Hotel vicino a Centro di Seattle, Seattle

Well located in downtown Seattle, with Pike Place Market and the Amazon Spheres within walking distance. The staff are professional, though the overall atmosphere feels quite business-oriented—perhaps more suited for business travelers. The amenities are slightly dated; features like centralized lighting control would be a welcome improvement, as having to operate each light individually can be inconvenient.

Water pressure is low during shower and do not have shower head, toilet bowl room lighting not working well (unable to adjust brightness.

Avete una grande esperienza qui al CitizenM. Il luogo era unico, elegante e moderno. Il lobby è molto interattivo con giochi a bordo accessibili, zona salotto e bar. Molto raccomandato!

Sheraton Grand Seattle è un grande centro, spaziosa camera e vari servizi.L'hotel è situato vicino al centro convenzionale e pochi isolati dal centro commerciale/divorzio. La stanza è spaziosa per quattro di noi con spazio sufficiente per aprire il nostro bagaglio e non ci siamo sentiti spazzati. Nel piano superiore abbiamo avuto una bella vista della città. L'hotel è aggiornato e dispone di un grande lobby, Starbucks, un bar vinicolo, ristoranti e centro fitness/pool. Siamo arrivati al mattino e siamo stati fortunati a ricevere un check-in precoce. Il personale che abbiamo incontrato è stato bello e utile e abbiamo avuto una buona esperienza in generale. L'hotel ha una tariffa di destinazione che offre un credito per il ristorante da usare in bar/Starbucks/restauranti selezionati e un credito Uber da $10. Forse perché la maggior parte delle persone spendono i loro crediti $20 su Starbucks, la linea è stata molto lunga la mattina (~20 minuti). Suggerisco di andare prima o poi per evitare la lunga linea.

Great amenities! The sauna and steam room were great after a cold winter day of walking. I got a massage in the spa, very relaxing. There’s a bagel shop onsite for a quick breakfast.

Sotto la collina dal centro di Seattle si aspetta un passeggiato/uber in città se si va in quel modo. Inoltre, nessun fan in bagno che tipo di succhiato e la TV non funzionava. Altrimenti, vicino all'acqua che era davvero bello. Inoltre, 100 dollari per un deposito notturno fino a 500 dollari per 5 notti+, quindi siate consapevoli.

The hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry. I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon. I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’. At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue. In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

The good: The house is really clean and lovely. We have all we needed to cook at home, and the rooms were nice and spacious. The Bad: The location leaves a lot to be desired, lots of people fighting and threatening outside. Several nights we've had to endure listeng to screaming and someone being harassed. It's terrifying for my kids who may be technically adults but still on the younger side. The Ugly: We've had a little incident where my partner, who's not technologically knowledgeable accidentally purchased a movie through the owner's account. The owner went through the roof calling names and accusing without asking what happened first. Reading other reviews in airbnb we can see this is not the first incident with him not being the nicest. There are ways to communicate without going from zero to sixty. We paid a few thousand dollars for this stay, another 5 bucks is not something we're looking to swindle.
