UUtente ospiteIl nostro soggiorno è stato davvero incredibile, fatto ancora più speciale da un'ottima sistemazione e un servizio eccellente che abbiamo ricevuto durante la visita.
Una parte importante di ciò che ha reso il nostro viaggio così tranquillo e senza stress è stata l'incredibile assistenza del manager, Ethen, che era molto facile da parlare, accuratamente attenta alle nostre esigenze. Anche prima di arrivare, aveva già preso cura di tutte le importanti disposizioni per noi: da organizzare il nostro pick-up al porto a garantire un comodo trasferimento all'hotel, tutto era perfettamente coordinato. Ci ha colpito ancora di più come ha aiutato a organizzare tutte le nostre tour. Non abbiamo dovuto preoccuparci di pianificazione o logistica in tutte le attività, è stato pianificato con pensiero, rendendo il nostro viaggio sia conveniente e piacevole. Il suo sforzo e la sua dedizione hanno fatto davvero una differenza, e ci sentiva come se fossimo in mano molto capaci tutto il tempo.
L'alloggio stesso era anche meraviglioso, pulito, confortevole e ben mantenuto, fornendoci il posto perfetto per riposare dopo le nostre attività quotidiane. Tutto circa il nostro soggiorno si sentiva organizzato, rilassante e piacevole. In generale, non potevamo chiedere una migliore esperienza. La combinazione di un grande alloggio e il servizio eccezionale di Ethen’s-the manager rendeva il nostro soggiorno inoltrabile. Raccomandiamo molto questo posto a chiunque cerca un posto senza problemi e ben organizzato.

Номер. У меня был номер с видом на море на 2 этаже. Вид на море на одну треть. Так как растут деревья и сильно загораживают пейзаж, смотришь на деревья. И таких номеров много. Может, для кого-то это плюс. Есть небольшой балкон посидеть подышать воздухом и покурить, кому надо.
Сам номер простенький, но чистый. Видно, что не новый. Не сказать, чтобы раздолбанный, но куски стен покрашены в разное время, это видно, подтеки, мебели мало.
Кондиционера привычного нет, есть вентилятоный блок в стене на уровне колен. Температуру выставить нельзя, есть только две крутилки - сила потока воздуха и сила охлаждения. Прям чтобы холодить - нет, не остужал кондей воздух, делал чуть свежее. То есть это скорее не кондей, а вентилятор. Охладить воздух на ночь и потом комфортно спать не получалось, быстро становилось жарко, а оставлять этот вентилятор на ночь было не удобно - он сильно шумел и дул на кровать. Приходилось пару раз за ночь вставать и включать-выключать.
Ванна. Почему-то полки для одежды и обуви и сейф разместили тут. Не удобно. Сейф вообще не работал, он весь проржавел. Из предметов гигиены отель предоставляет только жидкое мыло и шампунь. Бедновато для отеля 4*, коим себя называет. Ни шапочки для душа, ни ватных принадлежностей, ни лосьона для тела, ни тапочек - ничего. Напор воды довольно слабый, горячая вода идёт от водонагревателя, потому то теплее, то холоднее.
Полотенца меняли стабильно, белье в кровати просто заправляли. Сам номер убирали хорошо. Только песок не всегда начисто выметали, приходилось просить ещё раз. Есть чайничек маленький, кофе и зеленый чай, маленький холодильник. Фена и утюга не нашла.
Завтрак включён в стоимость, но он простенький. 2 кусочка тоста, масло, джем, яичница, немного фруктов, чай/кофе. Можно по меню заказать что-то поприличнее, но за доп плату.
Можно в ресторане отеля заказать обед и ужин. Цены чуть выше, чем в ресторанах на пляже, но еда очень неплохая, порции большие (в отличие от пляжных ресторанов, где найти хорошую еду проблематично).
Персонал очень отзывчивый, сделают всё, что попросите. Территорию отеля убирают хорошо. Но места перед отелем на пляже немного, потому лежаков тоже немного. Если отель заселен, то лежаков всем точно не хватит.
Вход в море - галька с песком. Утром, когда прилив, входить комфортно. А после обеда, когда вода уходит, уже менее комфортно, обнажается галька на дне, босиком заходить больновато, лучше в аквашузах.
Отдельная вещь, которая мне не нравилась - бродячие собаки. Они шастают везде, их не гоняют, они не агрессивные, но всё равно чешутся, размножаются, грызутся прям тут же перед глазами. Есть торговцы, которые ходят предлагают всякую хрень, но они не сильно навязчивые, хотя пристают стабильно, даже если в пятый раз за день видят.
В общем стоит сказать, что для Филлипин отель очень даже. Остальные вокруг ещё хуже)) Но надо понимать, что это реальные 3* и не ожидать сервиса 4*.

NNicole TeodoroIl mio marito, il mio migliore amico e io tutti godevano il nostro soggiorno a Casalay per 5D4N! Il posto era magnifico! Il personale era tutti amichevole e accogliente + la vista, l'atmosfera e la tranquillità erano di prima vista.
Amo il modo in cui vi sono servizi tuktuk oltre alla barca al pier e altre aree di interesse! Era il nostro primo viaggio a Puerto G e consigliamo di rimanere a Casalay a nostri amici/chiunque chieda! Amo come il menu del pranzo complimentare aveva una vasta gamma di sezioni da scegliere e ho riuscito a provare diversi pasti ogni giorno.
Il resort è più vicino alla spiaggia di Sabang (approssimamente 10-15 min), mentre la spiaggia Bianca è un po' più lontana (30 min o così) ma sicuramente vale la pena la visita. Abbiamo anche fatto saltare l'isola e mangiare al contenuto del nostro cuore ☺️
Il mio migliore amico e io abbiamo celebrato i nostri compleanni a Casalay, e la squadra è andata sopra e oltre per rendere il nostro giorno speciale.
Vorrei ringraziare il team per aver assicurato che le nostre richieste siano state prese in considerazione e spero che la prossima volta che la visita ci si ritroverà, rimarremo certamente quando visiteremo Puerto G! Grazie Casalay per aver fatto del nostro soggiorno e del mio compleanno uno memorabile 🙌🏽

Sono felice di ricordarmi a tutti i dipendenti, forse perché l'ultima volta che sono rimasto non è molto tempo.Dopo tutto, la posizione e il personale sono i migliori hotel.Ma questa volta ho lasciato la tranquilla spiaggia blu di acqua dolce, forse perché ci sono molti clienti.

When we arrived we had to sign an agreement with the property rules which are in abundance: from “no outside food or drinks at the property” to fines for stained towels and sheets. Though there are “shhh” signs everywhere I woke up both mornings of our stay because someone was walking and talking loudly right outside our door. The room is really small close to tiny, there’s no fridge (ok, that’s the type of room without one), the safe didn’t work but the friendly and helpful staff kindly stored our valuables in theirs.
The place is beautifully located and the food is ok.

UUtente ospiteThis is by far the best beachfront hotel you could ever find in white sand puerto gallera. The rooms are clean and good smelling, the facilities are well maintained, the bed is awesome! Water supply and AC is excellent. And you get the most value of your hard earned money.

Pros:
- The lady who was in charge (We think she's the manager) is really nice and helpful.
- Distance: THIS WAS THE ULTIMATE DEAL. Hotel is near the beach and most of the local restaurants so we didn't experience any problem. (I recommend the cafe and 'Terminal' near the beach 😊)
- AC and the room was perfect. It was really hot outside and the temp plus the room felt really homey and comfy
- The hotel was really pretty or what we call aesthetic. My baby really liked the designs
- Free breakfast and coffee was a good deal, but don't expect too much.
- How much we got the reservation for 3d2n. Great offer from this app :)
- Staff are nice especially the ones in the restaurant. Wasn't able to ask her name but she was a waiter there and also served our food (afternoon) and the guy who was at the front desk when we checked out
Cons:
- Service fee. I do understand that this is necessary to support the staff, but if you are on a tight budget it might be better to eat outside (sorry...)
- Food was too expensive for the quality and the quantity... I recommend the chicken inasal since it had a big portion.
- Room service and cleanliness - Manager said we could ask for a room service and we could just call them of we need one. We called them on our second day and we waited until our stay ended but no onr came to clean 😅 The girl who answered the phone was kinda masungit or maybe it was the tone of her voice. She told me that they are quiet busy at the moment and told me to just wait - I do understand if they're short staffed or something? But the dirt was kinda bothering us already so we just tried to clean the room on our own
- Cockroaches and ants. So in connection to my previous review... Yes, there are cockroaches in the room especially the bathroom. It doesn't help that they don't clean the rooms daily.
- Breakfast is not a room service. You have to go down to the restaurant and eat it there.
- Room view. Our room was in the corner of the hotel. Our view was okay because we are can view the pool... And our neighbors ac unit lmao. On the plus side since the units were emitting hot air, it was easier for us to dry our towels 😂 It was really different from the picture.
- Pool was kinda dirty
- Overpriced goods. They have a mini store in the hotel but it would be better to pack up snacks or drinks before coming here.
- OUTSIDE FOOD ARE NOT ALLOWED. Better be careful when bringing meals in the hotel.
Even after listing this, we would still love to come back and stay here. I do hope they give us a better room next time 😅
