Hotel vicino a Stazione Metro North Avenue, Quezon City

Recentemente ci siamo trasferiti per 8 notti a Alino nella loro camera Premium Queen, siamo stati in città per le nostre vacanze visitanti amici e famiglia. Quello che ci piaceva: - La stanza è pulita dal suo nuovo hotel - personale attento e attento - vivere davvero al suo nome, che è Alagang Filipino. - c'è un lavastoviglie disponibile per lavare e asciugare il lavastoviglie con una tassa per carico - il loro colazione Filipino è grande per esp per OFW, opzione per la cena in camera e colazione continentale o americana per gli stranieri - sono molto aperti ad ascoltare le risposte e cercano di affrontarle al meglio. Il Seda Vertis Nord è uno degli hotel in cui torneremo sempre. È un posto elegante, pulito e adatto alle famiglie. Il personale è disponibile e le camere sono pulite e spaziose.

Excellent. Some of scary lng sa hallway and elevator. Siguro its because sobrang taas ng building. The cons is even if you stayed there for a week and you have a car you have to pay the parking fee its because they only offer one time parking only for every customers checking in. If you want to go out and use ur car then you have to pay the succeeding parking fee per hour. Over all excellent experience. We are at the 30th floor and has a nice city view..

We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.

A basic hotel, yet has good location in Cubao center. Whenever we have an event in Araneta Center this hotel is ideal for us with good pricing which is value for money. Will surely come back here. Just a feedback to the food, it is very salty especially the Beef Tapa. Overall it is a good experience.

Può essere il miglior posto che io abbia soggiornato a Manila come è un hotel apartment così si ottiene tutto e un palestra. Buono valore. Intorno all'angolo dalle stazioni di autobus di Cuba e dal centro commerciale.. area occupata e un po' sporca

Il personale era molto amichevole, ma ci sono stati molti servizi descritti qui che non erano disponibili, come la piscina e la palestra. Il nostro AC in camera non si sarebbe rotto neanche all'inizio, e ho dovuto chiedere a qualcuno di entrare per farlo iniziare (a quanto pare non c'erano abbastanza batterie nella telecamera AC!) Inoltre, il fronte dell'hotel era in costruzione, quindi non potevano fornire un parcheggio, che era scomodo. In cima a questo, ho chiesto di checkout tardi la notte prima, che la persona del desk front ha detto che sarebbe possibile perché l'hotel era un po' vuoto, ma la mattina dopo, la persona sul desk front ha insistito che dovevamo pagare PHP 450/hour per checkout tardi. In generale, tuttavia, mi piaceva la stanza e il divano di fronte della notte e vorrei sicuramente visitare di nuovo una volta completata la costruzione.
