Hotel vicino a Centro Commerciale City Baguio, Baguio

The room was very clean considering the hotel only opened recently. Staff was very helpful and attentive. We were allowed to check in 2 hrs earlier for free. They also kept our luggage safely tucked away after we checked out giving us the opportunity to go around the city without carrying them. Unfortunately, the gym and pool were still closed for renovation. The roof deck would’ve been an excellent place to spend time had it been given the thought and attention it deserved. The artificial turf was soaking wet and unsafe to walk on despite the fact that it didn’t rain that evening. It was a shame because the view of the surrounding area from the roof deck was easily the highlight of the hotel. Lastly, breakfast could have been better. The food options could have been thought out better. The ”tuyo” served that morning wasn’t edible leaving guests to choose between chicken afritada, luncheon meat, corned beef, and sautéed cabbage.

Location: Infront of a street. Can easily get a taxi. Walking distance down the street to reach a supermarket, laundry and food shops. Part city view and part mountain view in front of my business suite room, best view at night with all the bustling city lights next to the silent mountains. Near Botanical Gardens park where I go for a daily walk. Cleanliness: My room was cleaned and tidied up well on my request on alternate days. The toilet at the ground floor next to the restaurant needs constant cleaning and drying up. My frequent visitors find the floor mini - flooded few times. Service: Best service so far was from the amazing lovely room cleaners who were always smiling and quite courteous as they work tirelessly. The hotel's Elements Restaurant staff were also hardworking and respectful. The proficient chefs and sous chefs cooked relentlessly without pressure to deliver yummy food on the table! I ate way too much delicious Filipino food! The front desk staff needs to be a bit more approachable by smiling a little more as they are the first main contact of clients. Also I reckon management staff responsible in receiving communication via emails from clients need to be more pro-active by replying or acknowledging receipt of emails. Facilities: I enjoyed using the treadmill at the hotel gym. They have the equipment that you can find in a basic gym which is wonderful albeit one of the 2 treadmills was out of order. The hotel restaurant is mostly busy and cramped. They have delicious buffets for breakfast, lunch, merienda/snack and dinner and are not too expensive. Hence a huge crowd from outside the hotel also flock this restaurant. There is a small pool next to the restaurant but way too closed to the dining tables where patrons are eating. My other suggestion for hotel management is to ensure that the electric power points are safe. All the power points in my room were eliciting a mini-spark every time I plug in to charge my laptop, mobile phones and electric gadgets including the room's bedside lamps, lounge lamp, kitchen kettle. Beware to foreign hotel guests not to flush used toilet tissues as it can block the toilet bowl which happened on the second day of my one-month stay. Yes, chuck it into the bin next to it instead. The room lounge's sofas are already worn-out and scratchy; covering it with throw blankets would be much comfortable and cleaner-looking. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will potentially return in a year's time.

Questo hotel ha alcuni punti positivi: 1. Buffet grande bfast con una varietà di selezioni alimentari. Mi piace il loro pesce secco, omelette, langgonisa, caffè, pane, frutta. Ma notato che non servivano banane. Il personale guarda attentamente le esigenze degli ospiti. 2. Abbiamo grandi ristoranti e negozi vicino, anche vicino alla zona di conferenza della CJH. 3. Ha un ampio parcheggio e un bel giardino più piscina riscaldata. Tuttavia, questo hotel ha anche bisogno di miglioramento nei seguenti settori: 1. Il desk front sembra non coordinato. Fai una prenotazione separata per tre notti via Agoda e Trip.com e informa l'hotel di questo accordo. Tuttavia, dopo la nostra prima notte, il desk front ci ha chiesto se stiamo prolungando il nostro soggiorno. Peggio, hanno disattivato le nostre carte chiave, quindi dobbiamo andare di nuovo a riattivarle, che hanno causato qualche sconforte. Il bagno ha un odore di stupidità chiamato custodia che ci ha voluto un po'di tempo per venire a casa.Ci hanno detto cosa fare per evitare l'odore di stupidità, ma alcuni odori sgradevoli sono rimasti così segnalati al capo della squadra che ha mandato il loro ingegnere a controllare. Il personale dell'hotel ci ha detto che sarebbe tornato, ma non lo ha mai fatto. Quindi il problema non è stato risolto. 3. Richiesta di check-out tardivo dal nostro viaggio a Manila era ancora alle 2:00. Tuttavia, il desk front non può cominciare e dice che richiederà l'approvazione. Chiamato leader di squadra e si lamenta di questioni 1-3 e aveva accettato la nostra richiesta. 4. Molto difficile prenotare un taxi o prendere e i guardiani hanno detto a causa di troppo ospiti o turisti. Ma è un peccato che un tale hotel costoso non abbia nemmeno servizio di navetta. Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel perché è vicino alla zona di conferenza ma deluso perché non abbiamo avuto il valore e i servizi che ci aspettavamo.

Avevo chiesto un upgrade all'albergo in cui sono stato la notte precedente, avendo trovato una camera disponibile. Ho quindi chiesto all'albergo precedente se avessero voluto venirmi incontro con il prezzo visto che la camera sarebbe rimasta vuota senza di me. Però Sfortunatamente non hanno accettato e ho trovato posto allo Chalet Baguio. Il prezzo di una loro camera era più basso di quella dell'albergo precedente dopo l'upgrade e quindi ho deciso di soggiornare presso lo chalet. Seppure Ho prenotato con pochissimo anticipo (circa un'ora prima) ho preso un taxi, Sono arrivato alla reception, ho mostrato la prenotazione e dopo qualche firma mi hanno accompagnato alla stanza al piano terra. C'è un parcheggio temporaneo di cinque minuti all'esterno con un parcheggiatore che dirige il traffico e fa parcheggiare il tuo taxi per il tempo necessario. la camera è spaziosa e ha una bella vista sulla montagna oscurata solo dai tipici Pini di montagna. Ambiente accogliente, staff gentile e preparato. La mattina dopo ho potuto fare una deliziosa colazione nella stanza dietro alla reception. la posizione era molto comoda per andare alla stazione degli autobus e tornare a Manila; ci ho messo solo dieci minuti in taxi.

First thing we noticed was the ongoing construction at the main entrance of the hotel. Not quite pleasant to see. When we entered the hotel, the staff warmly greeted us and helped us checking-in. Our room was neat and smelled fresh and clean. However, we noticed that the bathroom sink had some visible black grime around the edges that could've been cleaned thoroughly. This affected the overall cleanliness of the room. We stayed at the hotel for 5 days, and when we asked for room clean up on day 3, no one attended to our request. Internet signal is good. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectation. We enjoyed this part the most. We checked-in at Tuscany Hotel because we joined a Fun Run that was held last June 14, 2026, 4:00 am, at Lake Drive in Burnham Park. Overall, we had a great experience and would visit again, and even recommend the hotel to our friends. Thanks and more power!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️4/5 Il nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Urban Khotel (Kurban Hotel) a Baguio è stato davvero piacevole. Erano costantemente gentili, attenti e sempre disposti ad assistere, il che ha fatto davvero una differenza nella nostra esperienza generale. La pulizia dell'hotel è eccellente. Camere, strade e aree comuni sono senza spot, e si può dire che il custode della casa si fa orgoglio del loro lavoro. Le camere sono ben mantenute, confortevoli e forniscono tutto quello che ti serve per un soggiorno rilassante. Un altro punto di vista è la posizione.L'hotel è convenientemente situato più vicino al cuore di Baguio per un facile accesso ai punti popolari, ma lontano abbastanza da godere di un'atmosfera tranquilla e tranquilla. È un grande equilibrio per il relax e per l'esplorazione della città. Il colazione illimitato era una piacevole sorpresa, il cibo era delizioso e pieno, dandoci l'energia che ci serviva per iniziare il nostro giorno di visione. The hotel and staff were fine . The amenities over the road were excellent. Great restaurants and patisserie. Location was a nightmare to get to and from Baguio centre . But that was mainly due to it being the busiest most unfriendly city in the Philipunes. Not to be recommended to westerners
