Nuovo, pulito, personale gentile, bella palestra, ottima posizione, buona colazione!!! Ci tornerò!!!!!

Il personale, ricordate un nome su due, Alexis è molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione è ottima, soprattutto vicino alla bottiglia blu del caffè. La camera e il bagno sono puliti. Nel complesso, oltre le aspettative.

As a vintage style hotel, it provides most of your needs. Wish there’s a fridge for long stays. The front desk staff is very friendly. Even though a continental breakfast is served, it hass an upgraded food selections including hot dishes, i.e. scrambled eggs, sausages, etc. I’ll revisit here next in town.

Molto costoso per un B&B. Bello luogo nel quartiere Castro/Missione vicino al Parco Dolores. Una gestione ben mantenuta e ragionevole. Molte scale per entrare nella lobby principale casa strumentato porte di ferro con intercom per bussare per entrare in proprietà. Cerca di ottenere una stanza nella vecchia casa principale per minimizzare le scale! No AC. Hanno un parcheggio limitato dietro le due case B&B (accesso da Dorland St) per US$35./day più tassa che è un prezzo elevato. Assicurati di prenotare un parcheggio in anticipo. Il giardino è bellissimo nel retro. Purtroppo non abbiamo mai dovuto usarlo. Cerca di trovare una stanza che faccia l'altra “casa” o il giardino - più tranquillo. Abbiamo avuto una camera frontale Deluxe King Room 36 che non sembrava niente delle foto della camera campione (solo una camera 24 w vista cortile, divano, tavolo da caffè). Abbiamo una camera più piccola circa 290sf rispetto a quello che abbiamo pagato per 32sq.m, 344sf, nessuna armadio semplicemente piccola per appendere un paio di cose, nessun divano, nessun tavolo da caffè, nessun balcone. Erano abbastanza gentili da rimborsare la differenza di prezzo tra il re deluxe che abbiamo prenotato e il re standard che abbiamo ottenuto. Dovevano chiederli in camera vuota. Trovato tessuto sotto il tavolo/letto, polvere. Non è il tipo di camera che vorresti spendere molto tempo in teeny piccola TV, davanti a una strada rumorosa davanti con autobus elettrico passando. Nessun schermo nelle finestre così doveva chiudere le finestre di notte per tenere fuori i critter. L'incarico era ok. Le mutande erano sintetiche e lumpy. La vista era di linee elettriche e scuola lungo la strada. Fate attenzione a qualche uscite elettriche. Uno era bruciato. Il colazione era ripetibile ma bello da mangiare in una bella sala di colazione o copertina. Uova, muesli, frutta, muffin/carburi, caffè americano, succhi. Fortunatamente SPRO caffè è stato vicino se avete bisogno di un grande cappuccino o chai latté! Non ha avuto la possibilità di godere del loro vino e formaggio. Ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione MRT e alla fermata del tram Ding Ding. Il personale è cordiale e offre un servizio eccellente. La camera è pulita e ben tenuta. Un hotel altamente raccomandato!

La Junior King Suite era un po' più piccola di quanto si poteva aspettare, ma era pulita e confortevole. Parcheggio con Valet solo a 65 dollari. È stato veloce e facile ottenere la nostra auto. I bambini si sono divertiti con le manette. Noleggio biciclette gratis 1-hour disponibile. Giochi da tavolo sono anche disponibili per noleggio. Una cosa minore: c'era un forno di plastica usato e tintato all'interno della microonde che è stato inviato alla nostra stanza su richiesta. Tornerei a rimanere di nuovo.

La camera è spaziosa e pulita. La posizione è così comoda che il molo dei pescatori è a pochi minuti a piedi.

All of the staff seemed really nice. From the moment we arrived and had a friendly greeting from the valet parking worker, to the ladies that we interacted with in reception. The room was nothing special, but by that I mean it had no outstanding features, or any distinguishable traits that would separate it from other hotels The concierge was friendly and helpful, and was very useful in helping us to plan our activities. And the hotel is in a good location to get to the pier or do the 'big bus' tour. But here's the downside. The gym is small, had no steriliser, or wipes, even though one of the rules stated in the gym is to wipe down the equipment after use. And the overall impression of the gym is that it could do with a really good clean from top to bottom. Added to that there's the washing machine and tumble dryer located in the gym. Yes that's right, in the actual gym. Now we were very happy when we read about the hotel having washing machine facilities, but we were slightly surprised at it's location. Another thing was the air con. We stayed in September and although the weather for the season was just starting to cool down after the summer, it was still fairly warm. The air con looked as if it had been fitted in the seventies and made a sound as if it had been running non stop ever since then. It was so noisy that we had to turn it off completely at night time and at different times during the day. On a final point we received news regarding the death of my partner's daughter, which meant that we had to cut our whole vacation short including this leg of the trip. We informed the front desk that we would be checking out one day early. We were not expecting a refund, for that day, but after being told by the member of staff that the 30 dollar a night 'destination fee' would be waived for the night that we were not going to be there, we later found out that this fee had still been added to the final bill. We still have no idea what a 'destination fee' is, but to be charged it when we weren't even at the hotel was extra galling. And what was also strange was the fact they didn't even ask why it was that we had decided to cut our stay short? Would you not be interested to know whether something was wrong with your customers stay, and to know why they had cut their visit short?? A bit of a poor end to a otherwise 'ok' stay at the hotel.

I had booked a single deluxe room; it was very spacious and I loved how there was hanging space and plenty of drawers. I was there for a week and so it was nice to be able to properly unpack and have my things organised. The room would be comfortable even for two people. The room did not have air conditioning but had a ceiling fan which I actually prefer to aircon; it was July yet the room never became too hot. The window was able to open and there was a screen mesh to prevent bugs entering. I asked for and got a kettle for the room to heat my own water. Stable free Wifi. There was a shared bathroom thus is was appreciated that was a sink in the bedroom (had toiletries, flannels and towels provided). The shared toilet and shower facilities were always clean and even though I was there a week there was never a time that I had to wait/they were occupied when I wanted to use them. The shower room had a curtain separating the wet and dry areas and there was plenty of hooks to hand items. Everywhere was always clean. It was very quiet except for sometimes being some noise from outside. There is a small basic kitchen area if you want to prepare some simple dishes ( I never used it), and a laundry where a wash and dry is very reasonably priced. The hotel is in a very good location and I found it ideal for exploring San Francisco. Powell street BRT is a direct line to the train station, there is a streetcar (F) which goes directly to the piers, and a bus (7) which goes along Fell Street to Golden Gate park and if you went to the end of the line it goes to the other end of Golden Gate Park/coast/beach. I walked to other areas. It is ideal if you plan to go to any concerts, and the International Art Museum of America (free entry) is only a couple of mins walk. There are many eating places in the surrounding streets including a food court with reasonably priced food – included an Ikea restaurant where hotdogs are one dollar. The hotel felt safe and secure. The front door is always locked and there is a key card to enter the hotel and the rooms. I appreciated that not once did the key card become desensitised. The hotel is in the Mission District and thus the area does have some homeless people around; you would not notice much during the day, though many more during the evening. I am a female travelling solo and I never had any problems with any people in the area and never felt unsafe. Evening during the evening the streets are so busy that you don’t feel vulnerable as there are so many people around. I could see from my bedroom window that through the night large crowds would congregate at the corner opposite the hotel, sometimes could be noisy, and they made lots of rubbish, however, everything was cleaned up and by the next morning there was no trace of it…that is a sign that the area is taken care of. Staff always friendly and helpful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would have no hesitation in staying again. There was no false advertising , and the facilities were what I expected based on the description, in fact, when considering the reviews, the hotel was better than I was expecting. If people want comfortable, clean basic accommodation you can’t go wrong with this.
