La stanza dell'hotel sarà cinese, e con entusiasmo per aiutarla. Quando ho prenotato più sei camere, mi ha detto come gestire e spiegare il programma di rimborso. L'acqua blu della stanza è molto buona e i denti interni sono molto gustosi.

I went to stay on March 30-1 May. The room is beautiful, everything is complete. All staff are cute and attentive to every service. This is a high level of service. Breakfast is good. The maid cleans thoroughly. The front office staff takes good care of me. And the Belboy staff He wears glasses. I'm not sure his name. He takes Taking very good care of me and my friend, he always smiles and greets, it all makes my trip and my friends unforgettable.

If the Sapaly Express Train service we faced was anything to go by, re-consider before deciding to stay here. In our group were guests in their late 80's. Prior to boarding the train at Ga Lao Cai, I asked for a stool to make it easier for them. I knew I had to make myself clear in English, but it wasn't the staffs' lack of command of the language. The staff I spoke to was actually uninterested in what I said, and even rude. His female colleague gave her name as Nguyen Thi [?] and she ignored my request too. Back in 2010, I faced the same issue, but the Victoria Sapa staff at least responded to my request. Perhaps, service, since the pandemic savaged the tourism industry the past three years, has gone to the dogs. But I feel sad for Vietnam's tourism sector, if the attitude of these Sapaly employees represents that of the industry in general. [I wrote a 3-star review of Sapaly Express Train, voicing my criticism. It was the only review there. At the time of submitting my latest review, the Sapaly Express Train listing has been taken down.]

i and my customers had been to stay day use here for 3 hours, the women of receptionist and a waitress at Cat Cat bar work at morning shift ( 25/01 ) were very friendly and pretty they’re warmly welcome us. + More specially Ms Thu was nice, helpful us and brought us to the car i not stay here for long time but i very appreciate about the staffs, just a little sad i don’t know the hotel don’t have bellman or they didn’t take care for our luggages, despite miss Thu she was try to help us but she is a women, the luggages big so i have bring by myself.

Il personale era così accogliente e gentile.Grandi camere e belle decorazioni. Il cibo era grande, molte opzioni per colazione in buffet. Atmosfera accogliente e invitante. Grande vista sulla bella città. Il club notturno e la piscina erano altrettanto sorprendenti. E' stato molto divertente rimanere qui. Ero molto felice di stare in generale e sarò certamente tornato una volta che questa pandemia è finita.
