My recent stay here was nothing short of perfection. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the customer service was outstanding. The front desk staff greeted me with genuine warmth, made the check-in process seamless, and offered fantastic local recommendations that really elevated my trip. Every employee I encountered went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and cared for. The room itself was immaculate. Spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The housekeeping team does an incredible job maintaining high standards—fresh linens, pristine surfaces, and thoughtful amenities made coming back to the room each evening a total luxury. The location couldn't be better. It is centrally located with convenient access to key attractions, dining options, and public transit, making getting around effortless while still offering a peaceful night's sleep. If you are looking for top-tier hospitality, immaculate accommodations, and an unbeatable location, look no further. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

L'hotel si trova nel centro di George Town, con numerosi ristoranti deliziosi e due centri commerciali nelle vicinanze. L'hotel offre camere triple, il che è davvero degno di nota. L'hotel è molto pulito.

La collina di Penang è bellissima, e dopo un'intera giornata di city walk tornare in hotel, salire al decimo piano per un massaggio e poi cenare e dormire beatamente, è proprio il modo più comodo di viaggiare. Penang è così lenta e tranquilla ☺️

Ottima posizione a poca distanza da Chulia st. la pulizia della struttura e delle camere è ottima. Personale gentile e affidabile.

It’s very accessible to any area you want to go within the town (by walk). Just a heads up - it’s super lively on saturday night on this alley, you can anticipating it. But the soundproof is pretty good, we still get a good sleep. Driving there is okay, but parking is limited on first come first serve basis. Room are spacious and clean. Basic amenities are available, not much but good enough (iron and water cooler is at the hallway btw). Overall verdict : All good, i would recommend it !

The staff were friendly, polite, and generally helpful throughout our stay. The location is also a strong point, with plenty of restaurants and shopping malls nearby, and the Clan Jetties are within walking distance. Unfortunately, the check-in experience left much to be desired. Before arriving, I had emailed the hotel to enquire about an early check-in as we were travelling with elderly family members. I fully understood that this might not be possible due to the peak holiday season, which was perfectly reasonable. Upon arriving around 11am, we were advised to return after 1pm. We came back shortly after 2pm but were informed that our rooms were still not ready. We were prepared to wait until the official check-in time of 3pm, but even then, the rooms were unavailable. We were repeatedly told ”10 more minutes”, only for those 10 minutes to become 30 minutes and then even longer. In the end, we did not receive our rooms until approximately 3:40pm. What made the situation particularly frustrating was seeing guests who arrived after us being checked in ahead of us. The explanation given was that a supervisor needed to inspect the rooms before they could be released. While delays can happen, clearer communication and realistic timelines would have been far more appreciated than being repeatedly asked to wait another 10 minutes. To make matters worse, one of our rooms had pillows and blankets with an unpleasant odour, which raised questions about the room readiness that had caused such a lengthy delay. For guests driving, parking may be challenging as there are only a limited number of parallel parking spaces available. Even for those arriving by taxi or private hire, the drop-off and pick-up process can be somewhat inconvenient. There is also a Heritage Fee payable upon check-in, which was acceptable and clearly communicated. Complimentary coffee and biscuits are available, and water dispensers are conveniently located near the lifts, although bottled water is not provided in the rooms. The check-out process was also slightly unusual, as guests are required to wait for staff confirmation before leaving. Overall, the stay was comfortable and the location was convenient. However, I value hotels that provide a smooth and efficient check-in experience. Delays are understandable, especially during busy periods, but guests deserve honest communication and accurate updates rather than repeated promises of ”10 more minutes.” With better management of the arrival experience, this would have been a much more enjoyable stay.

The place it self was great, the cleanliness was very good and the service was excellent. The only downside we had was the neighbours upstairs kept making loud noises through out our stay, however credit to the agents they replied back to us promptly when we brought this up and had notified their landlord. Unfortunately this didn’t still resolve the loud noises. The building it self is nice, the pool is clean and well maintained, however the building does have a lot of regulations in place which we thought was quite excessive. Other than these minor issues we had a great time and the apartment is well kept.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and it continues to deliver a consistently comfortable experience. The room is clean, well-maintained, and designed in a simple, functional style that feels similar to an ibis concept practical and easy to settle into. The highlight is definitely the bed. It’s soft and very comfortable, and even the single beds are generously sized. The bedsheets feel like cotton, and the hotel provides two types of pillows ,one soft and one medium-firm ,which makes it easy to get good sleep. The bathroom is clean with proper dry and wet separation, and having a fridge in the room is a nice added convenience. Location is another strong point. Within just a 1-minute walk, there are plenty of food options, from open-air local stalls to air-conditioned restaurants. Despite that, the area remains quiet at night, which I really appreciate. The fact that I chose to come back says a lot. Overall, great value for money and I would definitely stay here again 第二次入住，房间肯定是干净整洁，最舒服是他家的床柔软，也是入住原因之一，单人床也是大号的，床单很舒服，应该是全棉的，枕头也有提供1个软的1个适中没那么软的。厕所干湿分离。还提供冰箱。整体设计感很接近ibis。 地点也不差，走1min有到地美食大排档，开放式的，冷气房的都有。晚上不会吵。
