Molto bel personale estremamente utile sarebbe sicuramente rimasto qui

Grande soggiorno! Atmosfera amichevole! Piscina riscaldata e tubo caldo erano carini e i miei figli l'avogliavano! Anche loro godevano di “lavorare” nella zona fitness. Sarebbero rimasti se fossimo tornati in quel modo!

The location is great, the bed is big and comfortable. It is close to a movie theater and Target, and some shops. The front desk is very friendly and gave us some good tips on what to do and where to eat. The bathroom mirror was odd, at night I saw this mysterious red dot inside of the mirror, I was a bit scared. After calling the front desk, I realized there is a built in TV in the mirror. A bit weird design.

Siamo arrivati alle 2:30 e abbiamo dovuto andare in camera, ordinare LYFT e andare a una riunione programmata per le 5:00. Il desk person ha detto che il check in tempo è 4:00 ma sarebbe venuto a vedere se una stanza era stata pulita e pronta per l'occupazione. Ha verificato che uno era pronto e ci ha permesso di andare in quella stanza. Tutti i dipendenti dell'hotel erano amichevoli e cortesi. Il personale del desk mi ha anche aiutato a trovare un app Lift sul mio telefono. Il buffet del colazione era davvero buono e ampio. C'era sempre una linea per cucinare le waffles che causavano una linea di spostamento e lenta. Forse ci sono più ferro di waffle. Volevo ordinare cibo da un vicino Panera Broad, ma il personale del dipartimento chiamato e/o guardato in linea per trovarlo era stato chiuso. Suggeriva che se avessi ordinato l'app Panera Bread, la persona che guida la navetta potesse portarmi a un altro Panera Bread un po' più lontano per prendere il cibo. Ho accettato la sua offerta, ho comprato un snack al conducente e le ho dato un consiglio. Ho potuto avere un bel pasto a mezzanotte. I letti erano molto comodi. Mi piace la porta del bagno con vetro ”cloud” che permette la luce per l'uso della camera da bagno durante la notte. Mi piace l'uso di contenitori di sapone da bagno, ecc. che sicuramente tagliano sull'uso di contenitori più piccoli, parzialmente utilizzati e gettati - Vai via. Una cosa importante che suggeriamo è che il segno di strada per la strada Arrow sia molto più grande. Non essere locali, la zona era poco familiare con noi, c'è traffico pesante e il segno di strada Arrow è molto difficile da vedere. Altrimenti, ci piaceva stare in questo hotel.

I enjoyed the pool and the A/C was very good in the room. I had a balcony that overlooked the road and shopping center. Balcony king room looks exactly as advertised. The room was quiet and the sheets and towels were clean. Appreciated the refrigerator and microwave in the room. The ceiling had an uneven plastering done, but it did not affect my stay. The balcony has a simple two chair and table set, nice to have a drink on during a warm night. However, there is not a great view as this hotel is right off the road toward the city. Breakfast ends at 9 am, I wish they would change it to 10. I did not bother to wake for breakfast the next morning so I don’t really know what they had except yogurt, coffee, and a pancake making machine. Overall was a great stay and the staff is kind.

This hotel is a little way out from the immediate downtown area, but it was easy to get around with public transport nearby. The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were incredibly supportive and friendly throughout my stay. I also had a nice view from my room, and the fact that there's a walking trail nearby was a fantastic bonus for unwinding after a busy day. The Verified Wi-Fi was reliable, and I appreciated the free coffee in the lobby to start the mornings . Highly recommend for a comfortable, budget-friendly stay near Raleigh!

Great Hotel! Staff is friendly and always available. Rooms have a lot space to be comfortable. Pet friendly! I recommend this hotel.
