Hotel vicino a Wat Saket (Monte Dorato), Songkhla

Questa era la mia seconda permanenza, ma mi sentivo un po’ deluso perché la stanza non sembrava pulita o preparata prima dell’iscrizione; il personale del desk front era molto amichevole e persino migliorato la mia stanza, che apprezzo. Se l'hotel potesse prestare maggiore attenzione alla preparazione della stanza e alla pulizia, il soggiorno sarebbe molto più piacevole.

Chose this stay as it provided breakfast buffet and we wanted to try how it works in Thailand. The stay was just by the lake side, and the environment was calming too. The classic room gives an antique vibe which is super cool, was clean, well equipped, and even had a bathtub inside. The breakfast buffet wasn’t a grand one as in a hotel, but it was prepared in adequate amount and they all tasted good, we had the chance to try Thai prawn porridge and pineapple fried rice on two different days. All the staffs were friendly and helpful. Definitely a good choice if you’re travelling to Songkhla too !

Va tutto bene. Edificio molto nuovo. Letto comodo e ambiente molto pulito. Solo che la pompa dell'acqua non va bene. Acqua fredda per la maggior parte del tempo. Molto instabile.

Camere confortevoli e ben attrezzate con minifrigo, bollitore e aria condizionata. Le dimensioni della camera sono buone, leggermente superiori alla media. I letti sono tra i più comodi che abbiamo mai trovato in Thailandia. Il Wi-Fi è molto veloce. Un aspetto negativo è la posizione, piuttosto lontana da Hat Yai e dal centro storico di Songkhla. Parcheggio coperto disponibile, ma molto stretto - solo auto di piccole dimensioni.

The hotel is great but definitely has to have transportation. It’s a distance from Songkhla town. there seems to be a night market next door. It rained so we didn’t go. We had a pleasant stay. The breakfast was reasonable. We were late due to some unforeseen reasons. But were given about 30 minutes extra to get breakfast.

La piscina dei bambini era un’alta attenzione, divertente e perfetta per le famiglie che viaggiano con i bambini. Il servizio era anche lodevole. Il personale era molto utile nel sistemare la nostra stanza e andò a un miglio di distanza per aiutarci a spostare il nostro bagaglio, soprattutto perché non c'era nessuna struttura di ascensore. Il loro sforzo rendeva il nostro soggiorno molto più confortevole e apprezzato. In generale, un buon soggiorno con un servizio pensato.

พักชั้น 2 บ้านน่ารักดี ทำเลบ้านพักดีมาก เดินเที่ยวไปได้ทุกที่ ข้าวเช้าเป็นโรตีแกงไก่ อร่อย ที่นั่งทานเป็นสวนเล็กๆชิลๆ บ้านพักต้องถอดรองเท้าไว้ชั้น1 และเดินขึ้นไปพักที่ตัวโรงแรมด้านบน พื้นเป็นพื้นไม้ อาจดังบ้าง และมีเศษกรวดเล็กๆติดเท้าบ้าง ตัวห้องพักน่ารักมาก ตกแต่งดี โทนสีดี สิ่งที่ไม่ชอบคือห้องน้ำ ค่อนข้างแคบและเป็น rain shower ที่ปรับความร้อนยาก นอกนั้นทุกอย่างดีหมดเลยค่ะ

I had a wonderful overall experience at Oriental Villa ( minibar is free). The highlight of the stay was definitely the cottage's proximity to a massive lake, which offers a truly magnificent view. A great perk for in-house guests is the free kayak rental. Each villa has its own reserved parking. It was incredible to lie by the pool at night and watch the stars. The breakfast sent to villa. One thing to note: the property is very integrated with nature. If you have a phobia of lizards or cats, this might not be the best fit for you. However, if you're just visiting for the day, you can still enjoy the lake; kayaking is available for outside guests at a reasonable rate of 120 baht per hour.
