Hotel vicino a PSU.Wittayanusorn School, Hat Yai

Every time I come to Hat Yai, my only job is to book the hotel and Casa 33 is always our first choice. The hotel is clean, bright, and peaceful. Everything is well taken care of, and the atmosphere is calm and comfortable. On my last two trips, Jub at the front desk gave me great suggestions as soon as I arrived. Great hotel with a perfect location! It’s within walking distance to Lee Garden, Kim Yong Market, and 7-Eleven. I also loved that there were massage and hair wash shops just opposite the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and the stay was excellent. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hat Yai!

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

Ma per il sonno leggero sarà effettuato a causa del club vicino. 7e, grande c e signor diy vicino. Parcheggio non dovrebbe essere alcun problema. Abbiamo parcheggio privato. Deposito 300 bagni per camera. Per aggiungere la pigiama è necessario pagare 50 bath.

Il servizio è buono, amichevole e utile, e ci sono solo 1 ascensore e 8 di noi possono essere adattati a shopping. La camera è buona; letto robusto e confortevole. Grande TV e ha Netflix! Tuttavia non c'è una scatola sicura, nessun cappello e nessuna spazzatura. Quindi avrete bisogno di una bottiglia per ottenere dal distributore d'acqua (Hot& ccld) giù. Il bagno è pulito e il sapone è una base vegetale con un buon profumo. La cosa triste è che non c'è una cortina di doccia o partizione così il bagno sempre diventa bagnato. La posizione è buona, leggermente lontana dall'area piena che ci rende facile andare e andare via. Abbiamo avuto un servizio molto buono, Rit, affidabile. Ci ha portato 8 posti, aspettare solo circa 5-10min. Ci sono posti di cibo limitati 5-10min lontano, un buon negozio di profumo e posti di cibo a snack vicino. Le mattine, il caffè e i biscotti di pineapple veramente piccanti sono offerti in zona di caffè al livello 1. Lo spazio è medio dimensione e comodo. È sempre pulito!

Before heading back to Kuala Lumpur, I spent some time in Hat Yai and enjoyed eating at some authentic local restaurants. I have truly missed Thai food, and I am so glad I got to enjoy it on my last night in Thailand. Hat Yai can be quite difficult for booking holiday hotels, especially during public holidays when so many Malaysians come to visit. As for the hotel, it is located a bit far from the city centre, but the surroundings are quite peaceful. If you are not driving, you can easily use a ride hailing app to get around at any time. The hotel features a cafe and a gym. I did not book breakfast here as I preferred to eat out, plus I had an early flight to catch the next morning. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and I would certainly recommend staying here.

Un semplice soggiorno L'hotel, in pieno centro della città, offre un modesto soggiorno per i viaggiatori che cercano alloggi di base senza frittelle. Quando arrivato, il processo di check-in era regolare, e il personale era cortese, ma non troppo attento. Il lobby esulò un fascino funzionale, con decorazioni minimalistiche e aree di seggio che servivano il loro scopo senza molta flirt. Quando mi sono recata in camera, ho notato che i corridoi erano puliti, ma un po’ date, riflettendo il carattere inaspettato dell’hotel, e che la stanza stessa era abbastanza spaziosa per un soggiorno confortevole, anche se con mobili che mostravano segni di indossamento e lacrime. Il letto, pur non lussuoso, ha fatto dormire una notte decente, e le lamiere erano pulite. Uno degli aspetti notevoli dell'hotel era la sua pulizia; il personale di custodia ha fatto un lavoro prezioso di mantenere la temperamentalità per tutta la mia permanenza. Tuttavia, l'assenza di pranzi compiacenti o addirittura di una colazione è stata deludente, soprattutto per i viaggiatori che cercano comodità. In termini di attrazioni, l'hotel ha offerto gli elementi essenziali: Wi-Fi, una TV e un bagno funzionale con sapone. Mentre queste strutture sono sufficienti per il mio breve soggiorno, possono essere scarse per gli ospiti che si aspettano più moderne comodità o strutture ricreative.
