Amazing hotel for a short stay. Clean spacious room with nice bar table and sofa area. Everything in the room was new. We liked the design

L'hotel dispone di un lobby immacolato e di personale amichevole. La stanza era pulita con tipiche attrezzi attesi. Dispongono di un ampio centro fitness con una buona selezione di attrezzature. Non c'è piscina o colazione gratuita, ma questo hotel ha incontrato tutto quello che mi serviva.

I stayed at the Westin the night before my flight because I didn't want to panic about getting to the airport on time. I'd heard Westin is good quality and the location really is so convenient so I splurged. I kind of wish I hadn't. The room was very basic. The shower was nice, but there was nothing about my stay that made me think ”worth every penny!” Especially since they charge for internet. Good things: the staff are delightful although they definitely seemed understaffed and a bit stressed. The rooms are very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It's AT the airport and so easy to navigate! I asked for some extra water and they brought a lot. The room service food was so good. Meh things: the carpet made me super glad I brought my own slippers. It didn't seem dirty, but something about carpeted hotel rooms are kind of icky. The coffee cups were all paper and I just felt like I was making a lot of trash when all I wanted was evening tea and morning coffee. Boo things: not even an hour of free wifi? Just straight up ”pay 18 extra dollars on top of the hundreds for a basic room so you can tell your family you arrived ok and make sure you know where to go at the airport tomorrow.” I don't know, I'm not a business guy but it felt very cheap and petty.

Cosa mi piace: (1) Il tè/caffè disponibile 24 ore, il colazione è semplice ma abbastanza scelte, uova, salsaglie, waffles, pane, farina di avena, succhi, caffè, frutta del tè (2) Il personale è professionale, spiega le cose bene. (3) I mobili sono leggermente più nuovi di quelli dell'altro Hampton che io rimango. Quali miglioramenti si possono apportare: (1) Ho aspettato all'isola 3 (Porta 512) dalle 745 alle 830 e ho chiamato due volte per assicurare il servizio di navetta. Ho visto altri shuttle alberghieri già caduto 4-5 volte in quella min e ho anche visto gli altri shuttle alberghieri, come Cambria caduto entro 30 minuti. Quando sono arrivato a Hampton, era già 850pm e ho anche capito che il ristorante vicino è chiuso. Capisco che potrebbe essere fuori dalla loro orario di servizio normale, ma mi chiedo se possano fare un servizio di joint venture con altre marche alberghiere in modo che i clienti possano essere raccolti prima. (2) Mi è stato offerto la stanza alla fine del corridoio, ma c'è un rumore d'acqua forte proveniente dalle tubature quando qualcuno usava il bagno vicino alla porta o al piano di sopra. Poiché ero così stanco dopo i voli lunghi e brevi e non dormivo per 30 ore, andai a dormire la notte come al solito, ma sono abbastanza sicuro che mi disturberebbe quando il giorno sono più sensibile al suono. Non l'ho riportato perché era solo un breve soggiorno. In generale, darei una 4 stelle come l'atteggiamento del personale (controllo, check-out e pulizia da parte della signora) e il loro servizio merita un grande rispetto, standard fino a par colazione e camera pulita.

Il personale della reception è stato incredibilmente gentile. Sono arrivato intorno alle 11:00, mi sono registrato come membro Marriott Basic e sono stato esentato dal supplemento per il check-in anticipato. Mi hanno persino offerto un upgrade a una suite, che era enorme e aveva una fantastica vista sulla strada. L'unico inconveniente erano le camere al secondo piano che si affacciavano sulla strada; nei fine settimana, c'erano rumori di motociclette e il trenino nelle vicinanze era piuttosto rumoroso, calmandosi solo intorno a mezzanotte.

Il personale era molto bello e utile, le camere erano pulite e l'atmosfera era molto fredda. La nostra più grande denuncia è la finestra gigante che vede nel doccia che chiunque in camera da letto poteva vedere molto bene voi nudi, che vetro congelato non bloccava nulla. Probabilmente bene se sei in camera da solo o con un partner, ma se potresti avere amici per conoscenze fermate mentre sei ancora pronto o se condividi una stanza con il tuo bambino... E' solo una sorta di strano.  There was also not an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which I think was needed. Also water from the shower door soaked the ground every time, but that’s quite common in most hotel rooms with a glass door. Sarebbe stato bello anche avere più di due asciugamani nella stanza. Rimarrò qui ancora perché mi è piaciuto davvero l'atmosfera e la posizione era perfetta per quello che mi serviva.

Fantastic place. Went to Denver for a conference. This hotel downtown was very close to the venue. Clean and spacious room. Really nice staff. They also stored my luggage before checking in. Recommended!

Fantastic Stay at Hostel Fish – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing experience at Hostel Fish! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is social yet relaxed, making it the perfect spot for solo travelers or groups looking to meet new people. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like privacy curtains, lockers, and charging ports by each bed. The common areas, including the bar, were lively and a great place to unwind after exploring Denver. Plus, the location is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown, within walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and attractions. Another highlight was the staff-led activities and recommendations—they genuinely want you to have a great time in the city. If you're looking for a hostel with a fun, social, and comfortable stay, Hostel Fish is the place to be! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) – Would absolutely stay again!

Great location and amenities for kids - pool and great playground. Overall, great place to stay especially with kids. However the beds are extremely uncomfortable and no one in my family got good sleep. Bed extremely firm and lumpy, pillows way too soft. Also, we used the parking garage which was very convenient the second night. It would have been nice to know that street parking is extremely limited, so paying for parking is kind of a must. It also would have been a nice touch in the parking instructions to mention looking for the “reserved for Kasa” parking spaces on the first level to the right. It’s not completely obvious and we ended up parking in a random spot and then later saw the signage. The parking instructions only stated to enter the garage and make sure to hang the parking pass visible- not that there were designated spots.

I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. There was no trash can in my room, but there were large trash cans in the corridor. The hair dryer on the bathroom wall did not work, but my hair was short, and it was summer. Thus, I did not mind it. Over the last 2 days, the Wi-Fi in my room did not work. I needed to go to the lobby because the Wi-Fi worked there. It appeared that other guests were also affected because I saw a guest sitting on the corridor floor in front of her room using a laptop. The air conditioning and refrigerator were both noisy, the parking lots sometimes was noisy, too; thus, I slept with earplugs. There was only a table and a chair in my room, which were enough for me because I travel along. If there are multiple people staying in this room, they cannot work at the table at the same time.
