Hotel vicino a Istituto Goethe, Lagos

Vivo particolarmente comodo, il capo aiuta molto. Ogni giorno può comunicare con gli ispettori dell'alloggio qui, ottenere informazioni, grazie alla piattaforma fornita dal proprietario dell'hotel, la salute è fantastica, e infine il miglior WiFi!

L'hotel si trova in una zona tranquilla di Ikeja Lagos e è molto accessibile ai trasporti pubblici. Il personale è molto amichevole e utile. Le camere sono ben pulite e cucinate. Il cibo è un buon tipo di buffet cinese. Abbiamo pagato per colazione, pranzo e cena.L'unica cosa leggera è che non ci sono molte opzioni alimentari da scegliere, soprattutto al colazione, non c'era caffè o tè tranne tè verde. Non c'era nemmeno un tè o un caffè in camera finché non ne avevamo chiesto, ma non c'era altro latte che non era in grado di sopportare. Tra gli altri positivi, l'hotel ha organizzato e pagato il nostro trasporto all'aeroporto. Il conducente è arrivato presto e ci ha aspettato anche per non essere in ritardo per il nostro volo. Questo è un gesto 5 stelle, soprattutto per i clienti che non vivono a livello locale. In generale, apprezzerò il servizio dell'hotel 4.5 ⭐ fuori 5. Sicuramente utilizziamo di nuovo i loro servizi quando ci accingiamo a visitare Lagos.

L'esperienza è stata positiva, così come il servizio, persino i piatti cinesi. L'unico problema è che non c'era l'abbonamento per i canali TV.

Il giorno dell'arrivo il ricevitore mi ha detto che non possono vedere il mio nome sul loro sistema :( dopo aver aspettato un lungo seggio in ricevimento, Ho deciso di pagare loro per un giorno solo per controllare la raffinazione e mi sono riposato dopo un lungo viaggio dall'estero. Poi mi hanno permesso di pagare per un giorno, il giorno dopo mi hanno restituito e hanno detto di ricevere la mia conferma da trip.com. Infine trip.com dovrebbe inviare informazioni ai viaggiatori non appena il libro dei clienti è inviato e pagato.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location close to the airport. It is a modern hotel that is clean and has excellent facilities. However, the services at the reception desk and Koriko & Co restaurant are 4-Stars. The reception is always crowded, and you spend much time waiting for the staff to attend to you. However, they are apologetic and friendly about keeping you waiting. The food in the restaurant and the varieties are excellent; I mainly ate the local dishes (I ate breakfast daily and ate dinners on several evenings with friends and relatives), and my Lagos taste buds can detect the days when the food tastes superior (must be the different chefs) compare to other days—the meals were warm and delightful. I must recognise the hospitality of the Intern Pastry Chef (Deborah) and ? Food ambassador (Nimi); both checked how the customers enjoyed their meals and hotel stay. They did their job with beautiful smiles and engaged well with everyone. Deborah is a true gem and will add immense value to the hotel brand; her puff-puff is a perfect 10/10.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel Lagos for a business trip, and it turned into an unforgettable experience! From check-in to check-out, every detail was flawlessly executed. The room was a sanctuary of comfort – spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious. The plush bedding, sleek bathroom, and skyline views from the floor-to-ceiling windows made it hard to leave! Perfect for both work (great desk setup) and relaxation. The staff here truly shines! Special thanks to the staff who greeted me warmly and sorted every request with lightning speed. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate, and the concierge offered spot-on recommendations for exploring Lagos.

The hotel workers are friendly, hardworking and accommodating. The hotel was located in a very catchy area with ease access to shopping mall and supermarkets . However from personal experience point of view, the hotel Wi-Fi was very poor. In addition the hotel wifi can only connect to single device, maximum of two devices is not allowed. I had to use my personal mobile data for the total of 7days that I stayed in the hotel.
