicolmente debole. La piscina è così piccola che non ci tornerei mai più.

It's a quiet place so if you like to have a vacation with family I think this place is perfect. They have a bar though to sip and unwind facing to the beach it's such a great ambiance. They also have restaurant with a classy and elegant vibe. What I like is the hotel is really clean and modern their staff is very polite and hospitable. With the food hmm I like the breakfast than dinner both are buffet. The time we went there they have a Zumba in the pool and I find it cute seeing guest doing Zumba together.

The experience in Sheraton is exceptional, facility were high-end and maintained well. Food and drinks here were very nice. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff deserves a high appreciation too, we were in good hands throughout our stay! Will definitely return!

The room condition was very good and all services were satisfactory. It was the best hotel I would definitely stay at the next time when I come to Cebu.

It was a good experience but I feel like there could be some improvements that could be made especially with the food that they serve in the buffet. Breakfast was good but dinner buffet was so average with limited choices. Location was also not good since there is nothing around the place. The staff were nice and friendly. The ocean view was stunning and is totally recommendable.

It was so amazing and a wonderful experience. My family enjoyed our stay very much and hoping to come back soon for another family bonding.

Positives: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The personalized service was outstanding, with staff greeting guests by name. The cuisine was delicious, and the hotel provided a variety of daily activities for guests to enjoy. The spacious, immaculate rooms, especially those with ocean views, were a highlight, along with the state-of-the-art facilities. The spa experience was simply exquisite. Negatives: Unfortunately, the beach fell short of expectations. Instead of sand, it consisted of gravel, and the water was rocky, requiring water shoes for safe entry. Not having them was a regrettable oversight, as they are essential for a comfortable beach experience.

Excellent and helpful staff, room is big and comfortable with nice sea view (perfect direction to look at the sunrise from the balcony), food from the restaurants are fantastic at decent price (the portions at 5 ciens were HUGE) also enjoyed the 24 hour in room dining (which comes at the same price as dining in) - will stay here if we come to Cebu again!

It is a beautiful hotel with a great sea view. Loved the stay.
