Hotel vicino a Spiaggia di Monkey Island, Haiphong

L'esperienza di rimanere qui un mese fa è stata molto buona, quindi questa volta ho ancora preferito scegliere di rimanere qui. Purtroppo, fuori dall'alloggio 4-day, ho incontrato 2 giorni di esperienze sgradevoli. In realtà, le attrezzature e le strutture di riparazione di questo hotel sono di prima classe a Hai Phong, che è anche la forza dell'hotel. Tuttavia, credo che il valore fondamentale dell'hotel sia quello degli ospiti che hanno l'ospitalità professionale da parte del personale di servizio (compreso il rispetto verbale e la capacità di riconoscere se qualcuno è ospite). Il personale di servizio di lobby dell'hotel, come personale di frontline, deve lavorare più duramente per migliorare. In caso contrario, l'esperienza di alloggio degli ospiti colpita dalle parole e dalle azioni inadeguate del personale di servizio è veramente controproducente e spreca tale eccellente hardware. Spero che l'hotel possa apportare miglioramenti. Questo influisce certamente sulla scelta degli ospiti per il loro prossimo soggiorno e le loro raccomandazioni agli amici.

This hotel is awesome! Our room was super clean, and the amenities were top-notch. Linh from Rumba Reato was especially great; she even helped us use our points for food. Some staff weren't as friendly, though, and the Rumba manager was pretty rude at breakfast, making us feel unwelcome even though it was only 8 AM. Still, overall, it's a great hotel, and I hope the manager learns to be more sensitive to guests.

The hotel is conveniently located in Waterfront City, making it easy to travel to both Cat Bi International Airport and Hai Phong city center. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, while the swimming pool and restaurant met my expectations for a hotel of this standard. However, I believe there is room for improvement in the service, especially at the front office. Although the hotel was not particularly busy during my stay, the staff did not appear very welcoming, and greetings were often missing. There was also no luggage assistance upon arrival. When I asked about the possibility of a late check-out, the front desk responded in a rather inflexible and unfriendly manner, which left a disappointing impression. In addition, no one asked whether I was a One Harmony member or informed me of any applicable member benefits. On a positive note, the security staff were excellent—very proactive in guiding me to the parking area and providing clear directions, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the hotel’s facilities and location are solid, but a warmer and more guest-oriented service culture would significantly enhance the overall experience.

Camera un pò piccola, ma comunque pulita e bella. Colazione super rifornita. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Possibilità con 1,5 euro di fare lavatrice ed asciugatrice.

Questo hotel è veramente bello. Un po’ grande ben tenuto.l un pò caro per lo standard Vietnam ma vi assicuro che ne vale la pena. Ha difronte le 3 spiagge di Cat Ba, e dista dal centro solo 3 minuti a piedi, comunque l’hotel ti porta e ti riprende fino alle 22,00. Tutti confort colazione veramente buona. Consiglio questo hotel per chi vuol fermarsi a Cat Ba per qualche notte.

The hotel lobby is emasculate if they pot as much effort into the the rest of the hotel as the reception lobby it would be good ..breakfast was poor no fruit and the nuddles was stuck to the bottom of the tray and it’s easy to cook them..cold tea and packet coffee when most hotels in Vietnam give you good coffee as there know for there coffee . Need a good maintenance man as the furniture is good but they just need a good maintains man to paint and keep up good maintenance but to be fair this seems to be the norm in Vietnam when it’s not hard to use a bit of decorators cork and paint with out hitting everything around what there meant to be painting. Builders working above my room and they tried to blame it on next door and the tv had very bad reception it was all fuzzy when I told them they said they will send someone up but no one came. Same as a few things and it could be a great hotel

Here’s my honest, heart-felt take on Aui Nguyen Trai in Hai Phong City, Vietnam. From the moment I stepped through the doors, Aui Nguyen Trai felt like a calm exhale in the middle of the city’s lively rhythm. The location is spot-on—close enough to Hai Phong’s cafés, markets, and landmarks for easy wandering, yet tucked just enough off the main flow to stay quiet at night. The rooms are bright, thoughtfully laid out, and impeccably clean; little details—good water pressure, comfortably firm mattresses, and reliable Wi-Fi—made it effortless to settle in after a day out. Service is where the hotel truly shines. Staff were warm without being overbearing, quick with local tips, and genuinely proactive—everything from a smooth check-in to helping with rides and recommendations felt easy and human. Public spaces are tidy and modern, and the overall vibe is understated—more “well-curated haven” than flashy boutique, which I loved. Value for money is excellent; you get the kind of comfort and consistency that usually costs more. If you’re visiting Hai Phong for work or a quick city break before heading to the islands, this is a place that makes travel feel simple—in the best possible way. I’d gladly stay here again.

Per tenere d'occhio il personale di cassa, Ming ha prenotato e ha fatto il biglietto. Quando arriva la cassaforte, dirà che non ho visto l'ordine per pagare una volta, e ha insistito più di dieci. Solo un minuto dopo, ho detto che avevi visto l'ordine, ma non hai pagato, hai ancora bisogno di pagare una volta, e non preoccuparti di lei, come hai detto all'ultimo. Ma l'ordine è che tutti scrivono che non vogliono ammettere di voler pagare ancora una volta sul posto. Quando avete un biglietto, non potete restare indietro. L'altra parte non può fare il male. Solo dire che il personale di prigione vuole fare due volte è davvero cattivo La prossima volta scelgo altre case.
