Hotel vicino a Aeroporto di Van - VAN, Van

Recentemente ci siamo fermati al Hilton DoubleTree e siamo stati profondamente impressionati dalla qualità del servizio, soprattutto da un membro del personale chiamato Halil. Da quando ho controllato, Halil andò di sopra e di là per assicurarsi che il mio soggiorno fosse comodo e senza stress. Era incredibilmente coraggioso, attento, e veramente utile, che si tratti di aiutare con le direzioni locali, formulare raccomandazioni, o di assicurare che tutto nella mia stanza soddisfasse le aspettative. Il suo professionalismo e la sua amichevole democrazia hanno fatto un'impressione duratura e hanno davvero sollevato l'esperienza generale. Gli agenti come Halil fanno la differenza in ospite.Grazie alla sua dedizione e al suo servizio, sarò certamente tornato a questo luogo e lo consiglio agli altri. Location is very good at the centre. Room is huge. The only problem is the room is too hot. I read the previous that they could not do anything with the temp control and you can only open the window. Since my room is facing the main street, when the window is open it will be very noisy. The room wall is very thin. If your neighbour's room is someone who is talking loudly, you definitely can hear all the conversation. Room end with 02 will be facing the main street. The check in is located on the 1st floor.

新しいホテルで、お部屋も清潔でした。 朝食会場からの景色も素晴らしく、vanならではの朝食もいただけました。 アメニティがもっと充実して欲しかったです。

Il personale era cordiale e l'hotel era confortevole.

Overall the hotel is new and location is good. The service of all the staff from the reception to the concierge to the breakfast restaurant staff - are excellent! The only thing that is misleading is they do NOT have 3 single beds yet trip.com stated there were and so I selected this hotel because of the triple beds. Upon check-in they gave us one queen bed and one single bed and when I asked them they said they do NOT have such category of room...so I told them to update in trip.com so that it won't mislead us.

È un hotel con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Il fatto che offra camere con formula 1+1 è un grande vantaggio per le famiglie. Non è un hotel di lusso, ma è pulito e ha tutto il necessario. Anche il personale è molto disponibile. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti.

I clegri sono molto caldi. Rispondevano a tutte le mie domande per il viaggio e mi hanno dato qualche consiglio in inglese. L’ultimo giorno dopo aver fatto il check-out, il clegri mi ha anche portato alla stazione minibus, dicendomi come andare al Van Castle. Il colazione che offrono è un colazione tradizionale turco. Sebbene l'effetto di isolamento sonoro della stanza sia molto cattivo. Ogni notte mi sveglio a causa del rumore fuori. Se non siete rigorosi con il suono, vi consiglio di prenotare questo hotel.

I've been there with my wife for 4 nights. The room was tidy and clean. The towels and blankets were perfectly clean too. The bathroom was spotless, but the shower cabin needs to be renovated I guess. There were Persian-speaking reception that could be so helpful for Iranian. They were so polite and welcoming, especially Mahan. They have a Persian nightclub there. I didn't go, but I guess it's cool. Location is so close to the Chumhuriat street. There are almost some shops and supermarkets like A101. Breakfast is not wow, but fine, with various jams, butters, cheeses, eggs, and such. Restaurant staff are really welcoming. Overall it is worth it.
