TTravellingmaudeOne of the best hotel experiences I've had, and the first impression set the tone perfectly. Upon arrival, our bags were immediately taken by staff, and before we even reached the front desk, we were warmly greeted, guided to a seating area, and served fresh fruit, cold tea, and a refreshing wet towel — all while check-in was handled seamlessly. That kind of hospitality is rare.
We booked two rooms, both beautifully decorated in a unique cave-themed style. Each room came with a jacuzzi bathtub, excellent shower pressure, and an automatic bidet with a heated seat — thoughtful touches that made a real difference. The air-conditioning was wonderfully cold, a true relief in Vietnam's heat.
The toiletries were paraben-free, which I genuinely appreciated, and the hairdryer was a solid Dyson dupe, very functional and stylish. Room size was comfortable for two guests.
Breakfast was included, as was afternoon tea — both a lovely bonus. The location is incredibly convenient, within walking distance of Malaysia Street's halal eateries and Ben Thanh Market.
Exceptional value for money. Highly recommended, and I will absolutely be returning. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

KKen_WilliaI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Rosesweet Hotel for a weekend getaway, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions, making it easy to explore the area.
Also staff are friendly I forgot the name Reim or Rei mei in receptionist with glasses.She was really sweet and take care well to customer. Visit again soon

What made me unhappy and inconvenient, the reasons I gave two stars for amenties are as follows:
1) toilet - clean yes, but the water pump is top strong and inconvenient to press, feel like I am pressing a broken handle water pump.
2) trash bin - in the toilet, it is difficult to push down the cover, too strong, so always ended up touching my hand with the cover where most of the trashed from the toilet were in contact with while pushing down. In the room, the cover, always need to use hands to remove the cover.
3) Electricity plug sockets - should have at least two free, one each by each bed. But what we had to use is the one for TV plug, the one for night light bulb (between the bed). Only one free socket by the mirror in the bedroom. So very inconvenience for two persons to charge our phones or laptops.

Il servizio è attento e la colazione a buffet è eccezionale. Perfetto per un soggiorno di lusso a Ho Chi Minh City: elegante, rilassante e davvero memorabile. Consigliatissimo!

UUtente ospiteI don’t know what wrong with the air-conditioner but they changed me to other place at first I thought the hotel is located Landmark 81. And I love their support even and place also nice too I don’t mind it’s 2 or 1 minute walk to Landmark 81

IInessik666Mi è piaciuto davvero tutto! C'è una cucina dove ho cucinato ogni giorno. Sono forniti tutti gli utensili necessari. La lavatrice è molto facile da usare. Sono disponibili anche shampoo e bagnoschiuma. L'aria condizionata funzionava benissimo. Mi è stata assegnata una camera a un piano alto con una vista meravigliosa. Ci sono negozi e una farmacia al piano di sotto. C'è una piscina al settimo piano! Tutto è semplicemente perfetto! Anche il personale della reception è molto cordiale. Adoro il Vietnam! ❤️❤️❤️

CCha Ma DaI had a comfortable stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, well organized, and the staff was polite and helpful. The location was convenient and quiet, which made my trip more relaxing. Overall, I am satisfied and would be happy to come back again.

BBerryman06The hotel would be great, if it didn’t have a few major issues. In the room one night we left a half eaten bag of biscuits on the bed side table and found it covered with small bugs in the morning, as well as a cockroach on the floor. As well, the sheets had what appeared to be blood stains from the previous visitors, which wasn’t great. Finally, a small thing was the room was quite dark, as the curtain couldn’t be opened.
The location of the hotel however was great.
