Hotel vicino a Tempio Wat Thawon Wararam, Hat Yai

Had a great stay at Casa 33 Hotel Hatyai. The hotel is very clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Really enjoyed our experience here and definitely will come again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Hat Yai. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Uno dei migliori resort in cui abbiamo mai soggiornato. Adoro l'ambiente. Camera pulita e accogliente. I bambini adorano la jacuzzi.

L'hotel è stato recentemente ristrutturato e tutto è pulito. Molto vicino al centro di Hatyai e al Makro. Mi piacerebbe tornarci!

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

Il Buono: La stanza è stata chiaramente recentemente ristrutturata, e devo dire che il letto e le mutandine erano eccezionalmente comode Ho dormito bene (quando non mi svegliavo). è passeggiata al mercato Kim Yong, 7-Eleven, e la zona del giardino Lee, che ha reso esplorare Hat Yai molto conveniente. Verdimento: Perfetto per camminatori che non si preoccupano del rumore, ma un passaggio difficile se si valorizza il lavoro di pittura della macchina o si vuole dormire tranquilla.

Dal momento in cui entrate, la lobby fa una grande prima impressione spazioso, ben designato, e dotato di tutto quello che avete bisogno. L'iscrizione era pulita, e la gamma di strutture offerte significava che non c'era motivo di guardare altrove. Le camere sono pulite e mantenute con pensiero, con un semplice, senza fuss che mantiene le cose comode senza un'abbinazione inutile. In generale, una scelta affidabile per i viaggiatori che valgono la pulizia, la comodità e uno spazio comune benvenuto.

Malaysian to visits Hatyai, I'm suggesting you to stay here. The hotel is located at calm area (besides, there is Bangkok hospital nearby, but the ambulance siren is rarely hear). The room is biggest with balcony, fridge, wardrobe, tv, table, mirror and etc. Comfort bed, freezing aircooler. The staffs are friendly. Walking distance to nomjeen na Halal restaurant, amazon cafe, the biggest 7e in hatyai also big C extra supermarket. I really2 satisfied with this hotel staycation. Do book here.

L'igiene dell'hotel è ben mantenuta. Amiamo l'atmosfera. Se hai bisogno di fare shopping, c'è un mini Store Big C proprio davanti all'hotel. L'ingresso all'hotel è dietro Big C. Non c'è ascensore, quindi il personale ci ha aiutato a portare il nostro bagaglio. Abbiamo controllato alla fine circa le 9 e il personale sul dovere al ricevitore che notte non era così amichevole. Ha avuto la difficoltà di comunicare e ci ha mostrato quando era frustrata. Il personale che ci incontriamo prima di mattina e durante il check-out era bello e caldo. La TV non era una TV intelligente, quindi ci sono solo 3 canali di notizie disponibili. Il telecomando remoto non funziona. La cortina cieca è visibile.
