The environment is quiet and can have a nice rest. The hostel did not provide free meal and sufficient toiletries and you have to prepare yourself especially the brush and toothpaste. There is swimming pool in the vicinity of hostel building and it can be the bonus point to some people who like to swim. Highly recommended to those who would like to have a budget stay.

La posizione è buona nella città di Saul, la sala abitazione è grande e dotata di attrezzature complete. Il ottavo piano è dotato di piscina e fitness semplice. Had a great stay! The host was fast and responsive, proactively sharing great food spots and tourist attractions. The bedsheets and toilets are well maintained & clean, which was especially important for us traveling with kids. The location is right in the center of town, making it easy to reach famous restaurants and duty-free shops. The unit is well-equipped with a drinking water machine and kitchen essentials, making the stay even more convenient.

Siamo andati a soggiornare a Dayang Bay per 7 D 6 N ma ci è stata assegnata una camera con aria condizionata difettosa. È necessario chiamare il tecnico due volte ma anche dopo aver fatto qualcosa, non fa ancora freddo. Tenere la spina spenta e inserita la maggior parte delle volte per far raffreddare la stanza. Stancante. Dovrebbero fare qualcosa per l'aria condizionata. Il panorama era bello ma di notte c'erano sempre grossi insetti sul balcone. Una volta c'era la fumigazione e poi non si vedevano più insetti. La colazione era buona.

I had a very pleasant stay at The Grand Continental. The hotel offers a comfortable and relaxing experience, with a good breakfast spread and a restful night's sleep. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, and the staff is courteous and helpful, making the overall experience enjoyable.
While the hotel is older, it’s far from antique or unusable—just in need of some small renovations to modernize a few areas. The AC could be a bit more powerful, especially during warmer days, but it wasn’t a major issue.
Overall, this is a great place to stay if you’re looking for comfort, good service, and spacious accommodations. I’d rate it 4.5+ out of 5 stars and would definitely recommend it to others!

Ho prenotato un letto triplo deluxe. La dimensione della camera è comoda e il letto è enorme. Tuttavia i servizi e le strutture sono piuttosto povere, l'hotel ha dimenticato di fornire kit essenziali come le spazzole, le mutandine quando sono arrivato per la prima volta. L'edificio è molto vecchio ma va bene, vale il denaro che hai pagato. Per contrastare la mancanza di loro, la posizione è piuttosto bello, attaccata a un centro commerciale e supermercato, facile da trovare cibo. La distanza da Dataran Lang non è nemmeno lontana. In generale, si adatta al suo marchio ⭐️⭐️⭐️Hotel

The location was Great! The room was very clean with Great decoration, comfortable king bed, Spacious bathroom and very good audio and video system! Also there was free Wi-Fi in all the hotel premises! The breakfast & lunch was very good with both cold and hot dishes. Excellent staff & they are helpful in nature. We will definitely stay there again!

MMbali ThusiQuesto hotel è fantastico e moderno. Dalla struttura, allo staff, alla posizione. Siamo stati accolti con un piatto di frutta e una bottiglia di vino. Il personale controllava regolarmente se avevamo bisogno di qualcosa. La vista sul mare dalla nostra camera era incredibile. I tramonti sono assolutamente mozzafiato. L'hotel dispone di diverse piscine, SPA e una spiaggia privata perfetta per giornate rilassanti e pigre. Era anche abbastanza vicino al centro della spiaggia di Cenang, dove è possibile fare shopping e godersi il lato vivace dell'isola, e un breve tragitto in auto per l'aeroporto. C'è molto da fare sia che tu scelga di esplorare Langkawi o di rilassarti in hotel. Sicuramente non ti annoierai e vorresti essere rimasto qui più a lungo. Non vedevamo l'ora di fare colazione ogni giorno. Abbiamo apprezzato una varietà di cibi, da quelli asiatici a quelli occidentali. Consiglio vivamente Parkroyal e tornerò sicuramente quando visiterò Langkawi. 10/10 😀 Consiglierei che l'hotel investa in cavalli/linee pieghevoli per ogni balcone per appendere costumi da bagno bagnati. Ciò eviterà che gli ospiti appendano i vestiti sulla ringhiera del balcone. Anche se non è un grosso problema, i vestiti appesi non si adattano perfettamente all'estetica dell'hotel.

TTasha LimL'hotel è a pochi passi dalla F&B / cena fuori. È necessario prenotare un camion se vogliamo mangiare fuori. Tuttavia, l'ambiente / l'atmosfera generale del resort è molto rilassante, la spiaggia privata si sente completamente esclusiva. Anche il personale è stato utile, potrebbe raggiungere attraverso il chat app che hanno risposto quasi immediatamente.

IIdris HajaludinPer la tariffa che il Berjaya Resort ha da offrire, direi che vale ogni centesimo. Lo chalet era immacolato, ben arredato anche se trovo che alcune unità potrebbero aver bisogno di un rinnovamento urgente. Il cuscino, la biancheria, l'aria condizionata erano fantastici e garantivano un buon sonno. Sentirsi rilassati e calmi con i suoni della natura in sottofondo. Anche il cibo era buono con molte scelte disponibili in tutti i loro ristoranti. La piscina e la spiaggia erano stupende. Il mio punto forte è ovviamente il personale. Erano tutti attenti e gentili. La mia unica raccomandazione è che dovrebbero avere opzioni migliori per gli snack del minibar.

JJHONY MAURICIOCi piace! Ha un'atmosfera artistica ovunque. La stanza è pulita e si può riempire l'acqua ogni volta che si desidera. Ha anche un approccio ecologico. Ti daranno anche degli asciugamani per andare alla spiaggia o alla piscina. Non è vicino alla spiaggia, ma a 5 minuti a piedi. È proprio davanti all'acquario langkawi. Ottimo 👌

There was a smell in the bedding, so I looked into it and only changed the pillow covers, and as shown in the attached photo, the inside was very dirty, so I didn't use all the pillow cushions. The breakfast wasn't that great.. but there's unlimited sparkling wine... ! The staff are very friendly, and you can use the boat for free on the way back and forth, and if you time it right, you can even see the sunset. However I don't think I'll come back again

SSk Husain SK TaherFrangipani has potential to be one of the best in langkawi but sadly falls short it pains me to say anything negative because of their great service and hospitality but my criticism comes from a good place only wishing them to become better.
First the things going for this place is the location
Right at the beachfront you need to hardly walk a few steps regardless where your room is. Its Ideal place for elder vacationers and families with small kids.The beach has fine sand no jagged stones and its a huge private beach.The water is not clear or blue as would hope for but it is clean only even for this reason the stay is worth it.The place is serene with trees and plants. There is no high rise construction all the accomodation is on the ground atmost on 1st floor.Its all in villa style.The concept of being environment friendly is inspiring and rare in hotel business.
The second amazing thing abou this resort is its service and hospitality which felt genuine. You truly feel like guests here. Nothing in this resort speaks of commercial. I am really grateful that they modified my bookings eventhough by rule modification wasnt allowed.Almost every employee in the resort greeted us with smiles . At the buffet the manager was very cordial and responsive to guest needs even special requirements.
Unfortunately the resort has become old and needs dire maintainence and renoavtion.
The main doors if the room have a cheap feel and lacks weight doesnt feel premium.
The quality of paint on the walls is inferior quality .
Paint has not been applie in a professional way. All the furniture in the room is wooden which is a good things but it is worned down hasnt been polished or painted properly its all blotchy which makes it feel cheap.
Tauting it self as a green resort the landscaping is just not up to the mark, too much yellow in between the greens. The grass is unkempt and many places it seems it hasnt been cut in a while.
The swimming pools are very small in comparision to the resort and lacks sauna or steam bath.
Of 2 jacuzzis one was out of order.
All over the resort there are many such amenities
That are put of orders broken and dilipidated surprisingly all these issues can be addressed very easily i am speaking from experience i am willing to take a contract if the owner wants and i can turn around the resort at an econimical price.
I think the resort has come into a comfort zone from which it needs to come out.

Vicino a negozi e ristoranti sulla strada principale. Non affollato durante la bassa stagione. Non è paragonabile alle famose Phuket, Bali, Pattaya, ecc. Non c'è molto da fare dopo il tramonto. Il centro commerciale di fronte non ha davvero molto all'interno.
Devi andare alla funivia e al tour in crociera sulle mangrovie. Dato che non nuotiamo né pratichiamo sport acquatici, non c'è molto da fare. Non torneremo a Langkawi.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel staff be it front door, or check-in counter pr driver, are very friendly, always wear a smile. Mr Sharul, the driver who drives us to Cenang Beach is very helpful and considerate, always checking if the car ac is ok. The staff at the pool who always keeps the pool clean is commendable. I'm impressed with the hotel. I like the hotel ambience and brightness. Will stay again.

CCameo19The room was spacious with a lovely view, and the bed was comfortable. However, it certainly didn’t look like a new hotel that’s been open for 12 months. The flooring, wardrobes and bathroom were tarnished and looked cheap. The grouting was yellow. However, it was still a relatively pleasant experience, albeit below expectations. Breakfast was standard, nothing special. Pool area was really lovely. Location is a strange one, a few minutes away from the beach, however it’s pretty quite around hotel. Also I was confronted by a pack of stray dogs about 150m from hotel, which put a damper on my stay. The lively town was 1.2 miles away.

1. Staff - all of the staffs are well trained and very polite.
Cons
1. Check in - this is the first time as a local malaysian, I need to provide I/C for each of my family members who is going to stay here. When i asked the receptionist, she said it’s part of the resort policy as it is a so called “4/5 star resort”. (I never encountered this situation at other 4/5 stars hotel) It’s weird, but they do implement this policy
2. Breakfast - for a 4/5 star resort, the available menu is super basic and not meeting my expectations. Egg also ala carte with additional charges if you want to request extra
3. Room cleanliness - theres a lot of cockroaches here. Im not joking!!
Summary
Not recommended. With a total of almost RM600 per room per night spend, there’s a lot of better options.
