Hotel vicino a Distretto del Giardino, New Orleans

Ho soggiornato una notte dopo la mia prenotazione iniziale. Il servizio è rimasto eccellente. Ohhh chiedere all'ufficio frontale di assistere con un taxi all'aeroporto. Molto più economico di Uber o ascensore.

The hotel was located in a great area. Service was professional and friendly. The dining room for dinner and cocktails was closed; bummer. The breakfast dining was limited. Belgium waffles were their specialty. Lunch items were a couple of soups, a salad, and 2 entrees. The rooms were clean however we had to change rooms due to a constant running toilet. The desk had mentioned compensation but we have not received any this far and we have yet to receive our email receipt.

Mi è piaciuto il tempo in questo hotel. Era una bella permanenza. La stanza era pulita. Il personale era amichevole quando si chiamano loro risponde alle vostre domande in tempo. Sono tutti intorno al consiglio un grande stabilimento per andare a visitare New Orleans. È vicino a molte attrazioni diverse

The hotel is recently renovated, so everything is relatively new. Booked a corner suite which was more expensive then regular to have more space and better view. I guess many hotel chains have the policy of giving worth rooms to guests that book through third parties like Trip.com. They gave me room on the fourth floor, so instead of nice cityview as was on the picture I got an ugly one to the construction site and parking with homeless people wondering around. See picture attached, Besides the room was supposed to be bigger than the regular one and it formally was but the layout made it useless as there is just some weird corridor which makes part of the room. So do not overpay for corner suites, it is not worth that. Had issue with the stuff. The clock in the room was showing wrong time. Couldn’t fix it myself. Called the reception, they send a guy who after 20 min couldn’t do anything and just said sorry there nothing he could do. When insisted the issue to be reported to the management, the guy started calling someone telling the story with a rude language using all types of F words in presence of my 11 y.o.! Eventually the watch was fixed but the way they service clients is outrageous. Lastly I had 12 pm check out time for my reservation but the receptionist told me it is 11 am.

Vicinissimo a Bourbon Street e ai negozi. Zona tranquilla. Caffè gratuito. Personale disponibile.

L'hotel era fantastico! Sono rimasto deluso dal fatto che mi abbiano addebitato un supplemento di 10 dollari al giorno a causa delle dimensioni del mio veicolo. Questo non dovrebbe importare, visto che era comunque parcheggiato in un parcheggio di dimensioni standard.

Le camere dell'hotel sono abbastanza spaziose e confortevoli, ma rispetto agli hotel a stelle di fascia alta, i servizi sono nella media e il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni non è male. È adatto per i viaggi in famiglia!

Mi sono divertito moltissimo, ho apprezzato molto il mio soggiorno
