Apartamentos Las Lilas

We stayed here for 11 nights at the end of June and beginning of july. Rooms are basic we had a studio apartment on the upper level. Kitchenette consists of kettle toaster fridge and 2 hob ring. Unfortunately no cooker. 2 single beds in room. Shower was good size. Now for the negatives WiFi was non existent. Apartment wasn't cleaned in all the time we was there beds not changed in the 11 nights of our stay. Cleaner was a bit pushy on our last day wanting to get in our room at 8.30am despite check out time wasn't until 11am and we hadn't finished packing and showered and dressed! Not sure if we would return here to be honest

Situated at the ****** end of the *****, just off the main road (no hill to negotiate) Lovely small apartment complex. Quiet and welcoming. The studios are a little dated, but perfectly adequate and had everything you would need. (no hairdryer, bring your own) Small pool, and about 12 sun loungers. Limited opening times at reception. Very close to all restaurants and shopping. Great stay, thank you

Very quiet complex, small and friendly.very near the main ***** ( ******) end. A big spar supermarket opposite and within easy reach of bus stop, taxi rank, bars & restaurants. The studios are small but adequate. The reception is very helpful & efficient. The kitchenette has kettle, toaster, fridge & microwave All the staff try very hard to ensure all guests are looked after at this small family run location. There are uk channels on the TV. The internet could be better

Had been so looking forward to visiting this complex after reading reviews and actually visiting reception when we've been in pdc. Zuzanne is lovely. Having had the apartment booked for 1yr we had requested an upstairs room, but on arrival reception was closed (Wed/Sun) we had been allocated room 621. Wasn't in the best place but 622/623 were worse. First impression was it seemed OK. Bedding was lovely and clean and that was about it. The toilet was filthy and I did mention this to reception the following day as we had to wipe it before using. We had thought that was it until using the shower, it was full of black soap scum and just muck, didn't look like anything had been cleaned in a while and same was for the cooking utensils which were full of food, the fridge had a horrible food smell too. The complex was full of much older people who seemed to treat it like it was their own place, all shouting to each other and playing music quite loud and sat there eating cereal. There wasn't many sunbeds and the ones there had towels on them first thing in the mornings so we never got to go around the pool. Also right outside our apartment was a rubbish bin that was overflowing with rubbish most days. Not sure why people don't use the bin in the apartment. Towels are meant to be changed every 3 days and ours never got changed at all in the week we were there, the bin was emptied on the Monday but no cleaning etc was done whilst we stayed there. I saw a woman (guest) walk up our path to go under the stairs to get next door and then to top that on our last day, we came back to find someone had been sitting on our patio (probably in the sun) had left magazine on the table. Came in the apartment and there was a cockroach crawling out of the bathroom door frame. These apartments are in a fantastic location however that's about it, they are filthy and I'm not sure how people say they are clean.

A small, popular, well-placed quirky complex representing excellent value, with loyal following. Nuria and her hard-working staff do their level best to accommodate guest needs with grace and humour. My apartment was ideal, if somewhat dated. Everything worked, comfy bed and hot shower. Extra dishes and cutlery upon request. Spar just across the road (watch your receipts!). Everything easily accessible owing to central location just off The ***** - busses, taxis, shops, restaurants etc. However, on the whole, a tranquil little oasis... Pool well looked after, but not all clients shower pre-use as requested, and consequently, sometimes a 'film' of sun-cream/oil on pool surface before pump switched on. Also beware the regular, sun-lounge 'baggers' - who then disappear for hours on end! Luggage storage and 'day room' shower provided. No A/c but ceiling fan in room. Fridge, microwave, two-ring stove, kettle and toaster provided. Also loo roll and toiletries. AND British TV channels! A friendly place with lots of repeat business, including me - speaks for itself... Best of all, NO KIDS!

On arrival the room wasnt very clean and there was dirty plates and cups in the cupboard and although the maid came in most days it was never really cleaned. There seemed to be a lot of long stay old aged brits staying there and they treated the place like it was for their sole use . the only good thing here was the location but i wouldnt go back.
