L'hotel è abbastanza nuovo, le camere sono spaziose, ben attrezzate e molto pulite! Il ristorante si trova al secondo piano e offre un'ampia varietà di piatti! Quando finalmente siamo andati via, la bellissima ragazza della reception ha dato ai bambini dei piccoli regali, il che ha reso i bambini molto felici! Un ringraziamento speciale a Belle e Tomi alla reception per il loro servizio WeChat completo. Erano molto pazienti e avevano voci dolci!

位於水雲間步行街，有公交車直達酒店門口，距紅樓夢戲劇幻城特別近，方便晚上觀劇，酒店入口在車庫裡，剛去找起來有些懵，有專人引路，房間豪華型，設施用品齊全，中式早餐菜品豐富，淋浴間下水道不太通暢，會積水，智能馬桶噪音大，浪費水，服務尚好，價格貴，有些設施不實用。

酒店地理位置優越，位於市中心地帶。交通便利，停車場很大，而且是免費停車。設施設備都是新裝修的，乾淨整潔。早餐不錯，品種挺多，完全能滿足大家的需要。水晶燈很漂亮，酒店很新去年剛開業，酒店在市中心周圍很便利，前台服務特別好很貼心，房間住的很温馨，水晶燈很漂亮

康養主題的度假酒店，環境、設施都比較理想，服務有驚喜，服務人員顏值都在線，服務恰到好處温和自然，對客人入住期間的各種問題和要求都非常耐心、無微不至，livia小姐姐和中餐廳一位親切的管理人員都給人留下深刻印象🌹🌹酒店餐廳以養生菜為主，高爾夫的場地和環境不錯，還有直達衹有紅樓夢幻城的班車，非常愉快的入住體驗。

We booked into the Holiday Inn Suites at ”Holiday Inn Langfang”, this time around. Our previous visits to this hotel, were not particularly good, with service ”a lack of service”, being the primary reason. Nevertheless, we wanted to try the ”Suites” section this time, and also see if things have improved. Unfortunately, we were yet again inconvenienced at check in. This is the only hotel, in China, in our experience that seem to not be favourable towards foreign guests. Bearing in mind that we have visited numerous hotels, and have been living and working here for around four years. Other than the most unpleasant check in process, our overall stay was fairly good. The ”suite” has a fairly spacious layout, and the rate is relatively affordable. We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool, was not operational (this whilst it's advertised on Trip.com). We do enjoy the Breakfast at this hotel, in fact, we have breakfast here at least once a week. Previously, we found that the Dish Name Cards at the Breakfast Buffet, are only in Chinese. This is still the case, WHY? As it's an ”International Brand”, hence we expect a level of English as well. This can be such a lovely Hotel, if only they would work on improving their service levels. With that said, we received excellent service from ”Allen”, whom tried his best to meet our requirements. (Perhaps, his management, could learn some professional courtesy from him). There are numerous hotels around, and if this one wishes to remain busy, best they improve their service, especially towards foreign guests.

價格很合適，前台小穎辦入住很迅速，安排的高樓層很安靜，一直微信服務。設施都很新，一樓有熱茶和咖啡，咖啡因依賴症十分受用。房間洗漱用品都味道也都很好聞。離衹有紅樓夢劇場挺近的，10分鐘15塊左右就能到。

L'effetto di isolamento sonoro è buono e pulito. Nel complesso, è molto soddisfatto. È molto conveniente che la TV possa essere schermata. Infrastrutture: completa Servizio: ho un indumento caduto lì. La gente mi ha messo in pacchetto. E' davvero molto tranquillo per un hotel 😌

Hotel was pretty standard. The breakfast was really good with lots of options. I was told there was a gym on the second floor, but it could hardly be called a gym. There was 2 spin bikes and a bench with dumbbells - not even a treadmill. The staff were all really nice and friendly. The room was fine, but annoyed at the bathtub since it didn't seem to keep in water even with the plug down.

Il soggiorno è particolarmente soddisfatto, la camera è ampia e pulita, il servizio è molto buono!In particolare il personale della reception, il servizio è inaspettatamente soddisfatto 👍 mio marito è uscito al lavoro. Ho portato due bambini al palco per leggere libri, ma il figlio è troppo concentrato per leggere libri storici. Non mi ha detto in tempo. Sento un odore ～ e gli ho chiesto molto arrabbiato perche'il bagno non mi ha detto in tempo. Proprio nel libro, c'è un personale dell'hotel in ufficio. La prima volta che vengo a insegnarmi le mie emozioni e mi conforta di dire che i bambini si immergono nel loro mondo, mi dimenticheranno, è una fase dei bambini.
