KKsidsHotel bello e pulito in un'ottima posizione per il treno/tram e lo stadio di calcio. Il check-in è stato rapido e abbiamo ricevuto un buon drink di benvenuto. Il servizio è stato rapido e il personale è stato cordiale. La camera era bella, ma la vista non era delle migliori. Nessun bollitore in camera, il che è un must per me! Tuttavia, servono bevande calde e fredde al piano di sotto. L'area esterna sul canale era incantevole sotto il sole! Ci tornerei sicuramente.

KKarlosHuskI stayed here while visiting Utrecht for a rave, and honestly, it was the perfect choice. After an incredible night out, coming back to such a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel was absolute bliss. The bed deserves a mention — it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! Especially after hours of dancing, it felt like laying in heaven.
The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and professional, and the whole place had a really calm, relaxing vibe. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to recharge after such a great event. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Utrecht — especially if you’re here for a night out and want somewhere peaceful and pristine to crash afterwards!

TtkpThe room is very classic. There is no air-conditioning but we don’t feel hot in the morning and night. You will hear the church’s bell every hour that you will feel peaceful. In the morning, you can smell the bread baking. It’s a wonderful experience for people living in city.

OOlgaThe hotel was perfect!!! It is right in the centre of the city!!! You can reach anything you need within 15 minutes! Interior is modern and cosy. Everything is right as it should be!!! I like it!!!

They have coffee machine inside the very room! The coffee is delicious! The view from my room was unbelievable!!!

UUtente ospiteWe kennen hotel The President zakelijk al langer, sinds de jaren 90 was dit de standaard voor buitenlandse collega’s, voor onszelf boeken we privé als we voor een evenement in Utrecht moeten zijn.
De kwaliteit is prima en je kunt met het OV makkelijk per bus naar Utrecht centrum, halte is paar honderd meter lopen.
De auto kun je op de parkeerplaats van het hotel laten staan.

CChunfeng22259La camera era confortevole, con acqua calda in abbondanza, che rendeva la doccia piacevole. Il servizio era cordiale e la colazione eccellente. Una colazione in stile occidentale con frutta, pane, formaggio e altro ancora. Siamo arrivati all'hotel in bicicletta, dato che eravamo in tour in bicicletta. L'hotel dispone di un parcheggio dedicato alle biciclette, il cui accesso richiede una tessera, il che lo rende molto sicuro. Questo ci ha permesso di dormire sonni tranquilli, dato che eravamo preoccupati che le nostre biciclette potessero essere rubate.

UUtente ospiteThis hotel's location is quite good: about 10 minutes walk from Utrecht Central Station and next to a long street with shops (including food and Albert Heijn supermarket). The building itself is very charming and beautiful. While I was there, renovations were ongoing. This did not disturb me at all, except that the available signage to the reception was not sufficiently clear and there was no signage from the reception back to the exit. The hotel staff was friendly and seems to care about the hotel guests. However, the hotel room itself was poorly designed. The room was very cold as it only has a single air conditioning unit that serves as heating. This is inappropriate for the Netherlands given the humid and cold winter climate. The first night, I almost got no sleep because of this. The lack of warmth seems to be a common issue in the hotel given that another hotel guest reported heating in their room not working when I checked in. The room's floor is also very cold, and no slippers are provided (can't wear shoes inside as it was raining and the whole room would get wet as the room did not have a doormat). Another issue is that the room is tiny but also badly designed so that there is no proper space to actually sit and read a book or get some work done (I was traveling for work). My room was on the ground floor with big windows on both sides, which meant I needed to choose between zero privacy (open curtains) or a dark room (closed curtains). There was also quite a bit of noise coming in from outside the hotel. In the bathroom, there is no shower curtain, which means that the toilet gets completely wet once you take a shower, which is pretty inconvenient, especially given that only one big towel and one small towel is provided, so that I had no tools to dry the toilet after the shower (and again, without slippers, my feet would get wet going to the toilet, which is also not convenient). Altogether, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel, even though I had been looking forward to my stay there as I had heard it is a beautiful place.
