Hotel vicino a Museo Confederate, Charleston

Spent one night at this location driving back from Florida to Virginia: . Well maintained and clean hotel. . The breakfast service was great: they even make waffle to order for you and many options to choose from. . Easy check-in & check-out. . Location is good: close to everything. . The room was clean but was missing some trash bags other than all was good. Will stay here again.

Quando siamo arrivati all'hotel e abbiamo controllato. Ci siamo chiesti il colazione che era incluso nella prenotazione. Ci sorprese di scoprire che non c'era un colazione. Hai questa carta, e ogni mattina potresti prendere un oggetto dal loro ”supermercato”. Il ”supermercato” era essenzialmente un minifrigorifero e un congelatore, e un paio di tazze di ghiaccio, mini-pizza congelata, acqua, cola, E cose come i crisp e le mie. Questo è quasi un colazione. E potresti prendere solo un oggetto, nemmeno una bevanda e un snack. Abbiamo detto che non era quello che ci aspettavamo quando facemmo la prenotazione con colazione incluso. Il ricevitore non si scusava nemmeno, ha appena dichiarato che le informazioni sul sito web erano vecchie dal 2021 e che non erano riusciti a cambiarlo. Abbiamo deciso di prendere questo hotel perché il colazione era incluso. Era una prenotazione piuttosto costosa. Con oltre 400 dollari a notte si aspetta un buon colazione o scuse e compensazione. Alla fine abbiamo preso una bottiglia di acqua al mattino e abbiamo fatto colazione altrove.

La posizione è la migliore per le mie esigenze. Il servizio era sopra e oltre. Il colazione complimentare era molto buono. Io di solito viaggio con il mio bambino pelvico, questo hotel lo permette. Questa volta non lo facevo, ma era proprio come alloggiare. Il tasso che ho ricevuto è stato molto buono.Apprezzo questa flessibilità.Grande stanza. Rimarrò in vacanza di Natale. Grazie, Rhonda

The Hotel was very convenient. Right off Savannah Hwy. close to anything you would need. We were there to buy a car and a huge number of dealerships were just down the street. Far enough off that major thoroughfare to be quite though. Front clerk yliana got us checked in fast, explained everything to us and followed up on our stay.  Breakfast area was well stocked and food was great. The eggs were excellent and didn’t seem like normal powdered affair.  Room was very clean and large. We had a king suite with kitchen. Sofa was comfortable and not too much worn. Shower was large and extremely clean. Another excellent Hampton stay for us.

Non so perché questo hotel ha un punteggio così basso.La posizione dell'hotel è tranquilla e si può vedere il fiume dalla finestra della camera da letto.Al di fuori della camera da letto, c'è un divano, un ufficio, un bar come lo spazio tra le camere da letto, e il divano può estrarre la parte di sconto come letto.C'è anche un piccolo balcone. La stanza è molto pulita e il letto è confortevole.La colazione è ricca, le noci sono disgustose e così via.Sono arrivati 7 e 8 chilometri dopo aver visitato la vecchia città di Savannah.

Excellent hotel stay with family located in a very convenient location to explore Charleston downtown and nearby Folly Beach. Hotel staff were friendly, room came clean, and breakfast was served nice and warm to enjoy each morning during our vacation. Shower/tub area of the bathroom could always be upgraded as ours felt a little faulty at times, but well aware that this hotel is an older building that's been renovated recently. For the price we paid for our short weekend stay, it was perfect for our needs and made our stay very comfortable in Charleston.

I stayed at the hotel for three days to attend a conference. My first impression was that the room was spacious enough for a solo stay, equipped with a coffee pot, though the refrigerator was empty. However, complimentary drinking water was available at the front desk, and a microwave was also accessible. The bathroom fan made a friction noise when operating, so I chose not to use it. Additionally, it was a self-circulating system rather than being connected to an exhaust line, which I found somewhat unexpected.

Carpet had ripples from bed to bathroom (tripping hazard) toilet tissue holder and bathroom baseboard poorly repaired. Room are not well insulated as we could here upstairs walking around all night and next doors tv blaring at 630am. Breakfast was good, efficient and different day to day. Front desk was very welcoming and all staff we talked to friendly. We still expected more in a quality room from Marriot

Molto bel hotel. Il centro della città così camminando era il modo di andare. Avrei voluto sapere che era solo valet, che non mi piace, e il fatto che mi avrebbe costato 98 dollari per i 2 giorni che eravamo lì ...I avrei potuto scegliere un posto diverso. Ma in generale è stato bello. Grande camera, piccole TV ma abbiamo esplorato, e tu hai il pieno controllo dell'AC. L'hotel stesso è l'originale Citadel che è davvero fantastico rimanere in un pezzo di storia.

Front desk - zero personality, acted like she didn't want to be there, no welcoming smile, eye contact or hello. (how hard is that?) 1st room - tv had no picture, only sound. Maintenance guy suggested I switch rooms. Oh boy, back to the front desk! 2nd room - Noisy a/c unit, forever dripping shower head, loose toilet seat, no soap in shower container, dirty bathroom food - mediocre, juice terrible, coffee station was nice but very slow staff - guy mopping floor seemed mad I would walk from my room to the lobby. I apologized but literally no way around
