Hotel vicino a Tuek Com, Khon Kaen

We enjoyed our short stay and found the hotel to be in a great location with very nice facilities overall. There were only a few minor areas where we felt improvements could be made. At the Chinese restaurant, while the waitress was friendly and polite, the service could have been more attentive—for example, by checking on the table more regularly and clearing empty plates. The restaurant was not busy at the time of our reservation, with only three tables occupied, so this seemed manageable. The reception staff were also pleasant; however, there was some confusion regarding our late check‑out. Our booking through Trip.com included late check‑out until 2:00 pm yet were told at the beginning that we could have late checked out (we stayed at 1117 and 1122 between April 18-19). So i had to show our booking confirmation , however we were told that since they have the next reservations, the hotel told us that only one of our two rooms could have this benefit. Given that the hotel was not busy that day—and we were informed by staff that occupancy had been low since Songkran—we were a bit surprised. In the end, one room was approved for late check‑out until 2:00 pm and the other until 1:00 pm. While the difference was minimal, we felt that, under the circumstances, both rooms could have been accommodated as per the booking entitlement. What our children enjoyed most was the wonderful staff member on duty at the club lounge. She was consistently warm, smiling, and welcoming throughout our stay, and very kind even when our three children were a bit noisy. I want to acknowledge her for her great hospitality, and want to express our big thank you to her for taking such great care of our family—it truly made our stay more enjoyable in such a short period of time. We will sure come back and hopefully our feedback could be taking into consideration. Thanks :)

Great hotel though expensive, all good amenities, good views from rooftop pool, great restaurant...only struggle we had was everytime we had to go up we have to change 2 lifts which was annoying...but definitely a good place if its affordable

In generale, il servizio era buono, ma il coordinamento tra il personale era incerto. Ma, al mattino che mi serviva l’aiuto, mi fu improvvisamente informato che non poteva aiutare e che era inconveniente, che era stato un minuto estremamente tardi, che mi ha fatto perdere tempo e quasi mi ha fatto perdere il volo.

Era un posto molto pulito con una cucina molto spaziosa. Il letto è comodo e di buone dimensioni: mi è piaciuto molto. La trapunta/copripiumino e i cuscini erano puliti, e anche gli asciugamani erano pulitissimi. La camera ha un balcone ed è di ottime dimensioni, con molto spazio per riporre le cose. Il bagno e la toilette sono molto puliti e ben progettati. Sarebbe perfetto per una famiglia con bambini. L'aria condizionata è posizionata in modo perfetto, senza aria fredda che soffia direttamente sul viso mentre si dorme. C'è anche una bella zona colazione. Il personale è molto cordiale. Darei a questo posto 10 su 10. Se dovessi tornare, ci tornerei sicuramente.

L'hotel è buono. La stanza è pulita senza spot. Il prezzo è ragionevole. La colazione è sputtuosa. Valore per soldi.

Buona posizione, a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro commerciale centrale. Il nightclub vicino alla porta, ma questo non mi ha tenuto sveglio. Il personale era amichevole.

Ottimo hotel , silenzioso e pulito. Staff gentile ed efficiente.

ห้องค่อนข้างเก่าแต่มีทีวีจอใหญ่มีเน็ตฟลิกให้ดูแอร์เก่าแต่เย็นสบาย โลเคชั่นดีติดกับเซนทรัลร้านอาหารก็ไม่ไกล ใกล้ ม.ขอนแก่น แต่ทางเข้าแคบ อาหารเช้าอร่อย โดยรวมแล้วดีแนะนำครับ

This was a stopover for us and absolutely met all of our criteria. Great parking next to the cottage. Clean and spacious cottage with very comfy bed. Very tricky to find as Google wanted to take us to another Greenview resort in Maha Sarakam so spent 30 minutes finding the resort. Dog friendly. TV was hard to get going (and there is nothing else to do at the resort)...in fact we were told the entire TV system resort wide was broken (which wasn't the case but you have to go through the Source option to align with the minix box). For food...you have to use Grab who will deliver direct to your cottage. All in a very pleasant stay and I would use as a stopover or for the nearby golf course in the future for sure.
