The best hotel in Johannesburg. Safe area, great shopping center nearby. Polite staff, pleasant guests. Check-in was quick, renovations are excellent. I had a wonderful time here, too bad I only stayed two nights. One downside: there were issues with payment. I had already paid for the hotel on Trip.com, but reception said the payment hadn't been processed yet. I had to mail the receipt to the hotel employee. Only the next day did they tell me there were no problems and the hotel had been paid.

The room was very clean, spacious, and luxurious. The hotel lobby and facilities were fantastic, and I would definitely stay here again. Emails were answered promptly, and the service from all staff was very friendly and outstanding. The bed was super comfortable and spotless, which made for a great night’s sleep. You can even check in super early for about $20, which I thought was a fair deal — I checked in 6 hours early. Highly recommend this hotel!

Il tempo migliore mi è stato solo rilassato in hotel . Il personale era molto amichevole e perché era il mio compleanno hanno migliorato la mia stanza e mi hanno dato colazione gratuita . Ho avuto un tempo sorprendente e non posso aspettare di tornare . I servizi della stanza erano anche molto grandi e le viste erano sorprendenti .

Il Mint Hotel 84 offre le basi giuste con camere pulite e confortevoli e personale di servizio cordiale. La mia camera era una doppia standard con un letto matrimoniale, aveva tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno, tra cui una scrivania, una macchina per il caffè e una buona pressione dell'acqua nella doccia. Il letto era abbastanza comodo e la camera veniva pulita puntualmente ogni giorno. La colazione servita nella sala da pranzo aveva una varietà di opzioni tra cui cereali, toast, frutta, pasticcini e uova. Il cibo era di qualità media e fresco, niente di eccezionale ma sufficiente per iniziare la giornata. Il personale di servizio alla reception e il concierge erano gentili, disponibili ed efficienti ogni volta che avevo domande. Mi hanno fornito consigli su ristoranti e attrazioni nella zona. L'hotel ha una piscina all'aperto e un centro fitness, anche se non ho utilizzato il centro fitness durante il mio soggiorno. I corridoi e le aree pubbliche erano ben tenuti e puliti. Nel complesso, il Mint Hotel 84 offre sistemazioni buone e senza fronzoli in una posizione comoda per esplorare Katherine. Il prezzo è equo per la qualità che si ottiene, il che lo rende una scelta solida per viaggi di lavoro o di piacere standard.

È stato bello. Il personale era amichevole, accogliente e organizzato pick-up aeroportuale. Il colazione era bello, così come servizio in camera. Sicuramente rimarrà qui se visitare Jhb. 💕❤️ Le camere erano pulite, anche se dovevano essere chiesti servizi comodi come vestiti, mutandine, gel da doccia, shampoo ecc - non molto bello dopo un lungo volo. Inoltre, l'acqua, quindi se questo potesse essere fornito prima, renderebbe anche grande.

It's giving more 3 than 4 stars? Customer service poor. Holiday Inn was full so this was a close alternative. Had amenities but their outlets were in the kitchen far from the bed? Not very business traveller or relaxing traveller friendly. I booked a queen studio which had a kitchenette which was great for warming food etc. Decor a bit tired so could do with some love. But apart from a very dirty bottle left on the balcony it was clean. Location is excellent for Rosebank Mall even if you have to play chicken to cross the road 😆 Customer service was severely lacking. I thought Radisson Red staff were slow but at least they were always there. You can't call frontdesk . It's all QR codes and WhatsApp. Late check out would be the cost of another night R1980. Staff had a, I dunno attitude and werent very helpful. 1 security guard and 1 young lady in the lounge are the only exceptions. Outlets in the lounge and office were local only and I had to really ask to get where I could buy adapters / converters. Next time I'll go elsewhere. They're not customer focused enough for me.

I recently stayed at this hotel and while it’s not a five-star property, the experience was genuinely pleasant overall. The biggest highlight was definitely the staff, they were incredibly friendly, warm, and enthusiastic. From check-in to check-out, they made us feel welcome and valued, which truly makes a difference. They also recommended a restaurant nearby, and it turned out to be an excellent suggestion. The food was delicious and the service there was outstanding as well. The rooms are well-equipped with practical amenities, including a microwave, stove, washing machine, and even two bedrooms in one unit, which makes it very convenient for families or longer stays. That said, there is room for improvement when it comes to hygiene and overall maintenance. There was a slight musky smell in parts of the hotel, and the cleaning standards could be improved. Despite this, we genuinely enjoyed our stay, mainly because the staff’s kindness and professionalism really stood out. With some attention to maintenance and cleanliness, this hotel has the potential to be even better.
