Hotel vicino a Orti Botanici, Christchurch

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Christchurch Airport. The location is unbeatable — literally just a short walk from the airport terminal, making it incredibly convenient, especially for travellers with young children. We stayed for one night with our toddler as we had an early morning flight the next day, and it was the perfect choice. Being able to rest properly without worrying about airport transfers made our journey so much smoother. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for our family. Everything was clean and thoughtfully laid out, giving us a relaxing stay before our flight. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. A special mention to the concierge team, who kindly gifted our toddler a cute little Kiwi bird plushie. It was such a thoughtful gesture and brought a huge smile to his face. Small touches like these really make a difference and leave a lasting impression. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Great service, fantastic location, and family-friendly hospitality. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Christchurch.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti. La posizione è meravigliosa. 3 minuti a piedi a Regent Street dove abbiamo mangiato i nostri pasti per 3 giorni. Nuova vibe moderna. Tuttavia, durante le 3 notti, ogni notte ci sono pochi minuti di potenza fuori uso, blackout nella stanza. Qual è la possibilità? Chiedo il contatore, ma non hanno alcuna spiegazione.

Breakfast is good. Location is good. Receptionists are kind and helpful. Hotel booklet mentioned the filter water is available in the lobby area but receptionist asked us to go to restaurant area to get it. However, the restaurant staff were very rude to us and questioned us. We felt we were treated like a the thefts when we just tried to fill in the hot water in our water bottles. The hot water was only available from the coffee machine, which is very inconvenient and the restaurant staff thought we tried to steal coffees when we just tried to get the hot water. Suggest not to put the water machine in the restaurant area to avoid this problem again. Very bad experience to be treat like this.

La struttura è pulita e la posizione è ideale, a pochi passi dal giardino di Christchurch, dal centro città e da diversi ristoranti. Il personale della reception è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

La camera è grande e spaziosa. La cucina completa privata è fornita per la cucina. L'intera stanza è ben divisa in zona di dormiente, lavastoviglie e cucina che sono tutti tempestivamente pulite. Il manager è amichevole e può parlare con voi su diversi argomenti.

Il personale amichevole della ricezione ha offerto un traghetto per complimenti all'aeroporto la mattina prossima, un servizio che non avevo notato era disponibile. Il personale si è davvero accolto, e mi ha fatto sentire benvenuto; e le cose che mi hanno fatto pensare erano offrire una bottiglia di latte fresco, che era un toccamento inaspettato ma bello, e l’assistenza nel trasporto dei bagagli sia nella stanza che a bordo del furgone. Tutti questi piccoli atti di gentilezza mi hanno fatto sentire così benvenuto, soprattutto la mia notte scorsa in Nuova Zelanda. :)

Struttura a 15 Min a piedi dall'aeroporto di Christchurch, quindi comoda per chi arriva da un viaggio notturno oppure deve partire molto presto. Camera ben insonorizzata, letto comodo e A/C funzionante. Unica pecca è dover pagare, oltre alla camera, anche il servizio lavanderia (lavatrice, asciugatrice e detersivo) per un totale di 12 dollari NZ.

**Comfortable Stay with Great Service** I had a pleasant stay at **Rosewood Court Motel**. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including a comfortable bed and a small kitchenette. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the parking was convenient. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. The location was also great—close to shops, restaurants, and easy access to the city. Overall, it’s a good choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Guarda molto vicino all'aeroporto, ma anche se si prende un autobus di otto strade, è probabile che si debba camminare per circa mezz'ora, soprattutto sulla strada. È molto molto vicino. Vantaggi: andare vicino alla società di taxi, ma dopo aver camminato troverà che la strada è troppo lunga. Sono molto insicuri di attraversare molte strade senza luci verdi. Il conducente della Nuova Zelanda è ovviamente di alta qualità senza l'Australia, quindi fai attenzione Ambiente e igiene, non dire questo. Passare la notte in hotel e bagno, dopo tutto, il prezzo è lì, quindi sopporta.

My friends and I had a great stay at The Bealey Quarter! The motel is situated in Christchurch City, allowing easy access to the tourist sites, whether you're travelling on foot, by car, or by public transport. There are plenty of buses and metro buses that frequently stop right near the accommodation as well! The staff were very friendly. We had a late flight (that got delayed even later) and ended up having to check in after hours. They were very accommodating with this, and similarly, when we asked for new towels, we received them immediately. Similarly, they were kind enough to allow us to put our luggage in their reception office whilst we went to collect our rental car on the day that we checked out. My only issue is that I had to contact them a few times before I received the late check-in details. The facilities were lovely. and very clean! The bathroom was private with a shower with good pressure and hot water. The bench and the toilet were a little high, which we were surprised by, but this wasn't a major issue at all! My only recommendation would be to add a ventilation fan to the bathroom, as although there is an open window above the sink, ventilation was still not ideal. The room came with a heater, a really good fan, and very comfy blankets and duvets. We were also provided with glasses and mugs, a selection of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate, a hair dryer, a bin, a little cupboard, desk, chair, and even a bench where our suitcases fit really well. The view of the courtyard was beautiful despite the somewhat miserable weather, and access to the courtyard via the back door meant we could use the hammocks in the nice grassy area :) The back door was a bit tough to open, and we had to actually get the staff to show us how to use it. My only other qualm is that there is no potable water in the rooms themselves. Instead, our keycard allows us to the Lodge (I believe the hostel area), where there's a kitchen and we can fill up. Overall, we had a great experience here and I definitely recommend the Bealey Quarter to anyone coming to Christchurch. It was so affordable too :)) I didn't get many good photos but here you go!
