Hotel in zona Pantai Kok, Langkawi

My wife and I fully enjoy the Ritz Charlton Langkawi. This was our third stay in two years, and we will return again and again. The well-trained and super-friendly staff throughout the resort are a shining example of a 5-star resort. One of the best breakfast offerings anywhere in the world. One issue that might have been improved was upon arrival. We landed late evening and were escorted to our room - only to realize the air conditioning was non-existent. We were moved to another Deluxe room and apologized for the inconvenience.

The room and pool are nice, general athmosphere is good. It is located at a junction with a few small shops. It is not really near anything. If you don't have a car, you would have to take a Grab to everywhere. My room was booked without breakfast and it seems they only provide breakfast if there are other rooms who have booked breakfast. Otherwise, no breakfast available and there are not really any restaurants nearby just a small roti place. So I liked the hotel itself, but if you don't have a car, the location is not so good. The lady behind the reception is very nice, the man might need a few hospitaluty classes.

Atmosfera pacifica mentre si mangia con uccelli che si abbassano. Molto comodo quando si bagna in una piscina privata. Ottimo servizio dal personale e dal proprietario della Villa Paddy. Il proprietario era disposto a lasciarci all'aeroporto.

Molto buon hotel, molto consigliato, personale amichevole e servizio bello abbiamo mai.. davvero piacere essere qui 5 giorni 4 notte con un prezzo ragionevole. Posizione era nel mezzo della spiaggia dataran lang e cenang /tanjung rhu spiaggia.. Suggerisce di ottenere la camera superiore del re Coz molto grande e comodo.

The environment is quiet and can have a nice rest. The hostel did not provide free meal and sufficient toiletries and you have to prepare yourself especially the brush and toothpaste. There is swimming pool in the vicinity of hostel building and it can be the bonus point to some people who like to swim. Highly recommended to those who would like to have a budget stay.

It was a great experience staying here. The kids loved the fact that the pool is right in front of the door, they jumped in immediately! The studio suite is just nice for us with small kids because there's also a sofa bed which was so convenient, but will definitely want to try the Family Suite next time! The bathroom is spacious and clean. There's even enough hanging rack for all our towels, which I'd say not many hotels can provide. But one thing I noticed that the mirror placement is a little high for someone at an average asian height like me! But that's not much of a problem. The breakfast pack I honestly say isn't so great sorry. The rice from nasi lemak was actually undercooked a little so it was a little hard to chew. I do hope you can work on improving on the food quality. Some sweet and savoury good quality kuih would probably be better. Oh and the playroom was so much fun for the kids! The indoor one is tinted and air-conditioned so you can play even if it is 1pm! Loved that you have so many and spacious swimming pools so everyone can swim comfortably. Great hotel concept, we loved it and hope to return when we're back in Langkawi!

Amore la posizione e la pulizia. Anche con personale amichevole tra i gruppi rendere gli ospiti molto comodi. Certamente molto consigliato a tutti voi fuori!!

Il posto è respirare! La posizione è magnifica. La stanza era grande e pulita . Meno di quanto fosse tornato, c'erano tanti gatti là... e puzza di gatti. Scusate, gatti!Spero che la gestione faccia qualcosa in merito.(Non un amante di gatti) Vorrei tornare.

Abbiamo amato il nostro soggiorno qui così tanto che abbiamo continuato a prolungarsi! Grande camera, grandi strutture, grande personale. Inoltre abbiamo avuto una bella vista fuori dalla finestra del sole!
