Hotel vicino a Stazione Square, Pittsburgh

Molto soddisfatto hotel, buono prezzo, posizione conveniente e servizio eccellente.Mi piace lo stile di decorazione dell'hotel e ho l'opportunità di vivere in questa casa.

房間損壞的落地燈拿走後沒有補上當天的值班前台還敷衍説不是每一個房間都有這盞燈，幸好我之前也入住過這家酒店、幸好我不信邪去正在打掃的每一個房間看過、幸好我問了打掃衞生的服務員確定每個房間都有，這個服務真的太讓人失望！但是這個落地燈是房間的主要光源，沒有房間會很暗，我們衹好決定第二天再去找前台別的工作人員。然後就是床鋪不知道是弄衞生的沒換還是床單就是這個樣子，看上去就像是被睡過一樣，還有頭髮，因為入住時沒有掀開被子，等晚上準備睡覺才發現，因為很晚了就先拍照取證（前三張圖）。第二天去前台説明瞭這個情況，前台的女士很誠懇道歉並説會在打掃衞生的服務員上班就去換，並承諾補上缺失的那盞落地燈。以為事至此很圓滿解決了所有問題，哪料晚上回到酒店掀開被子就被一團黏糊糊的東西嚇到了，有些像創可貼粘在床單上沒弄下來就放到洗衣機裏洗得黏糊糊一團（最後一張圖），噁心得趕緊用紙包着取下，卻再也無力吐槽，也不想去再告訴前台了，就這樣吧。其實除了這些這個酒店還是很好的，地理位置可以步行去CMU，還有小廚房可以做簡單的烹飪，希望改進變得更好

Questo posto era estremamente pulito, aveva molte attrazioni come i bagni per designer complimentari, l’apertura del bicchiere di tè, i bicchieri di vino e, naturalmente, il bagno di ciambelle. L'unico lato in basso che direi, l'hotel non ha un desk front, quindi tutto è virtuale, un po' diverso dal check-in tradizionale, ma se avessi letto prima di prenotare il processo sarebbe stato estremamente indolore. Il personale del telefono ha avuto un grande aiuto.

覆住同一品牌下不同城市酒店，今天這家前台很熱情，一家五口出行夠住，房間衞生乾淨整潔、水量很大，位置出行方便，服務熱情，這家給我們家整體體驗很好👍

Mia moglie è venuta qui per festeggiare il suo compleanno e quando siamo arrivati in camera abbiamo notato che la sedia era così marcata, potevamo avere una sedia più pulita a buon volontà. Non ho notato che i sapone e il taglio erano stati rimossi dal muro fino a quando non ci siamo fatto la doccia dopo quella notte. Dopo il doccia ho fatto riempire il nostro ghiaccio e era metà pieno d’acqua. Non sono il tipo di lamentarmi, ma per il prezzo volevo che tutto fosse perfetto per mia moglie per il suo compleanno e la pulizia non c'era.

The best was so comfy I did not want to leave. Centrally located between the football and baseball stadium. Lots of food choices nearby and the continental breakfast was great.

Più lontano dal centro della città, ma vicina è un grande centro commerciale, cibo e ristorante completo.L'hotel è un hotel a posto, la stanza è molto piccola e pulita.

Tryp was awesome. Great historical location and renovation. Location was fun, safe. Staff was excellent. Will strongly recommend. Only one issue - apparently a new rule was implemented regarding checking in early afternoon. After a 6 hour drive I arrived at 1:15pm and asked to check in. I travel for a living so I was a bit disappointed to hear it would cost an additional $50 to get my room an 1 1/2 ”early”. I asked if it was ready and was told yes. So after a 6 hour drive my choice was to sit in the lobby for an hour and a half+ or pay the $50. I said I understood if I was trying to check in at like 9:00 am. When checking out Tryp made the experience right. Overall, as a frequent visitor to pittsburgh I look forward to returning and highly recommend.

La finestra del vecchio hotel non può essere aperta. Sta già facendo la doccia. Il bagnoschiuma e lo shampoo sono effettivamente bloccati? Allora lascia che il personale venga a sbloccare e fare un bagno? Difficoltà e avarizia inimmaginabili. Non ho preso in prestito un ombrello quando ha piovuto e l'atteggiamento del personale era nella media.

Really good location, just a few minutes walk from a very nice part of town. The hotel is very modern and comfortable with lovely amenities, including a pool and gym. Breakfast was generous although missing some bits, we were very happy. The room itself was very comfy and although the bedding wasn’t the nicest, it was very clean. I will say the area itself felt a little sketchy at night and we were concerned about the car, but all was fine. It was very different by day!
