We stayed overnight in April 2022 for family business. I booked directly through the IHG Holiday Inn website, and looked at the East Lansing site directly. There was no mention of renovations or anything out of the ordinary. When we arrived, there was no desk attendant, just a ”ring bell” sign with a bell marked, ”not today”...what a welcome. The desk attendant did arrive in short order though, and he was helpful for the simple requests we needed help with. I had booked a 2 queen bed room, but we soon learned that they were both full beds, NOT queens. Our 4 year old and 3 year old normal-sized children filled one bed. They were NOT QUEENS. Also, this location is under construction. There is no breakfast, just ”to go” bags in the breakfast area. It looks like the breakfast area was just shut down one day after hot service and left. There was a warm mixture of various juices in the bottom on the juice machine, cereal in mislabeled multi-serve containers left out without milk, and cases of shelf stable juice cups and cans to go with the to go bags. Coffee was not fresh, and it had run out by 8 am. The to go bags were each filled with a random fruit or applesauce, and a nutrigrain bar or some other carb. Overall, it was disgusting. The room was ok, aside from bed sizes being wrong. There was no kleenex, and there were screw holes in the door where it appeared that the lock chain had been removed for some sort of L-shaped replacement bracket. Upon checkout, we asked the desk attendant for some sort of discount for not knowing about the non-existent breakfast and wrong bed sizes, but we were just given a business card with a manager to call some other day. Wait to book here until they get their renovations finished and their rooms properly advertised.

Hotel bellissimo con camere uniche e tecnologia moderna. Tutti sono stati molto carini e di aiuto durante il soggiorno.

Il mio partner e io abbiamo visitato alcuni amici a East Lansing e abbiamo bisogno di un hotel per il fine settimana. Molto felice di rimanere al Marriott! Il personale era meraviglioso e incredibilmente utile. Le camere erano pulite e molto moderne. Abbiamo avuto un balcone che ha guardato il centro, che era un bel posto per godere del caldo tempo quando avevamo un po' di tempo. 100% consigliere Marriott a chiunque!!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui due volte dall'inizio della laurea in MSU in autunno del '22. L'hotel è stato molto piacevole, sia con camere pulite, comode e spaziose. Questa volta abbiamo incontrato nostra figlia per celebrare un Natale tardi. La stanza ci ha ospitato per fare dei snack e stare a sedere confortevole e aprire i suoi regali nella zona del divano! Ero un modo di festeggiare senza prendere il suo spazio di vita condiviso o preoccuparsi di eccitare il suo bellissimo compagno di canino furry. La camera è stata pulita e spaziosa, il colazione è deliziosa, calda e piena. E la parte che ha reso il soggiorno così speciale è stato il desiderio di compleanno e il trattamento Cannoli che ho goduto per il mio compleanno dall'hotel! Era sopra e oltre per loro giocare insieme al nostro fine settimana di festa!

Il parcheggio è molto grande e non costerà il parcheggio.Il colazione è formale occidentale, è molto varietà e molto ricco.Il circostante dell'hotel è molto caldo e conveniente per gli acquisti.E il traffico dell'hotel è conveniente.Se arrivate a Lancin, vivremo ancora qui.

Situato in una zona prospera della metropolitana, questo hotel offre camere pulite, tranquille, ben attrezzate, parcheggio conveniente e un ufficio frontale dotato di persone che lavorano con gli ospiti per un soggiorno soddisfacente. Nel nostro caso mia moglie ha partecipato a una conferenza vicino alla porta, che si è conclusa bene nel passato tempo di check-out.Normalmente, non sarebbe molto, dato che l'hotel è vicino ai parchi e ad altre aree che sono buone per leggere un libro, controllare l'e-mail, ecc. Ma questo era un tipico giorno d'estate caldo, mugghioso Michigan e le tempeste minacciate. Non guida per passare ore in macchina. Spiegammo la situazione e il problema – risolto – checkout è stato esteso di tre ore. Questo è il servizio clienti. Solo questo sarebbe un motivo per rivedere se fossimo di nuovo nella zona. Vorrei che TripAdvisor permettesse aumenti di mezza stella ai rating. Ho dato all'hotel quattro stelle. Questo è un po' generoso e 3 1/2 è più realistico.
