Il libretto di hotel menzionato l'acqua filtrante è disponibile nella zona di lobby, ma il ricevitore ci ha chiesto di andare in zona di ristorante per ottenere. Il personale del ristorante era molto generoso e ci interrogava: ci sentivamo trattati come dei furti quando abbiamo appena cercato di riempire l'acqua calda nelle nostre bottiglie d'acqua. L'acqua calda era disponibile solo dalla macchina del caffè, che è molto scomoda e il personale del ristorante pensava che cercavamo di rubare il caffè quando cercavamo di ottenere l'acqua calda. Suggerire di non mettere l'acqua nella zona del ristorante per evitare di nuovo questo problema.

UUtente ospiteWe only stayed one night but arriving a little late were happy that the restaurant offered room service delivery. The two bedroom suite was clean, comfortable and very spacious.
Location was good - an easy 15 minutes walk to the centre and the airport bus stops opposite the hotel.

DDave GutsellExcellent facilities, including the free shuttle bus transfer to and from the Airport direct to the motel. The food in the Restaurant/Bar is absolutely delicious including the best eggs Benedict with salmon I've ever had. The salmon was first class and thanks to your awesome chefs. Definitely the place I enjoy entering and exiting Christchurch to Australia having stayed at the Gateway Motel now 3 times.

JJohnnie TanExcellent location. Front desk services were excellent. Room rather lacking - no proper AC equipment just cooler fan which takes up substantial floor space in a small room. No washing basin - cupboard congested with iron, ironing board and clothes hanger. Minimal clothes hanger provided for couple. Only 1 chair/seat available. Good hot and cold shower pressure.

GGuest UserStruttura a 15 Min a piedi dall'aeroporto di Christchurch, quindi comoda per chi arriva da un viaggio notturno oppure deve partire molto presto. Camera ben insonorizzata, letto comodo e A/C funzionante. Unica pecca è dover pagare, oltre alla camera, anche il servizio lavanderia (lavatrice, asciugatrice e detersivo) per un totale di 12 dollari NZ.

I had a pleasant stay at **Rosewood Court Motel**. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including a comfortable bed and a small kitchenette. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the parking was convenient.
The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any requests. The location was also great—close to shops, restaurants, and easy access to the city.
Overall, it’s a good choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely consider staying here again.

UUtente ospiteMy friends and I had a great stay at The Bealey Quarter! The motel is situated in Christchurch City, allowing easy access to the tourist sites, whether you're travelling on foot, by car, or by public transport. There are plenty of buses and metro buses that frequently stop right near the accommodation as well!
The staff were very friendly. We had a late flight (that got delayed even later) and ended up having to check in after hours. They were very accommodating with this, and similarly, when we asked for new towels, we received them immediately. Similarly, they were kind enough to allow us to put our luggage in their reception office whilst we went to collect our rental car on the day that we checked out. My only issue is that I had to contact them a few times before I received the late check-in details.
The facilities were lovely. and very clean! The bathroom was private with a shower with good pressure and hot water. The bench and the toilet were a little high, which we were surprised by, but this wasn't a major issue at all! My only recommendation would be to add a ventilation fan to the bathroom, as although there is an open window above the sink, ventilation was still not ideal. The room came with a heater, a really good fan, and very comfy blankets and duvets. We were also provided with glasses and mugs, a selection of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate, a hair dryer, a bin, a little cupboard, desk, chair, and even a bench where our suitcases fit really well. The view of the courtyard was beautiful despite the somewhat miserable weather, and access to the courtyard via the back door meant we could use the hammocks in the nice grassy area :) The back door was a bit tough to open, and we had to actually get the staff to show us how to use it. My only other qualm is that there is no potable water in the rooms themselves. Instead, our keycard allows us to the Lodge (I believe the hostel area), where there's a kitchen and we can fill up.
Overall, we had a great experience here and I definitely recommend the Bealey Quarter to anyone coming to Christchurch. It was so affordable too :))
