Lapu-Lapu: i migliori hotel con palestra

What an underwhelming experience staying at Movenpick Mactan. I had two reasons for booking at Movenpick after reviewing their website. I am a member of the loyalty program that Movenpick is associated. It wasn't until after I booked that I found out that the ACCOR Live Limitless loyalty program did not apply to this particular Movenpick hotel. My wife and I were celebrating our birthdays as well as wedding anniversary so when I saw the Ibiza facility on the website we were excited that this would be a celebration/vacation to remember. We soon found out after arrival that the Ibiza precinct had been damaged in a typhoon 3 YEARS AGO (2021) and had not reopened. I questioned an executive about the possible misleading information on the website and was told that it takes about 1 year to remove it from the website (really????) and another year to have it uploaded again so it was left there offering an experience that wasn't there. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff at all outlets were friendly helpful and very courteous. The same cannot be said of the snacks (spring rolls) near the pool that were served overcooked. The club sandwiches were delicious. Our anniversary dinner Crispy Pata and Pochero were bland and not up to what we would expect from a five star hotel kitchen. It was an underwhelming experience. If you want filipino food then walk to the entrance and diagonally opposite is the Morning Glory restaurant which we visited and enjoyed a delicious array of filipino cuisine.

We booked two rooms and we were only able to get one room when we checked in and the other room an hour and a half after! We followed up multiple times and complained about how the room wasn’t ready when it’s already the check-in time. They told us that the staff was already on the way up to bring the key card for the other room yet it took a long time (given the fact that the rooms were just at the second floor, above the lobby) when we followed up for the third time, we were told that the card was being brought from the main wing that’s why it’s taking so long like? we literally got the key card from our first room on the front desk lobby below our floor (ocean wing). They are also very strict about the room capacity that you have to pay 3k plus to pay for an extra person unlike other four-five star hotels. The room was also dusty, my boyfriend kept sneezing non-stop when we went in the room and had to take anti-histamine. Facilities were great though.

La nostra stanza era molto grande, ma c'era un odore strano, ma potrebbe morire per le riforme che ho fatto. Ci siamo rimasti nello sviluppo che non era stato completamente fatto. Offerte di piscina eccellenti e una zona molto bella spiaggia, se siete disposti a spendere i soldi, qualsiasi cosa volete fare a una spiaggia. c'è un bar lungo il bar di alimenti di mare possiamo ottenere crab d'oyster, e anche l'albicocche.

It was one of the best family get away, we love the place. It's safe to go on swimming because it's like a pool but the water is seawater. They're good is good well they have more than 2 restaurants open to choose depends on your choice. The place is clean and sooo relaxing and you can also ride bicycles it's for free for an hour, and games centers and a lot. If you like to drink they also have a place for that. We really like it there and we're planning to visit the place again with the whole family soon. I recommend this place for those who seek calmness in life hehe,

Supply air diffuser noise was substandard. I could not sleep well. Maybe it was like 50 dBA. It should supposedly less than 35 dBA. Toilet shower vavle and the tub drain were malfunctioned. Ocean view room is too pricey for a small room. The breakfast buffet, and the amenities were great! I would not recommend staying there for long as it is too pricey for a small room with noisy supply air diffuser.

Clean and organized. The only downside is that none of the lobby or the front desk area are air-conditioned so it might feel a bit hot in those areas. The pools are amazing (not deep though). They have great breakfast and pizzas which were worth a try. The rooms are okay but the furnitures might feel a bit flimsy. The staff are friendly and cordial and the overall service is great. Would definitely come back here for the same price that I booked.

My children had a fantastic time at this place! They enjoyed the waterpark so much that they spent the entire day there. Pororo Land was also a fun experience, although I felt that the two hours allotted wasn't quite enough and seemed a bit pricey. Nevertheless, we all really enjoyed the various activities my partner and the kids participated in. Overall, it was a memorable day!

Love this place and will definitely come back! We’ve only stayed here for 1 night on our way back to Manila. I wish I’ve booked for a few nights. The ambience was nice. My kids loved it there- the lifeguard was very proactive too. They have the best spag bolognaise and great service from the restaurant. My only negative feedback - the check in was a bit of a hassle. Check in time was 3pm which is already a bit late, I’ve checked in to find out our room was not even ready. But it was ok though because we were allowed to use the swimming pool and beach access whilst we were waiting, it would be annoying though if you just wanted to go straight to your room to lie down and rest. In saying this, I’ve seen their housekeepers working really hard as the place was understandably busy. Will 100% recommended this place to my friends and family who would travel to Cebu. :)

Hotel fantastico con personale incredibilmente utile! Tutti sono così benvenuti e amichevoli! Tutto è fornito per voi, quindi non c'è bisogno di viaggiare fuori dal resort :)

Pro e contro del soggiorno qui.. Pro: 1. Ottima posizione 2. Navetta gratuita per la spiaggia 3. Area piscina 4. Palestra 5. Colazione al sacco per noi quando siamo dovuti partire alle 2 di notte per un tour 6. Area spiaggia esclusiva e privata Contro: 1. La camera puzzava di umido e muffa 2. I bagni sono MOLTO piccoli. Non c'è una porta di vetro che li separi. Usano una tenda. 3. Ciabatte e acqua dovevano essere richieste. 4. Il check-in è durato 4 ore. Sì. 4 ore. A quanto pare la camera non era pronta. Siamo arrivati ​​alle 12 e abbiamo fatto il check-in solo dopo le 16. 5. La colazione è deludente. Meglio optare per una camera senza colazione e mangiare fuori dall'hotel perché c'è molta scelta. 6. Il cibo è davvero pessimo. Soprattutto il cibo indiano e un po' occidentale. Abbiamo ordinato del cibo seduti a bordo piscina. Il vindaloo di montone era come uno stufato denso con un pizzico di piccantezza. NON ORDINARE CIBO IN HOTEL. Fai una passeggiata fuori dall'hotel, ci sono pochi posti dove mangiare e prendere un caffè, incluso Starbucks.
