Whether your visiting with the family, or in town for business, this cozy TINY house was made to appeal to all. A sun room home office area, internet, Roku Smart TV, washer/dryer, new furniture & all the essentials. But what separates it from other spots is it's private bonus room of adventure! If you want an experience outside of the norm, venture through the pantry and up the tiny, narrow staircase. Kids & adults alike can lose themselves in this little area of awe. We hope you love it!About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Please don't put any comforters, sleeping bags or mattress protectors in the washer/dryer..Smoking is a real issue for us because of the family atmosphere we try to provide. If evidence of smoking found,you lose sec. deposit.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Great stay. It was centrally located for my family and it was a nice quiet neighborhood.
